3. Discover the Reimagined Bukit Batok Library — Bigger, Better, and Made for Families!

Bukit Batok Library has reopened its doors at West Mall, and it is a complete game-changer for West-side families. No longer confined to just one floor, the library has doubled in size, expanding across Levels 1, 2, and 3.
The redesign moves away from the traditional "quiet please" atmosphere, leaning instead into a "calming sanctuary" theme inspired by Little Guilin. With immersive audio experiences, interactive "exploding" book screens, and dedicated storytelling nooks, it is the perfect new place to visit for a relaxed yet engaging afternoon with the kids.
4. Join the Pokémon Fun as the Pokémon Truck Rolls Out Pokopia Across Singapore

Enjoy $8.80 Cable Car Rides with Pokémon This March!

Step Into a Bellygom-Themed Playground at Changi Airport with Giant Inflatables, Hawker Games & Photo Spots

South Korea’s iconic pink bear, Bellygom, has landed in Singapore for a "beary" special local adventure. This March school holidays, Changi Airport Terminal 3 is transformed into a vibrant playground featuring a massive seven-metre-tall inflatable Bellygom and plenty of Singapore-inspired photo spots. Kids can pose with Bellygom’s friends alongside giant Ice Gem biscuits, kopi cups, and Peranakan tingkat carriers, making it a fantastic spot for some festive family photos!
The highlight for high-energy kids is the Bellygom Hawker Carnival. There are five unique game stalls inspired by local flavours, where children can jump into a giant inflatable wok to "cook" Hokkien Mee or toss satay sticks onto a grill.

Join Pedro the Sea Lion on a Mission to Beat the Heat at Frasers Malls

Families can take part in Beat the Heat with Pedro, a roving eco-adventure by Mandai Wildlife Group happening across five Frasers Malls from 16 March to 26 April 2026. Designed for children aged 4–10, the indoor experience encourages kids to become eco-heroes through interactive missions focused on sustainability and protecting marine life.
Children will help Pedro the sea lion by completing activity stations around the mall, including a clue-based quiz on rising temperatures, a digital underwater hunt via the Ranger Buddies app, a block-stacking challenge showing how small daily actions can help the planet, and a recycling puzzle created with the National Environment Agency.
Selected malls also feature additional activities such as a maze and rotating sustainability challenges. Kids who complete missions can collect exclusive badges from each mall and earn Ranger Buddies points redeemable for eco-themed rewards.

Dive Into Fun at Singapore Oceanarium’s Ocean Kids Festival!

Singapore Oceanarium (新加坡海洋生态馆) invites families to dive into Ocean Kids Festival, a new seasonal line-up of experiences that adds extra wonder to a visit during the March school holidays and beyond.
They offer many exciting experiences for kids, starting with the Little Ocean Expert Series, a 45-minute meet-the-expert session designed for children aged 7 to 12. During the session, your child will get to meet specialists such as a diver, marine veterinarian, marine conservationist, marine researcher, animal care specialist, or habitat presenter, and even dress up in kid-sized Singapore Oceanarium uniforms, lab coats, or dive suits.
Little ones can also take part in hands-on activities such as creating their own coral reef, joining a Fossilist Workshop, exploring seahorse biology, behaviour and conservation through the Animal Spotlight programme, and creating a marine-themed badge to take home.
Families can also browse and borrow books at the National Library Board’s Molly the Mobile Library pop-up, which will take place for four days from 16 to 19 March 2026, from 9am to 5pm, extending the learning experience even further.

Calling all Singaporean fans! This March 2026, the world-famous FRIENDS™ Experience makes its immersive debut in Singapore, bringing the beloved sitcom to life. Curated by Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences alongside Original X Productions, the interactive exhibit has already delighted visitors in over 25 cities worldwide.
Families and fans can explore iconic sets like Central Perk, where you can lounge on the legendary orange couch and sip a coffee just like the gang; Monica’s Kitchen, with its famously messy yet meticulously decorated cooking space; Chandler & Joey’s Apartment, featuring mismatched recliners to relive classic moments; Rachel & Monica’s Purple Door, perfect for snapping photos at the iconic purple frame; and Ross’s Sofa Pivot, where you can test your furniture-moving skills and recreate one of the show’s funniest gags.

Step Into the Magic of Disney at Changi Airport Terminal 2’s The Wonderfall

The Wonderfall at Changi Airport Terminal 2 has been given a magical makeover, bringing a slice of the Disney Adventure cruise experience to land. Families can catch the usual mesmerising cascading water display as well as a vibrant, three-minute Disney-themed show.
The performance features a medley of your favourite tunes and appearances from Disney, Pixar, and Marvel characters. It is designed to showcase the seven themed areas of the Disney Adventure cruise ship, making it a great "teaser" if you have been dreaming of a holiday at sea.
The show will happen every 30 mins. While we have not found consistent information about the show timing, we caught ours at 4.15 pm.

