A Brand New Way to Experience Nature Indoors! Singapore families have a massive new reason to head North this March. Opening its doors at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, Exploria is a sprawling 10,000-square-metre indoor attraction that uses cutting-edge technology to bring the "hidden" parts of our planet to life.

If your kids are tired of the usual play options, this is a major step up. It’s designed to be a high-tech discovery hub where families can "shrink" down to see microbes, travel back to the age of dinosaurs, or feel the heat of a desert—all while staying perfectly cool in an air-conditioned environment. It’s the ultimate venue that combines education with genuine "wow" moments.

Active Exploration & Digital Avatars

Upon entry, every visitor receives a recyclable RFID wristband. This is your key to the entire experience.

Create an Avatar: Kids can set up a digital profile that stays active for a year.
Earn Badges: As you move through the zones, you can "collect" species badges and track your progress on a live scoreboard in the exit tunnel.
Interactive Hits: Use the wristband to trigger "Hidden Gems" (surprises in the environment) and unlock "Memory Hooks" for unique family photo opportunities.

The entire space consist of 5 immersive worlds, each offering a different experience and topic to learn about!

Realm of the Giants (Prehistoric Play)

Step into a world where dinosaurs rule. This zone features massive installations and AR windows that make ancient creatures appear as if they are standing right in front of you. Don't miss The Giants Show, an 8-minute 360-degree theatre experience with light, sound, and motion that tracks 500 million years of history.

Micro Worlds (The Tiny Universe)

Ever wondered what a tardigrade looks like up close? Use interactive glass orbs and projection domes to see the tiny organisms—like fungi and bacteria—that keep our planet running. It’s a fascinating, magnified look at life that is usually invisible to the naked eye.

Extreme Frontiers (Climate Simulators)

Experience what life is like in the world’s harshest spots. This zone uses simulator rooms to recreate extreme environments. You can actually feel the 40-degree heat of a desert or see how polar bears navigate the melting Arctic ice.

Infinite Wonderland (Rainforests & Reefs)

This multi-sensory space celebrates the beauty of biodiversity. Walk through hanging foliage that simulates a rainforest canopy and watch as wildlife emerges from the digital greenery and vibrant coral reefs.

World of Darkness (Deep Sea Secrets)

Head into the shadows to meet the creatures of the deep ocean and dark caves. You’ll find bioluminescent vampire squids and eyeless yeti crabs, learning how life thrives even without a single ray of sunlight.

The Hub: Our Interconnected World

At the centre of it all is the Biopool, featuring a massive four-metre LED globe. It pulses like a heartbeat and responds to your movements. When the signature light show, The Planet Awakens, begins, the entire space transforms into a synchronised spectacle of colour and rhythm.

BYKidO Pro-Tip: Since the RFID profiles remain active for 12 months, keep your wristband info handy! It's a great way to encourage the kids to "level up" their species badges over multiple visits.
