Christmas Turkeys

• [NEW] Roasted Turkey with Coconut Crust

A new addition to the Christmas takeaway menu, this 4.5kg Roasted Turkey with Coconut Crust ($188.00) is a unique twist on the traditional roast turkey. We really loved this interesting combination of the succulent roasted turkey with the refreshing flavour of coconut, topped with an added crunch from the coconut crust. Good for 7 to 8 pax, every turkey is packaged with achar, garlic fried rice and cream sauce with curry leaves - making a a great mouth-watering centrepiece for Christmas.

• Traditional Roast Turkey 

For the festive traditionalists, opt for the best-selling 4.5kg Traditional Roast Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing served with Cranberry Sauce, Giblet Gravy, Roasted Potatoes & Seasonal Vegetables ($188.00). Reminisce the year gone by with your loved ones over a decadent feast in the comfort of your home. Serves 7 to 8 pax. 

Juicy Roasts

Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium's line of roast meats remains a Christmas classic year after year; the table wouldn't be complete without it!

• 3kg Honey Glazed Gammon Ham: served with Pineapple Sauce, Market Vegetables and Roasted Potatoes ($198.00). Serves 10 to 12 pax.

• 3kg Slow‐roasted Australian Leg of Lamb: served with Provence Herbs, Thyme Jus, Seasonal Vegetables, Roasted Potatoes ($208.00). Serves 7 to 8 pax.

• 1.2kg Slow‐baked Australian Grain‐fed Beef Ribeye: served with Seasonal Vegetables, Roasted Potatoes and Truffle Jus ($188.00). Serves 3 to 4 pax.

Jolly Log Cakes

• [NEW] Black Forest Log Cake

A traditional German dessert, this 1kg Black Forest Log Cake ($98.00) will delight all ages. Those with a sweet tooth would definitely love this combination of moist chocolate cake, sweet cherry filling, and creamy whipped cream. Serves 8 to 10 pax.

• [NEW] Lychee Ginger Log Cake

For those who prefer something less sweet (like us!), consider the newly launched 1kg Lychee Ginger Log Cake ($98.00). Lychee is the star flavour of this cake, providing a sweet and subtly floral taste that is both refreshing and exotic. Ginger adds a warm, spicy and crunchy kick to the cake and it complements the sweetness of the lychee, creating a harmonious balance of flavours. This delectable dessert combines both lychee and ginger in a visually appealing logshaped cake, making it both delicious and festive. Serves 8 to 10 pax.

Festive takeaways can be purchased from Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium’s e-shop from 1 November to 26 December 2023 (at least 3-day advance order is required).

Order before 9 December 2023 to enjoy an early bird discount of 20%. Orders amounting $400 and above will be entitled to free delivery.

Christmas Buffet At Atrium Restaurant

From 20 Nov 2023, diners will be treated to a yuletide feast at the Halal-certified Atrium Restaurant. Expect seafood on ice, creamy parmesan and shrimp risotto (this would definitely be a crowd-pleaser!), ratatouille, glazed honey chicken ham with cranberry sauce, roasted spring chicken, Christmas puddings/cookies/log cakes and live stations featuring local delights.

Perennial favourites such as oysters, salmon sashimi, cheese & cold cuts, baby rock lobster, beef cheek provencal, barbecued squid/otah/wings/sausage, beef willington and roasted turkey will also be available on selected dates at Atrium Restaurant.
