The Hello Kitty and Little Twin Stars Café features a delightful transformation of the French style bistro’s interior, with a specially designed themed menu to complete the experience. Walk into the café and be immediately transported into a starry world, filled with cotton candy fields where Hello Kitty and Little Twin Stars not only make an appearance in the dreamy café ambience with pastel motifs across the room, but are also featured in the dishes with adorable accents.

2. A New Dino-Theme Food Hall Opens - Jurassic Nest

3. Little Farms Opens A New Outlet at Serangoon Garden

Little Farms new cosy, al fresco urban farm-style bar and grill at Serangoon Garden boasts a charming space with an open kitchen concept where guests can watch the passionate chefs in action. The unique in-store edible wall provides the freshest greens for dishes.

4. Oh My Cow! Is A New Ice Cream Cafe At Marina Square

Brand new ice cream and dessert café Oh My Cow! makes its debut at Marina Square this October - providing families and children a colourful, bright and cosy space to seek a dose of happiness in the form of a sweet treat!

Probably the first-ever in Singapore, Oh My Cow! features a Nutella tap flowing with the much-loved hazelnut cocoa spread that has been gently heated with a chocolate-tempering machine – you can have the sauce with just about anything, from scoops of ice cream to plated desserts. 

5. Singapore's first-ever ox tongue specialty restaurant Gyutan-Tan opens along Tras Street

Gyutan-Tan, Singapore’s first-ever gyutan (ox tongue) specialty restaurant makes its debut on Tras Street, presenting succulent gyutan in absolutely exquisite creations.

Guests are warmly welcomed into a casual chic restaurant that exudes a calming vibe, thanks to a modern Japanese-Scandivanian décor. Guests may also watch Head Chef Yoshiyuki Kuroshima and his team in action behind a show kitchen as they meticulously prepare the delicacy before grilling over binchotan to achieve an aromatic char.

The smoky and tender gyutan is showcased in various forms such as delectable appetisers, chargrilled mains, donburi (rice bowl) and teishoku (set meal).

7. PastaMania Offers an Array of Seafood-themed Dishes For The Festive Season

8. L'Angélus Celebrates The Holiday Season with a 3-Course Festive Menu

Singapore’s oldest single-location traditional French restaurant since 1998, L'Angélus is celebrating this holiday season with a mouth-watering 3-Course Festive Menu ($98) available from 1 to 31 Dec 2022. Diners may look forward to starting the meal with a choice from one of these three irresistible entrées - Foie Gras Poché, Velouté d'Artichaut, Truffe FraicheDyade d'Huîtres et de Saint-Jacques, Gelée de Shiso et Concombre or the Tartare de Bœuf, N25 Baerii Caviar.

Diners may indulge in one of the three plat principals, such as the luxurious Légine Glacée au Miso, Beurre D'oursin (Miso Glazed Deep Sea Australian Toothfish, Murasaki Uni Butter), the succulent Magret de Canard à l'Orange (Crispy Skin Moulard Duck Breast, Orange Reduction, Celeriac Purée) or the comforting Le Pot-Au-Feu Revisité (Slow-Cooked US Short Rib, Marrow and Vegetable Dumpling, Beef Broth).

9. Les Bouchons Serves A Festive Menu For The Holidays

Diners can choose from 4 starters, including a french onion soup, chicken liver mousse, smoked salmon rillette or the foie-gras.

10. Tapas,24 - Vegetarian and Seafood Options For The Festivities

The lively and well-loved Barcelonian concept Tapas,24 who introduces a range of satisfying seasonal dishes that lives up to the restaurant’s ‘organised disorder’ of tapas enjoyment. Unlike traditional tapas and festive dishes that are often meat-focused, this year's menu will focus on vegetarian and seafood options, making the restaurant an ideal spot for those seeking a meat-free celebration.

Definitely try the much sought-after chocolate cake to finish your meal too!

11. Truffle Fair and Festive Dishes at Gochi-So Shokudo

At Gochi-So Shokudo, the Iberico Pork is enhanced by using Charcoal of the finest grade, coupled with special dipping sauces for a perfect combination! This festive season, the Japanese chain is introducing newly launched Truffle Dishes - Truffle Cheese Mille Feuille Katsu ($18.90) with mushroom and cheese, and Truffle Chestnut Jowl Don ($12.90), available from 1 Nov to 14 Dec 2022. 

