1. Poinsettia Wishes at Gardens by the Bay

Start the year-end holidays on a whimsical note with a visit to this year’s Poinsettia Wishes at Gardens by the Bay.

The well-loved seasonal floral display is inspired by traditional confectionery from the Nordic countries, with a eight-metre-tall cupcake ferris wheel as one of the highlights. Look out for other larger-than-life delightful “treats”, such as a candied apple Christmas carriage, candy canes and adorable gingerbread decorations in the shape of animals found in the Nordic region.

Complementing the experience is a stream of “snow”, dazzling Luminarie installations and festive plants such as poinsettias, cyclamens, skimmias, violas, helleborus and real Christmas trees.

2. A Universal Christmas @ Universal Studios Singapore

Come follow the Universal Rockin’ Railway at A Universal Christmas and treat your eyes to our blockbuster-inspired Christmas trees. For star-studded selfies, be among Singapore’s first to meet Otto from Illumination’s Minions 2: The Rise of Gru! 

You can also visit your favourite stars like Guy Diamond, Poppy and Branch from DreamWorks Animation’s Trolls, plus your furry friends from Sesame Street, who will all be dressed for Christmas. If you’re in the mood for gifts, stand a chance to win lucky-draw prizes in A Universal Christmas Giveaway!

When you visit Universal Studios Singapore from 2 Dec 2021, you will also have the opportunity to visit the inaugural Festive Market that will comprise six F&B brands and two retail brands - you can expect USS exclusive items at their stalls too! Watch out for the staff giving out $5 vouchers that you can use at the market!

3. Visit An Ice-Hotel

Admission: Admission to Ice Hotel Gallery is inclusive in snow play admission ticket.

Stretching across a 17-metre snow field, the Ice Hotel Gallery is the latest attraction at the Snow City and boasts five thematic ice and snow art installation zones that have been carefully crafted by Singapore’s well-renowned ice sculptor veteran, Jeffrey Ng.

Certified as “Singapore’s First Ice Hotel Experience” by Singapore Book of Records Guests will get to enjoy craft beers at the Ice Bar, experience a “daycation” at the Hotel Room, and snap beautiful shots at the Dining Room and Ice Throne.

4. Visit the Christmas Wonderland

Venue: Gardens by the Bay
Dates: 3 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022

Christmas Wonderland, Singapore’s biggest yuletide event is expected to back to illuminate Gardens by the Bay from December 2021 with a whole new array of stunning light displays and festive offerings.

Marvel at the spectacular Light Displays, take a photo with Santa Claus, have a go at Carnival Games, hop onto a Venetian Double-Storey Carousel, shop for gifts at Mistletoe Alley Market, be mesmerised by the Garden Rhapsody light and sound show, and more

5. The One°15 Christmas Boat Light Parade

Venue: ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove
Dates: 4 Dec 2021, 6 pm - 10 pm
Admission: TBC

The ONE15 Christmas Boat Light Parade is back to light up your holiday with joy! This year’s parade will be like no other, with a totally new format. Stay tune for more information on what to expect! 

6. Festive Celebrations @ Forest Lumina Singapore Zoo

Venue: Various locations around Rainforest Lumina
Date: 18 Nov to 2 Jan 2022 (closed on Mon), 7.15pm to 12am

To add on to the immersive night experience, cross over to the Festive Celebrations @ Rainforest Lumina at the Singapore Zoo! Into its third and final season at Singapore Zoo, the evenings will be further illuminated with Christmas magic in a very special edition, so do not miss out on this chance to explore this magical universe, including a snow fall experience too! 

7. The Bub Fair - Christmas Market For Families

Venue: Social Affinity, 219 Kallang Bahru, Chutex Building, Level 3, Singapore 339348
Date: Dec 10 -12 and Dec 17 - 19, 10am to 7pm
Admission: $5 ticket with registration

The Bub Fair Holiday edition will showcase a unique and seamless shopping experience across seven categories; Wear, Care, Feed, Play, Learn, Home and Lifestyle to meet the holistic needs of the young, conscious and modern family.

The Bub Fair will be held over two weekends in December during the Christmas Holidays. More than 60 children and family lifestyle brands will be featured, with each weekend featuring a different group of participating brands. The public can stay tuned on @thebublist Instagram for more details on new collections, online giveaways and exclusive fair promotions to enjoy more savings on their purchases.

8. Orchard Road Christmas Light-Up

Venue: Orchard Road
Date: 13 Nov 2021 - 2 Jan 2022, from 6 pm 
Admission: Free

Get into the spirit of Christmas by visiting, Orchard Road, Singapore's busiest shopping street! You will find the area transformed with Christmas and festive decorations along the streets and within the malls! 

While visiting, do not miss the 10-minute 3D show will be shown on the giant screen at Mandarin Orchard from 8pm to 10.30pm daily. By downloading mobile application PopAR and pointing it at the projection, viewers can enjoy AR firework effects too!

9. Chistmas Party With Santa @ Little Earth Education

Venue: NTUC Income @ Tampines Junction #05-06, 300 Tampines Ave 5 Singapore 529653

  • 23 Dec at 2-5pm.

Admission: $49 per child

This 3 hour Christmas Party with Little Earth Education includes Christmas related art and craft, Christmas games, carols and snacks! Let your children experience Christmas with Santa, have fun with friends with art, game, snacks, carols and taking photos with Santa.

There will also be aChristmas gift exchange where every child who attends will bring a gift worth about $5. Each child will receive a present from Santa too!

10. Celebrating Christmas with CapitaLand Malls x POP MART Molly

11. Celebrate A Magical Christmas At Wisma Atria

mall decoration, themed “Whims And Fancies”. Inspired by Lewis Carroll’s classic fantasy tale, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, the mall aims to bring a fun, light-hearted and joyous celebration to its shoppers, alongside its slew of festive activities and promotions that cater to their whims and fancies.

Capitol has once again dressed up their sheltered Outdoor Plaza for the festive season! You can expect snowfall nightly from 7 pm onwards and even book a Capitol Snow Dome for just $5 for a 30 min experience! Sessions can be booked anytime from 12pm to 9.30pm daily.

14. Outdoor Skating Rink @ CHIJMES

Perhaps the most exciting event this year will be the outdoor Skating Rink at CHIJMES Mini Lawn, where you and your family can enjoy an evening skating experience under the stars! Entry is only $5 for 30 minutes, and if you don’t have your own skates, you can rent them at $5 per pair and kids may even choose a Seal Skating Aid to help them (and for a great photo opp)!

15. Changi Festive Village

As part of the festive lineup, Singapore Flyer teams up with Invade to bring you the "Candylicious Makers' Market", a weekend pop-up X'mas edition of Markers’ Market. It is not just candies that you can expect, look forward to a medley of crafts and design goods (think tote bags, accessories, scrapbooking, festive terrariums and more) at the pop-up market featuring local artisans. Soak in the holiday vibes at Singapore Flyer this Christmas while shopping to your heart's content! 

16. Furama x HaruPlate: Little Christmas Light-up at Furama RiverFront

Get your Christmas shopping sorted with HaruPlate & Friend’s Little Christmas Light-up at Furama RiverFront on the 11th and 12th December. Bring the family along for this festive pop-up featuring local family-centric brands for a weekend of gastronomy, games and giveaways! This hybrid fair will also be streamed online for those who wish to join in the festivities from the comforts of home.
