Looking for water play venues to bring the kids but not sure where? Here's an updated list of water playground in Singapore!

Parents have asked us if there are water playgrounds to bring their kids for water play. So without further ado, here's a list of water playgrounds in Singapore where you can go for splashing family fun - many of them are FREE too!
This list was initially written to provide information for water playgrounds that reopened after the COVID-19 period. It has been updated and is now a list of water playgrounds in Singapore. If there are any mistake or if you know of any playgrounds that are closed or not on this list, please let us know by dropping us a msg.
Water Playgrounds in Singapore
1. Jelutung Harbour Park
Location: Near Blk 488/489 Admiralty Link, Singapore 750488
Opening Hours: 24hrs, Water Play Area (9.30 am - 9.30 pm)
Admission: Free
*Jelutung Harbour Park was reopened but we received updates that it is currently closed again. This will be updated when we have more details.
Surrounded by HDB blocks, Jelutung Harbour Park is a hidden secret for families living in the Admiralty and Sembawang area. The water play area might not be massive but it is free and still lots of fun for the kids!
There is a toilet / washing area but we have heard various comments that it is usually dirty (our own experience was still ok).
2. Play @ Heights Park - Toa Payoh
Venue: In-front of Blk 144 Lorong 2 Toa Payoh
Opening Hours: 8 am - 9 pm (Water Playpark)
Admission: Free
Located at Lorong 2 Toa Payoh, Play @ Heights Park is a small family-friendly park nestled within the neighbourhood with a water playpark, sand playground, an high-elements play structure and fitness equipment too!
The water play venue is actually quite small but it is the newest water park to be open and still very exciting for families to visit. Definitely don't forget to play at the other play venues around too!
3. Jurong Lake Garden - Clusia Cove
Location: Northern end of Lakeside Garden at Jurong Lake Gardens, 100 Yuan Ching Road, Singapore 618662
Opening Hours: Mon - Sun (8 am - 7 pm), Closed Mon except PH
Admission: Free
The Forest Ramble and Clusia Cove is one of the largest and best (in our opinion) free outdoor playground for kids! Forest Ramble is the dry play with 13 different stations for the kids to explore, and Clusia Cove is the wet play area.
Both areas are now open, with changing rooms and toilets available at Clusia Cove too!
4. Splash-N-Surf @ Singapore Sports Hub
Location: Singapore Sports Hub, access via the entrance near to Gate 22 of the National Stadium
Opening Hours: 8 am - 10 pm (Daily)
Admission: Free
Splash-N-Surf was one of our first water playground that we visited before. It is suitable for the younger kids as the play area is divided into slides and splashes, and a wading pool with swings in the pool. It recently reopened without the need for bookings!
5. Splash @ Kidz Amaze | Punggol SAFRA
Location: Punggol SAFRA
Opening Hours: 1 pm - 7 pm (Mon - Fri), 11 am - 7 pm (Sat, Sun, PH & Sch Hol)
Admissions: Starts from $8 for members and $16 for non-members (Compare prices here)
All 3 Kidz Amaze have reopened and you can visit the popular water playground (indoor) at Punggol SAFRA! Splash @ Kidz Amaze is highly popular and we advise you to check for the latest updates on booking requirements / capacity before heading down.
6. Wild Wild Wet | Downtown East

One of Singapore's largest water park, Wild Wild Wet, promises lots of thrills and spills for the entire family! You can even check out the latest happenings and promotions at Downtown East to complete the entire experience!
7. Adventure Cove - Sentosa

Experience the exhilaration and adrenaline rush of zipping down water slides at Southeast Asia’s only integrated aquatic and marine life park - Adventure Cove Waterpark! Families will get to race through six thrilling roller coasters and water slides - there will be so much excitement for the entire family!
8. Water Play @ Coastal PlayGrove

Location: East Coast Park, Area B, Carpark B2 (near to the Road Safety Park)
Opening Hours: Tue - Sun (Closed Mon), 8 am - 8 pm
Admission: Free
Located at East Coast Park, Coastal PlayGrove is a massive free outdoor playground with a water play area! The water play area features a wading pool and jets of water with illumination at night in various colours. It has reopened since Jan 2022 and continues to be a popular spot for the younger kids!