The former is a delectable Truffle Katsu with a crisp batter, enveloping the creamy goodness of mushrooms (king oyster and button), cheddar cheese and pork with hints of truffle, and the later is premium chestnut jowl accented with truffle and lightly grilled over japanese binchotan charcoal and accompanied with delightful mushrooms and rice.

Also new to the menu is the Iberico Secreto (Black Char Siew) - $9.80++ for 6 pieces.

12. Celebrate A Classic British-inspired Christmas at Rempapa

From 15 to 31 December 2022, Chef Damian invites guests at Rempapa to join in the merry celebration with his renditions of classic British dishes featuring Singapore heritage flavours, available for dine-in and takeaway.

Available only for takeaways are four festive dishes. Chef Damian’s take on the roast chicken, the Roast GG French Poulet with Rempapa Spices ($90+; 1.3kg). The whole chicken is brined with Rempapa’s house-blend of spices in salt, honey, and vinegar for 24hours, then stuffed with pandan leaves, fresh bay leaves, turmeric leaves, ginger flower, garlic cloves, and lemongrass before it is roasted.

For the Spiced Meatloaf with Sambal Mashed Potatoes ($90+; 1.2kg tray), pork, onion, carrot, celery, and garlic are cooked with nutmeg and curry powder. Both main courses are served with Bubble & Squeak on the side. Rempapa’s version of the Sunday staple made with leftovers from the day before presents Brussels sprouts, Bombay onions, roasted pork, shallots, and garlic. 

Spotted Dick with Gula Melaka Custard ($35+; 500g roll) blends the traditional steamed pudding with well-loved heritage flavours - combining beef tallow, brandy-soaked currants, orange and lemon zest, butter, brown sugar, and milk, and serves the steamed dessert with crème anglaise sweetened with gula melaka.

The four festive dishes are also presented in a Festive Platter ($120++; serves four persons), available only for dine-in guests at Rempapa.

13. Eat, Drink, and be Merry at Binary

From 12 to 31 Dec 2022, bring merriment to the table with Binary’s festive sharing platters and a la carte items. Good for 2 to 3 persons, look forward to the Honey Baked Ham Platter ($88++), which comes with honey baked ham (500g) and a choice of two small plates or sides from Binary’s a la carte menu.

Indulge in the 1kg Angus OP Rib Platter ($178++), served with a choice of two small plates or sides. For a party of 5 to 6 persons, the Ham & Beef Platter ($238++) offers best of both worlds with honey baked ham (500g) and Angus OP Rib (1kg), complemented with a choice of three small plates or sides. 

For dessert, Binary brings both Asian and Western flavours to the table with the Hong Kong Egglet ($118++), served with a luxurious tin of Oscietra Caviar (30g), egg salad, onions and chives. Not to be missed are the Candied Yam Mash ($14++) and Festive Egglet Surprise ($16++) with fresh fruits and ice cream.

Those looking for an extra punch - visit from 16 to 31 December 2022, on Fridays and Saturdays between 6pm to 9pm, indulge in Bottomless Festive Punch Bowls ($58++ per pax) featuring unlimited pours of five different cocktails.

14. Revel In The Christmas Spirit At Goodwood Park Hotel

Goodwood Park Hotel celebrates Christmas with new festive creations that includes glorious yuletide cakes and pastries, starring the all-new Festive Tropicana Log Cake; Beary Merry Yule Log; Jolly Holiday Travel Cake; Pink Party Christmas Tart and a Christmas Durian Combo featuring a medley of exquisite D24 durian delights.

The dazzling three-tiered Christmas Tree Set and two-tiered Christmas Carousel set are also making a comeback with delicate sweet and savoury bites ideal for a cosy get-together with friends and family.

Besides sweets, customers can also expect Asian-inspired interpretations of the quintessential Christmas dish – Turkey, featuring the likes of Chinese-style Braised Whole Turkey with Braised Eggs, Peanuts and Homemade Chilli Sauce served with a choice of yam rice with preserved sausages, mushrooms and dried shrimps, or thick rice porridge and braised gravy; DIY Turkey Popiah with Homemade Sambal ChilliWok-fried Carrot Cake in Homemade Sambal Chilli with Turkey Breast, Capsicums and Bean Sprouts; as well as Mini Curry Turkey Pot Pie with Onions and Potatoes.

