2. Take Part in the Family Friendly Trick or Thrills at Universal Studios Singapore

From 6 Sep to 5 Nov 2023, families who visit Universal Studios Singapore will be rewarded with spooktastic fun at the Universal Studios Singapore Trick or Thrills! Families can expect meet and greets with popular characters including Illumination’s Minion Monsters, Sesame Street friends, as well as the return of the Universal Monsters and Scorpion King, while a notorious crew of candy thieves will get guests grooving along to a new live dance and percussion show!
Throughout the park, fan-favourite characters decked out in their Halloween best will be available to meet and interact with guests. Come catch the Minion Monsters and Gru’s girls from Illumination's Despicable Me, Oscar the Grouch, Count von Count and Cookie Monster from Sesame Street; as well as Autobots Bumblebee and Megatron from Transformers, with new Halloween greetings for Bumblebee.
This will also mark the return of the Universal Monsters – Dracula, Frankenstein and the Bride of Frankenstein – as well as the Scorpion King in all his might. Not to be missed is a new meet and greet with The Sorceress, whose enchanting beauty and power draws guests under her spell.
3. Trick or Treat @ Opera Estate

This poplar Halloween event at Opera Estate will be back in 2023 as announced in a Facebook event post. Not much information is available yet, but its time to prepare your costumes, trick or treat bags and prep the kids for a fun experience collecting candies!

4. Halloween Decoration & Trick or Treat @ Woodgrove

Many parents will remember the massive crowds and impressive decorations of this popular community event that has been running since 2006 - mention Woodgrove Halloween and you will get excited looks from children and teenagers too!
Even with the onset of COVID, the Halloween decorations have been ongoing (unfortunately no trick or treating). The trick or treating restarted in 2022 and we are sure there will be a massive crowd this year in 2023! So grab your candy baskets and head down on 31 Oct 2023!
While there is no official website and we cannot promise you when it will happen, the event has been happening on 31 Oct over the years and we are quite sure it will be the same day this year. If you like to impromptu fun, this event is for you!

5. Halloween Decorations @ Sembawang

Date: Nearer to Halloween, 7.30 pm onwards for best viewing

A number of colonial black and white houses along Montreal Road and Canada Road at Sembawang have been putting up Halloween designs over the last 2 years, attracting visitors to visit for photos. While we do not have confirmation that the decorations will be up, we believe it might be worth dropping by to have a look!

Do remember that these are private housing, so please do not disturb the residents when visiting!
6. Get A Scare At The Harrowing Halloween 3 At Singapore Discovery Centre

Following last year's sold-out edition of the first ever Halloween at Singapore Discovery Centre, Harrowing Halloween returns bigger and scarier this year with a haunted house, haunted maze, guided tour and more!
While the haunted house is recommended for 13 years old and above, families with younger kids can still enjoy the carnival zone and drop-in craft activities at SDC too.

Halloween is around the corner and HomeTeamNS Khatib has prepared a family-friendly Spooktober for you and your family to enjoy fun activities and great deals at the clubhouse over 3 days!
Take the family on a SCAREvenger Hunt where you will need to complete 8 spooky-themed tasks around the clubhouse, and when you are hungry (and hungry for more fun), there will be the CarnEVIL games and snack stalls to fill you up! Kids can also have bouncy fun at the Witch House while trying to spot the hourly special appearances of spooky characters and activities that is sure to keep the little ones excited!
Don’t forget to come dressed in your Halloween best to take part in Spook and Snap, an online photo contest where the scariest costumes will stand a chance to win HomeTeamNS vouchers!

This Halloween, S.E.A Aquarium is welcoming you and your little ones to the "Deep Boo Sea" for a time of some ghastly good fun!
The habitats of the marine animals at S.E.A. Aquarium will morph into spooky Undersea Neighbourhoods this season. The dazzling Ghosts of the Sea: Sea Jellies Gallery, Quirky Critters Zone – home to the elephant fish, squirrel fish, old wife fish and more fascinating marine animals, and Creepy Corals Zone with over 100 species of live corals, will be newly decked out in delightfully spooky Halloween decorations.
4. Create Halloween Fun At Home With Gobblin Club's Magic Potions

Gobblin Club's thematic DIY Fruit Pudding Kit comes with many Halloween surprises for the little ones to have fun at home! Make your very own fruity Magic Potions Puddings and decorate the potion bottles with the creepy stickers provided!
Each kit makes 3 puddings, and also come with a surprise figurine and Halloween-themed dress-up items too!
5. Online Halloween Session With The Virtual Baby Sitter

Especially for the Halloween session, TheVirtualBabysitter has prepared a series of Halloween-themed workshops. 6. City Sprouts Halloween Carnival & Night Market

Something wicked is coming to City Sprout on 29 Oct 2022! Come tour urban farm with horror-themed greenhouses, face painting for children, hands "in" creepy crawlies and many DIY craft projects! For Adults, there will be opportunities for psychic readings and farm-to-table potion making .
Admission is free and you may choose to top-up with the Fright Pass or Festival Pass to spookify your experience further! The Fright Pass comes in activity coupons of 12 pieces, which entitles you to Halloween Activities designed for Kids and Adults. The Festival Pass comes in market shopping vouchers of 10 pieces value at $2 per voucher, which you can use to offset purchase with the market vendors.
11. Enjoy At Downtown East's Annual Halloween Event - Yokai Festival

The Yokai Festival is an annual Halloween event at Downtown East and it is back in 2022 with onsite programmes for all ages! Catch the Yokai parade on 29 Oct at 7 pm as half-demon Inuyasha, high school girl Kagome Higurashi and characters from the Inuyasha anime series parade around Downtown East.
There will also be performances at the Event Square on both days between 2 - 4 pm, a Yokai Costume Makeover booth from 1 to 6 pm and a 45-min mask-painting workshop at 1 pm, 2 pm and 3 pm.
12. Halloween Night With The SSO
Location: Victoria Concert Hall
Date: 29 Oct (8 pm), 30 Oct (4 pm)
Admission: $5 per pax (children under 7 are not allowed into the concert)
There is no instrument more associated to Halloween than the pipe organ. In this special Halloween concert the SSO is inviting you to gather your courage and enter the chilling interior of the Victoria Concert Hall. Join organist Loraine Muthiah as she sends musical tingles down your spine this Halloween!
13. Find A Nearby Halloween Event by OnePA

OnePA is organising various Halloween-themed baking and art workshops, parties and get-togethers at various community clubs and public spaces around the island. You might be able to spot an event poster at your estate or you can head over to the OnePA website for a schedule of all planned events.
14. The Great Clubhouse of Witchcraft & Wizardry at HomeTeamNS Balestier

Be prepared for a magical experience at HomeTeamNS Balestier, from 29 to 30 October 2022, with FUN activities for all ages including a wand-making workshop, meeting magical characters, wizarding game stalls, fun photoshoots, a magical haunted house and more!
And of course, we are on the lookout for the Best Dress Wizard/Witch from across all the lands…so do dress your best as a witch/wizard or some other magical characters as you’d like (be creative)!

15. Unlimited “Trick-or-Sweets” at the Museum of I Scream

At the stroke of midnight on Oct 1, MOIC will morph into Museum of I Scream, where scoops and spooks of all ages are invited to show off their eeriest ensemble and rediscover the joy that Halloween brought us as kids! This entire spooky season, Museum of I Scream will feature a creep-ified ice cream extravaganza that includes unlimited desserts, a spectral seasonal menu and an uncanny adventure full of interactive installations.
Keep an eye out for candy cauldrons so that you can fill up on cool confections throughout the museum, but not without completing some tricks! Also, don’t miss the chance to peek into the unknown by getting your ice cream fortune read! The mysterious ice cream fortune teller has set up camp in a creepy corner of the museum, so just look out for the otherworldly glow of their crystal ball.
If you start hearing some terrifying tunes, you might be nearing the world-famous sprinkle pool, where ghouls and gals can all join in and boo-gie to Halloween’s greatest hits in a graveyard of sprinkles! Over at the Apothecary Lab, you will find a mad ice cream scientist is mixing up some special sips and tasty tinctures for any parched party people! Don’t get creeped out by the mad scientist’s ice-clusive Graveyard Sundae or a delightful Orange Creamsicle Milkshake.

LEGO Monsters are taking over LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort this Halloween season. The annual Brick-or-Treat celebration presents the all-new Monster Party!
Families can expect a 2-hour special party from 5pm to 7pm every Friday and Saturday where they can put on their best party dance moves! Spot and collect candies at the Brick-or-Treat Trail, challenge the Halloween Party Games, jiggy it up at the Monster Rocker Jam show, put on your best disguise to participate in the children’s costume contest to win cool prizes!
That's not all! LEGOLAND is launching the brand new 4D movie “The Great Monster Chase!”. Exclusive to LEGOLAND, the movie promises thrill and excitement to keep guests glued to the seats with the latest wind, bubbles, water and other never-before special effects.

This one’s not for the faint hearted – embark on a chilling outdoor Candlelight special at the well-known folklore theme park Haw Par Villa, surrounded by statues and dioramas telling the stories of Chinese mythology and legends. In an amalgamation of the classic and modern, iconic scores from Stranger Things, The Addams Family, Thriller by Michael Jackson and more take centre stage in this unconventional Halloween experience not to be missed!

Deliveroo has teamed up with homegrown ice cream parlour, Udders to create a limited-edition Halloween Trick or Treat Mystery Box that will either make Deliveroo fans smile with glee or feel the heebie-jeebies!
These mystery boxes will go to the first 60 customers who order the I-scream & Waffles Bundle ($40) from participating Udders outlets (Novena, Upper Thomson, and Kovan) via Deliveroo. Each bundle includes two pints of Udders ice cream and an Udders signature Frozen Waffles box of two.
The ice cream flavours include the crowd favourite Salted Speculoos made with a rich brown butter base mixed with lotus biscoff crumbles, and the mouth-watering Awesomely Chocolate that features Belgian chocolates and chocolate shavings from Switzerland.