9. Dino-themed Water Play @ Causeway Point
Location: Causeway Point, Level 7
Opening Hours: 10 am - 9 pm
Admission: Free
Families can expect more fun and excitement in their next visit to Causeway Point with the opening of the new Dino-themed wet playground! Located at Level 7 of the mall, the playground includes slides, splashes and water sprouts designed as dinosaurs and more!
The centerpiece of the playground is an Erupting Volcano that erupts with water - splashing water on the kids waiting below! Just like the giant buckets at other popular playgrounds, the kids will definitely get excited about this.
10. Far East Organization Children's Garden | Gardens by the Bay

Opening Hours: Thu - Sun: 9.00am - 7.00pm (Last admission at 6.00pm), Waterplay closure: 6.30pm
Admission: Free
The water play area at the Far East Organisation's Children's Garden at Gardens by the Bay is finally opened! It will be operational from 27 May onwards - as with the rest of the Children's Garden. We are pretty sure this is exciting news for many parents!
Note that the garden is closed on Monday, and Tuesday if the Monday is a public holiday.
11. Waterworks @ Science Centre Singapore
Venue: Science Centre Singapore
Opening Hours: 10am - 12.30pm and 2pm - 4.30pm on Science Centre Singapore opening days
Admission: Free with Science Centre Singapore tickets (check tickets on Klook)
Located at the entrance of the Science Centre Singapore, the Waterworks exhibition offers families visiting the centre to enjoy fun play time in the water while learning about the importance of water to our lives too!
Entry if free with every Science Centre Singapore ticket, so make it a point to visit when you are at the centre too!
12. Rainforest KidzWorld @ Singapore Zoo
Venue: Rainforest KidzWorld @ Singapore Zoo | 80 Mandai Lake Rd, Singapore 729826
Opening Hours: Daily, 8.30 am - 6 pm
Admission: Free (admission fees to Singapore Zoo apply)
The Rainforest KidzWorld is one of our FAVOURITE spots to go to at the Singapore Zoo! With a massive water bucket, lots of spills and thrills, we highly recommend a visit to this massive water play area after visiting the rest of the zoo - or even to make it the highlight of your trip!
13. Oasis Waterpark @ Yishun
Location: Next to MSCP, Blk 307 Yishun Ring Road
Opening Hours: 9 am - 7.30 pm daily
Fees: Free
Oasis Waterpark @ Nee Soon East, located about 10 mins walk away from the Yishun MRT station and nestled among the HDB blocks. This huge waterpark provides relief from the sweltering weather with its water play features, it also has an impressive range of family-centric facilities, including a bath and changing area too!
14. Northpoint City
Location: Northpoint City (Level 4), 930 Yishun Ave 2 Singapore 769098
Opening Hours: 10.30 am - 9.30 pm daily
Admission: Free
Northpoint City’s splash pad might not be the Wild Wild Wet but kids will love the water slides here. There is a splash bucket as well as different types of water sprays and fountains, to keep the kiddies entertained.
15. Birds Paradise - Egg Splash
Location: Birds Paradise
Opening Hours: 9.30 am - 5.30 pm
Admission: Admission to Birds Paradise applies