15. Festive Feasting At Little Farms'

Little Farms' offers a wide variety of high-quality and ethically sourced produce to make those year-end celebrations extra unique and memorable.

A centrepiece at the table will be the Christmas Roast Turkey (serves 8-10 pax, $195). This hefty 6-7kg bird is served with Sourdough Apricot and Sage Stuffing and comes with Turkey Gravy and homemade Cranberry Apple Compote. The Pineapple and Honey Glazed Ham (serves 6-8 pax, $268) is a noteworthy savoury, flavourful roast. Boneless ham is roasted with pineapple, glazed with raw Aussie Honey, and served with wholegrain mustard.

The signature O’Connor Boneless Prime Beef Rib Roast (serves 6-8 pax, $268) is a 2.5kg premium cut of boneless prime rib that is roasted until tender and served with red wine and mushroom jus. The stunning Butcher's Porchetta (serves 8-10, $228 is filled with Royal Gala Apple and Fennel Compote, and makes an excellent choice for hearty appetites.

Christmas is definitely not complete without desserts, and the dedicated pastry team at Little Farms has got this covered. The Baked Pumpkin Pie (serves eight, $80) remains a crowd-pleaser with its butternut pumpkin filling with vanilla chantilly cream and chocolate pearls. Indulge in the Christmas Fruit Cake (serves six, $30) that features rum-infused fruits such as Apricots, Prunes and Dried Cranberries. 

The quintessential Black Forest Log (serves eight, $80) is a beautifully constructed soft Chocolate Blackout Sponge layered with Chocolate Cherry Mousse, Cherry Compote, and a subtle hit of Kirsch Cream – the ideal end to any celebratory festivities.

16. Celebrate the Festivities with Spanish Fare at Restaurant Gaig 

Christmas time in Spain is a special occasion for families, friends, and loved ones to come together to celebrate time-honoured traditions. From 1 to 31 December 2022, Executive Chef Marti Carlos and his team present a repertoire of festive plates for dine-in to mark the joyous holiday period with convivial feasting. The takeaway Christmas Gourmet Box of Spanish favourites is back by popular demand, ringing in joy of delicious gifting this festive season.

A returning favourite is the Stuffed Spring Chicken with Pork Belly, Truffle, and Nuts ($36++), as roast chicken is a must- have in every Catalan house during Christmas. 17. PS.Cafe Launches Its New Christmas Menu

Bring family and friends together for fun and festivities at PS.Cafe this Christmas. From hearty roasts to delectable desserts and festive cocktails, PS.Cafe serves up a range of tantalising dishes - from all-time traditional favourites to some creative new Christmas twists on the classics - to elevate your get-togethers. 

Expect appetisers like the Petit Turkey Cranberry Caesar ($18++) where fresh meets festive in this joy filled salad bowl, which comprises baby cos, bacon, parmesan, baked croutons and a poached egg, and the Grilled Haloumi ($18++) – Tuck into the tangy richness of haloumi resting on a bed of green herb hummus. 22. A Christmas Journey at Path 

This Christmas, Path presents a festive menu ($198++ per pax) inspired by the idea of dishes that provide warmth and contentment on a snowy winter night. 

Available only for dinner from 22nd to 25th December 2022, look forward to a festive gastronomic journey complete with deep, soulful Asian flavours elevated with luxurious ingredients and Chef Marvas’s masterful French culinary techniques. The festive menu includes, the French Arctic Char, featuring a delicious sauce made with the bones of the arctic char, the fish is completed with toppings of sliced heirloom tomatoes. Meticulously made with quail drumettes, the BBQ Quail Drumlet is carefully compressed into a ball while still on the bone and then pan-seared and glazed with a housemade chicken jus for a juicy, sweet-savoury finish. 28. Osteria Mozza Celebrates the Yuletide Season With Family-Style Festive and New Year’s Eve Set Menus

Jointly curated by American celebrity chef Nancy Silverton and Executive Chef Peter Birks, Osteria Mozza's celebratory menus feature Italian-inspired traditional dishes prepared Mozza-style, centred around the holiday spirit of spending time with loved ones.

For Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, feast on a family-style sharing menu ($148++ per person) that comprises signatures like Affettati Misti, Chicken Porchetta and Corzetti Alla Norma.
