Yes, you may change your ref id. You may wish to change it to something you can remember. However, do note that once the id is changed, all previously created affiliate links will no longer be attributed to you and you will need to change these links manually.

Affiliate links are tracked using your ref id. The ref id is unique to each affiliate account. Purchases are attributed to you if the buyer makes a purchase within 7 days of clicking on your affiliate link AND has not click on another affiliate link during this period. If the buyer clicks on multiple affiliate links, the purchase will be attributed to the affiliate link that was last clicked before purchase.

We may offer higher/lower commission rates on selected listings for a selected period of time for some or all affiliates on an ad-hoc basis.

Commission is based on all purchases made by the users directed to bykido.com via your affiliate link. The total commission for each calendar months is equals to the commission rate multiplied by the total order value (after deduction of any discounts).

Commission is not calculated for discounts, any payments made outside of bykido.com, and shipping/delivery fees. 

Payment is made 30 days from the end of each month. Affiliates need to meet the min. commission amount of $50 to qualify for payout for the month.

You may choose to receive payment via bank transfer or PayNow. These can be changed after you setup your account.

There are some possible reasons for not being paid:

A. The minimum amount for each commission payment is $50. The system will not release payment until cumulated commission is over $50.
B. You did not provide required document(s) and/or the account information you provided is incorrect. In this case, you will receive an email notification.
C. In cases where the payment is made through bank transfer, it may take 3-5 business days to transfer.

BYKIDO Cashback is an initiative to encourage parents to share their experiences to stand a chance to get 100% cashback on their purchase.

You can get 100% cashback on the purchase shared on social media less any discount given, delivery charges and any other charges that are not part of the purchase price.

For parents who registered for free trials, you will also be entitled to up to $10 cashback if chosen! The actual amount will be shared with you when you are chosen.

Cashback will be done as refunds back to the credit card / payment method used for payments. For credit cards, this process can take up to 10 working days.

For free trials, payment will be made via bank transfer or PayNow. You will need to provide us with the details via an email and cashback will be processed within 5 working days.

Your sharing will be reshared on our channels and you will be tagged in the reshare too. You will be asked to reached out to us before we process the cashback. In the situation that you do not respond to us in a timely manner, we may choose another sharing for the cashback.

The purchases chosen for cashback will be based on a mixture of categories, including an element of randomness, the usefulness of the sharing for other parents and the use of pictures and/or videos. 

Chosen sharing must be allowed to be shared on our social media. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deny the cashback.

Up to 3 cashbacks will be given each month. This will be done throughout the month with no fixed date for submission. Cashbacks may also be given for sharing done in previous months, so do stay tune on our social media taoo!