Egg Splash is an egg-themed playground at Birds Paradise that offers wet play zones, with water slides, sprays and shallow pools. Parents can oversee their children at the sheltered cafe or at the sheltered pavilion. There are washing areas and toilets for children and adults to wash-up after play too!
16. Tampines1 Water Playground
Location: Tampines1 Rooftop
Opening Hours: 12 pm - 8 pm, daily except Mon from 4 pm to 8 pm
Admission: Free
The Rooftop Waterplay at Tampines1 has reopened for little ones to go splashing and running at! Time to head down for splashing fun!
17. Westgate
Location: Westgate Mall Level 4, 3 Gateway Drive, Singapore 608532
Opening Hours: TBC
Admission: Free
The playground at Westgate has reopened from Sep 2022. This includes both the dry and wet play areas. The wet play area is small but this is where you can get wet under a giant watering can!
Definitely don't miss out on the beautifully designed playground where you seem to have shrunk as you enter the Wonderland @ Westgate with a giant flower pot. lily pods and more!
18. Compass One
Location: Compass One | 1 Sengkang Square, Singapore 545078
Opening Hours: 10 am - 10 pm, daily
Admission: Free
Bring Your Kid Out to the Ninja Trail @ Compass One! This is an obstacle course / Ninja-themed water playground where kids can challenge themselves across different stations! Be ready for lots of running, climbing and getting wet at this fun-filled play space!
19. Waterway Point
Venue: Waterway Point | 83 Punggol Central, Singapore 828761
Opening Hours: 10 am - 7 pm Daily
Admission: Free
Head outdoors at Level 2 of Waterway Point and you will discover Happy Park, an outdoor dry and wet play area for the kids to run around and get wet! The playground consist of both a wet and dry play space so that kids can choose to play at either parts!
20. VivoCity
Venue: VivoCity | 1 Harbourfront Walk, Singapore 098585
Opening Hours: 10 am - 10 pm daily
Admission: Free
The play venue at VivoCity, Play Court, includes various play elements for the kids to run, climb, slide and more! The play venue even has a wet play section that children can go splashing in!
We won't necessarily call this a water playground, but I think the little don't mind it at all!
21. Marina Barrage

- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 12.30pm - 9pm
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday: 9am - 9pm
Admission: Free
A little play space for the kids to splash around in. The playground includes a wading pool, fountains and jets of water that may surprise the little ones!
Do note that the Water Playground will be closed without notice when there is heavy rain and/or lightning alert, or when urgent maintenance is required. Visitors are advised to call the Marina Barrage Information Counter at 6514 5959 to check if the Water Playground is open before making their way down.
22. Bishan- Ang Mo Kio Park
Venue: Bishan - Ang Mo Kio Park, Pond Garden (nearer to Upper Thomson Road)
Opening Hours: 8am - 11am and 4pm - 8pm
Admission: Free
Over at Bishan - Ang Mo Kio Park, head down to the Pond Garden, the section of the park nearer to Upper Thomson Road, is the quieter of the 2 sections and is where you will find the Water Playground and Adventure Playground.
Unlike the usual water play venues with big buckets of water and water jets, the Water Playground is not as exciting but let's little ones control the flow of water through water gates and for kids to run and splash around in.
23. HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir
Venue: HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir
Opening Hours: 2 pm - 8 pm (Thu & Fri), 10 am - 3 pm and 4 pm - 9 pm (Weekend, PH and School Hols)
Admission: from $40
Located at the newly opened HomeTeamNS Bedok Resevoir, Aqua Adventure is a sheltered water playground and will be Singapore’s first integrated all-weather water adventure centre, featuring Singapore’s longest indoor waterslide, as well as an indoor aquatic challenge rope course!
Families can gear up for a day of exhilarating fun at Aqua Adventure – home to a good mix of wet and dry interactive play installations!
24. Changi City Point

At Changi City Point, shoppers are welcome to enjoy quiet moments at “Arena @ L3”, an outdoor performing area, overlooking the lush landscape and take a stroll down to the dry and wet playground and a tree-house trail, which comprises a small park built in a “tree-house” at Level 2. Watch your kids enjoy themselves while you relax with a meal.
25. Transport-themed Choa Chu Kang Mini-Waterpark

Opening Hours: 10 am - 2 pm and 4 pm - 8 pm, Daily
Admission: Free
Families in the West looking for respite from the heat will be keen to know that there is a mini-transport-themed waterpark, the Choa Chu Kang Mini-Playground, located beside Keat Hong Community Centre, just opposite the Choa Chu Kang MRT Station.
You will find several water play features, as well as 3 small slides. In the middle of the play space is the main play structure that features a van and train (children can slide through them). You will even spot the aeroplane that is caught in the waterspout at the top of the main play structure too!
26. Water Play @ Lower Seletar Reservoir
Location: Yishun Ave 1, Lower Seletar Reservoir Park, Singapore 769139
Opening Hours: TBC
Admission: Free
Collectively known as the family bay area at Lower Seletar Resevoir Park, families can enjoy the water play area and performance stage. The water play area consist of a central fountain, two water spouts, and a wading stream for kids to splash around in.
