Festive & 1st Year Anniversary Celebrations at Fireplace by Bedrock

Fireplace by Bedrock introduces a new festive addition to its menu just in time for the season, along with a Fireside Sunday Brunch menu exclusively available in December to celebrate their 1st year Anniversary.

At Fireplace, communal dining is at the heart of every meal. Known for its signature open wood-fire cooking and homey, welcoming atmosphere, Fireplace brings people together through hearty and rustic dishes.

Available from 15 November 2024 to 5 January 2025, the Roasted Whole Lamb Shoulder ($168++/3kg) is good for 5 to 6 people. Served in a deep-dish platter, the lamb is presented with fragrant pilaf rice, roasted vegetables, and chimichurri sauce. The dish is complete with a side of mint jelly, green chilli relish dip, and a refreshing tomato and onion salad. With limited portions daily, it is recommended that diners pre-order at least one day in advance for dine-in, and two days in advance for delivery and takeaway.

Available every Sunday in the month of December 2024, the Fireside Brunch is an A La Carte Buffet ($68++/pax), featuring signature dishes crafted and kissed by applewood-fire like the Watermelon Feta Salad, Smoked Stracciatella Cheese, Miso King Prawns, and Bone Marrow Toast.  

For mains, look forward to Fireplace classics such as the Dirty Duck – an Irish duck rubbed with a medley of aromatic spices, sous-vide and finished on the grill. Also available is the 6 Hours Wood-Fired Crispy Pork Belly, which is sous-vide and slow-cooked in ambient heat on a rack hung above the grill.

Wrap up the afternoon of indulgences on a sweet note with desserts like the Lemon Pound Cake and Spiced Rum Pineapple. Heighten the revelry with the Free Flow Boozy Beverage Package for an additional $20++ per person, which includes bottomless cocktails, beers, wines and more. Children aged six and under dine for free

Boeuf’s Christmas Sharing Special: A Lavish 5-Course Surf & Turf Menu

This holiday season, Boeuf unveils a sumptuous 5-Course Surf & Turf Christmas Sharing Special ($198++ for two), offering a thoughtfully curated selection of French-inspired dishes crafted for festive indulgence.

Exclusively available from 23 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, the Christmas feast begins with House-Made Duck Rillettes, a classic French dish made from tender French duck leg, perfectly complemented by pickled mustard seeds, crisp cornichons, and slices of toasted sourdough. Next comes the Burratina di Puglia, showcasing the creamy delicacy of Italian burratina cheese paired with roasted vine tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, and a truffle balsamic reduction atop toasted sourdough, offering an indulgent twist on a well-loved classic.

The main event is Boeuf’s Signature Surf & Turf Platter, a luxurious combination of Char-Grilled Boston Lobster Tail featuring a 200-gram tail cooked to perfection with kombu-infused butter, a touch of smoked paprika, and a caramelised lemon for added brightness. It is paired with the Wagyu Picanha Steak, a 200-gram cut of AUS Sanchoku Wagyu Picanha MB6, served with roasted garlic, grilled seasonal vegetables, and a truffle jus for depth.

Families can also choose to upgrade to two premium steak upgrades: the Japanese F1 Wagyu Iwate Sirloin (200g) for an additional $39++, or the Japanese A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Sirloin (200g) for an additional $79++ to elevate your dining experience.

To round off the meal, enjoy Boeuf’s Cheese Platter of house-made Basque Cheesecake and 24-month-aged Comte cheese, accompanied by a cinnamon-infused fig chutney. This elegant finish to the meal balances the rich and the sweet, for a satisfying and memorable close to the holiday feast.

Make Merry At Birds Of A Feather with an Exclusive Festive A La Carte Special


Birds of A Feather, renowned for its vibrant Sichuan flavours, inventive cocktails, and warm hospitality, is the ideal setting for festive gatherings. Presenting Contemporary Cuisine with Sichuan influences, the restaurant adds to the revelry with a special a la carte dish, Xmas My Deer.
The dish showcases Head Chef Eugene See’s creative East-meets-West approach, rooted in his European culinary training and his knowledge of Sichuan cuisine. Capturing the warmth of the season with festive flavours made unique with Sichuan touches, the dish features a tender venison loin marinated in a blend of spiced red wine and fermented glutinous rice wine, then roasted to perfection. It is delicately coated in a fragrant blend of Sichuan pepper, salt, and ground pistachio, and baked to seal in its juicy interior.
Xmas My Deer ($58++) is exclusively available for lunch and dinner from 24 to 26 December 2024.

This Christmas, indulge in The Gyu Bar’s specially crafted gourmet bento box, curated to elevate festive gatherings into culinary adventures. Available for both dine-in and takeaway from 1 December 2024 to 1 January 2025, the beef specialist presents the Festive A4 Miyazaki Sirloin Bento Set (From $48+), with a selection of add-ons (from $10) to elevate the experience.  
The Gyu Bar’s Festive A4 Miyazaki Sirloin Bento features a whimsical arrangement of rice shaped into a Christmas tree. Starring Miyazaki A4 sirloin, the premium wagyu cut boasts rich, buttery flavour with a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The bed of steamed rice is topped with ikura, diced takuan, tamagoyaki, and cucumber, offering a myriad of flavours and textures in every bite. Each bento is also served with a salad with goma dressing on the side. 
To enhance the experience, the festive bento is customisable with a variety of add-on sides:
