Guerilla Coffee Expands to Kallang Riverside

Following the successful launches of its first two outlets, Guerilla Coffee is proud to announce the opening of its newest and flagship outlet at Kallang Riverside.

Chen’s Kitchen, is the latest concept by Chen's, the sister concept of MICHELIN-starred Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro. This new casual family-dining concept is comfort Chinese-food with finesse, blending Japanese techniques with rich Szechuan flavours and promises sustainable pricing.

Chef Kentaro’s signature dish is the Mapo Tofu, and you can enjoy four innovative variations of Mapo Tofu: Black with Diced A5 Kagoshima Japanese wagyu chuck rib, White with Prawns and Scallops, Jade with Plant-based minced meat with house-blended green Szechwan peppercorns sauce, and Red with Savoury minced pork with fermented broad bean paste sourced from the Pixian District in Chengdu.

Chen’s Kitchen will also continue on the Chen’s tradition of its kid friendly menu and offer set meals such as Kurobuta Tonkatsu and Yakiniku for young diners.

Modern Thai Restaurant Fourgather has officially opened its doors at Suntec City. 

In this new and dynamic space, they’re unveiling a brand-new menu with dishes that capture the rich essence of traditional Thai cuisine, masterfully infused with contemporary Western flavours. Restaurant Espoir introduces Singapore’s first-ever Halal à la carte Tapas Buffet, combining Modern European culinary techniques with Malayan influences.

The innovative tapas buffet offers an exquisite array of 17 small plates, paellas, and desserts, infused with the rich flavours of the region. Highlights include

The Resident Chef Series spotlights Singapore’s finest chefs and their distinctive approaches to food, introducing Members to new flavours and gastronomic experiences. These exclusive menus are designed to pair seamlessly with the Club’s wine collection — one of the world’s largest and most diverse, numbering over 6,000 bottles and 1,000 by-the-glass labels.

His residency begins with a line-up of dishes inspired by the menu of his first restaurant, Cheek By Jowl, with fine wine pairings from the Club's collection, meticulously curated by 67 Pall Mall’s team of sommeliers. Highlights of the menu include:

  • Chicken Liver Éclair ($26++) - Paired with NV Fino, En Rama, Electrico, Bodegas Toro Albalá ($15++): A delicate choux pastry encases a filling of smooth, savoury chicken liver mousse. The richness is accented by a topping of sweet dates, and the warm complexity of Madeira.

  • Stuffed Roasted Bullhorn Pepper ($28++) - Paired with 2021 Santorini White, Artemis Karamolegos ($12.50++): Sweet Bullhorn peppers are roasted and filled with goat cheese, pomegranate seeds, and crushed walnuts.           Executive Chef Seumas Smith has crafted a menu beginning with Bluefin Tuna, avocado, and nori, followed by Chicken Liver & Foie Gras Parfait with cherry, shiso, and almond.  The third course is grilled Hokkaido Scallop with leek and caviar, followed by Wylarah Wagyu Sirloin with Kabocha pumpkin, truffle, and potato purée.  The meal concludes with a White Peach dessert featuring Rosé champagne, ivory white chocolate, and raspberry.

          For an exceptionally luxurious Valentine's Day celebration, consider the two-Michelin-starred JAAN by Kirk Westaway. Their special menu offers a refined, seasonally-inspired, and vegetable-forward dining experience. This includes the renowned Cheddar Pancake, followed by a Barbecue King Crab Leg accompanied by Kristal caviar. For the main course, couples can choose between two enticing options: Costoletta di Manzo, braised beef short ribs served with creamy celeriac, earthy chiodini mushrooms, and luxurious black truffles, or Branzino Cileno alla Mugnaia, a delicate seabass fillet prepared with butter squash, a fragrant thyme sauce, crisp salicornia, and glistening caviar.