Celebrate Lion Dance Traditions at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre’s Vibrant ‘Tradition in Motion’ Exhibition

Just in time for Chinese New Year, the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) presents 'Tradition in Motion: Singapore’s Lion Dance Heritage'— a vibrant exhibition that traces the past, present, and evolving future of lion dance in Singapore. Families can explore over 50 artefacts, photographs, posters, and figurines, offering a rich look at how this traditional art form has grown and adapted through generations.
A highlight for children and adults alike is the striking display of eight lion heads, representing different styles practised locally — from the well-known Southern Lion Dance to rarer forms such as the Hainan Lion and Fujian Green Lion. The exhibition is organised into three thematic zones, beginning with the history and customs of lion dance, including an up-close look at the intricate craft of lion head making by Singapore’s last lion head craftsman.
Visitors can also discover how local troupes keep the tradition alive today, before ending with pop-culture influences that show lion dance’s continued relevance.

Following a $50 million revamp, City Square Mall has transformed into a community-focused “Eco-Mall” with new play spaces, sustainability features, and a family wellness hub.
The highlight is the City Green Playground (Level 1), a vibrant nature-inspired play area with two towering “flower” structures. The three-tier Yellow Flower Tower challenges older kids with climbing nets, talking tubes, a telescope at the top, and a thrilling spiral slide. Younger children can explore the Red Flower Tower, a gentler two-storey structure with simple obstacles and a shorter slide. Around the towers, families will find stepping pods, musical panels, hammock swings, and soft rubber flooring for safer play.
Nearby, toddlers can enjoy a raised wooden play deck built around existing trees, offering a unique treetop-style nature walk with activity panels and a mini slide.
Families should also stop by the CDL EcoTrain, a repurposed MRT cabin turned climate education hub where kids can complete a QR-code scavenger hunt while learning about sustainability.
For something quieter, CONNECT @ City Square Mall offers a 15,000 sq ft Family Wellness Hub with counselling services, parenting programmes, and therapeutic play spaces.

The park’s water facilities are a major highlight. A sheltered pool with ramp access makes family swim time comfortable and safe, while the outdoor pool is perfect for traditional swimming and catching some sun. Kids will love the water playground, complete with slides, sprays, water guns, and a giant splashing bucket, while the sensory trail and Jacuzzi offer calming, multi-sensory experiences for children and seniors.

Freshly revamped in June 2025, Sengkang Sports Centre now features five exciting water slides, a sheltered Olympic-sized pool (one of only two in Singapore!), and a wide range of upgraded facilities perfect for family fun. Kids can zoom down whimsical slides like Cotton Candy Bowl, Sugar Rush, and Rainbow Dash, or splash around at the jacuzzi and water playground.
Active families will enjoy Active Groove – a new, tropical-themed space designed for fitness classes like Zumba and K-pop dance. The centre also houses a gym, sports hall, pickleball courts, and a hockey pitch.

13. The Children’s Biodiversity Library by NLB and Singapore Oceanarium

Venue: Central Public Library, National Library Building

The Central Public Library, located at the National Library Building on Victoria Street, reopened on 12 January 2024 with a refreshed children’s section, which brings the wonders of biodiversity – with a focus on marine life – closer to young explorers. This is the first marine biodiversity-themed learning space for children at a public library in Singapore.
The Children’s Biodiversity Library offers new opportunities, including monthly programmes, for parents and children to have deeper learning in marine biodiversity.
The library includes features such as a floor-to-ceiling column with coral- like features, a collection of marine specimens including shark egg cases and coral skeletons, digital content from the aquarium, an outdoor mangrove showcase, and The Submarine, a room where families can expect regular educational programmes. The library will also feature gamification kiosks with features such as an interactive digital installation where patrons can colour an avatar from NLB’s well-loved Book Bugs series and see them appear on the projection screen.
14. KidzWorld at the Singapore Zoo

The new KidzWorld is a one-hectare space that augments Singapore Zoo’s 50-year heritage of providing children and their families with a living classroom to experience animal encounters and plenty of opportunities for playtime.
A place where learning and fun meet, the experiences have been designed to spark and grow love for animals, wildlife and nature. These range from interactive play, to meeting animals, to a new water maze to dial up the fun.
Little ones will have lots of space to run at the outdoor playground and splash around in the water play area too. There will be lots of animal experiences where they can interact and get up-close to different animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, goats and more!
15. Visit the Attractions at the The Palawan @ Sentosa

16. Visit A Fire Station Open House

Venue: Selected Fire Stations
Date: Every Saturday, 9.00am to 9.50am and 10.00am to 10.50am

The popular Fire Station Open Houses has been an ongoing hit with families! Head down to any of the participating Fire Stations to meet the firefighters and paramedics, and learn more on how SCDF responds to emergencies! You will even get to watch fire fighting demonstrations, board the SCDF vehicles, don the protective gear and more! Activities may differ according to the station that you visit.
Open Houses happen every Saturday with sessions at 9 am and 10 am.
You are encouraged to make an online booking. This will enable our fire stations to plan ahead and provide guests with the best visitor experience. Walk-in visitors without an online booking will be allowed entry depending on the availability of visitor slots.
17. Family Fridays at the ArtScience Museum

18. Go On A Kayaking Adventure On The Waters
