1. Nuodle, Halal Beef Chain, Expands Menu Items For 2023

Nuodle, Singapore's first and only halal beef chain of quick-serve restaurants, is pleased to announce the expansion of its menu! Nuodle's Halal beef noodles are made with special flour and customers can choose between 5 different types of hand-pulled noodles at 3 Nuodle flagship outlets (SingPost Centre, Our Tampines Hub, Compass One)!

Families can expect two new menu items in March. These include the Mala Beef Lamian and the Classic Fried Bee Tai Mak, Nuodle’s take on popular favourites in the local hawker centre.

2. Tablescape Refreshes Its Afternoon Tea Set 

Tablescape Restaurant & Bar refreshes one of their signature offerings: the Afternoon Tea Set with a brand new menu containing an assortment of delightful treats perfect for a small get-together or for intimate interludes with your loved ones. 

Available now for dine-in ($78++), delivery and takeaway ($78nett), the new Tablescape Afternoon Tea Set contains a selection of dainties

  • The “Flower Pot” Cheese Mousse that presents a creamy cheese filling and red velvet sponge inside a dark chocolate “flower pot”
  • The Éclair Mango Custard - a set of mini chocolate éclairs coated in a mango custard sauce that makes for a surprisingly elegant pairing
  • The Tea Smoked Salmon Sandwich made with house-smoked Norwegian salmon fillets paired with fresh cucumbers, creme cheese and furikake powder

 Also available between 1 to 9 Apr 2023, the Easter edition of the Afternoon Tea Set will showcase brand new and creative bites inspired by the holiday.

3. Little Farms Introduces Taco Tuesday and The Daily Smash

Well known for its carefully curated selection of high quality, all-natural and ethically sourced produce, Little Farms is launching a couple of exciting promotions at Little Farms Serangoon Gardens!

Every Tuesday, Little Farms offers a mouthwatering treat with a ‘Taco Tuesday’ promotion only at Serangoon Garden. Come down to try the Carnitas Way Tacos featuring juicy and slow-cooked pork that melts in your mouth, the Fable Chargrilled Shiitake Asada Tacos, a vegetarian delight with plant-based meat made of shiitake mushrooms, and the crisp and tangy Baja Fish Tacos. 4. Starbucks Introduces The Strawberry Pie Beverages

Achieve berry bliss with the newest fruity sips available at Starbucks Singapore this Spring. The new limited-time drinks include  the Starbucks Strawberry Pie Pure Matcha Latte (Tall (Hot/Iced), $7.90), a soothing combination of Pure Matcha flavor balanced with milk and strawberry pie-flavored syrup and topped with light pink strawberry pie-flavored cream foam and yummy cookie crumble topping, and the Starbucks Strawberry Pie Cream Frappuccino (Tall, $8.40), a berry creamy blend of strawberry pie-flavored syrup, milk, and a swirl of butter strawberry cookie for that extra layer of delightful crunch, it is also topped with whipped cream and additional strawberry butter cookies for an extraordinary medley of textures.

5. Ayam Brand Unveils New Pulled Chicken Flavours

A household name for its quality canned products in Asia, Ayam Brand is finally launching products that befits its logo of a rooster and paying homage to its brand name (ayam means chicken in Malay)! The new Pulled Chicken will come in 2 flavours - Hot Chilli and Mayonnaise. So whether you are in the mood for a sandwich, taco, wrap, or some good old-fashioned rice, pasta, or noodles, these time-saving and convenient options are the perfect ways to add some variety to your busy household.

You can grab these cans at Fairprice outlets islandwide for just $3.25 each (150g). All Ayam Brand products are Halal certified and free from preservatives, added MSG, and trans-fat.

6. Magnum Remix New Flavours

Magnum’s back with a twist – three iconic well-loved flavours are being reimagined into the limited-edition Magnum Remix Classics range. Introducing the nutty Almond Remix, tangy White Chocolate & Berry Remix, and the indulgent Classic Remix.

7. Da Paolo Gastronomia Launches Build-Your-Own Warm Hearty Bowl

From 24 March 2023, Da Paolo Gastronomia expands its Greens and Grains range with the sumptuous Build-Your-Own Warm Hearty Bowl ($17.90) featuring three delectable soup bases - pumpkin, tomato, and broccoli (+$1). 

The newly launched Build-Your-Own Warm Hearty Bowl offers the added option of warm robust soups on top of ever-green items available in the Greens & Grains menu. Enjoy the freedom of choice and build your own bowl, however you wish. Choose between three equally appetising soup bases, made without dairy or gluten - pumpkin, tomato, and broccoli to go with the colourful variety of clean-tasting proteins and vegetables.

The Build-Your-Own Warm Hearty Bowl and Greens & Grains Bowl consist of 1 Soup, 1 Protein, 2 Vegetables and are available all day, every day for dine-in or takeaway at all Gastronomia outlets except Paragon.

8. Give in to your cravings with KFC’s Hot Devil Drumlets

KFC launches its popular Hot Devil Drumlets in 2 irresistible flavours! Succumb to the addictive crunch and flaming spices of these little devils that comes in 2 flavours – Flaming Chilli and Spicy Lime! The Flaming Chilli has a smoky and intense spiciness that will have spice-lovers hooked for more with its addictive blend of chili, paprika and pepper spices. On the other hand, the tangy Spicy Lime balances the heat with a zesty burst of lime for a harmonious marriage of spices.

9. Swensen's Introduces the 'Nugget' Ice Cream

Swensen's introduces a new bite-sized addition to their novelty ice cream line, ‘Nugget’ Ice Cream! Crunch into these golden ‘Nuggets’ to reveal a creamy and delightfully icy core of Swensen’s signature vanilla ice cream! Similar to how usual nuggets are sold, the ice cream version is available in 6, 9 or 12-piece servings, all packaged in the brand’s signature red clam shell box, or 18-piece servings in a pint.

From 31 March 2023, the ‘Nugget’ Ice Cream will be available for purchase from Swensen’s and Earle Swensen’s stores islandwide and for delivery via https://shop.swensens.com.sg, GrabFood, Deliveroo and Foodpanda.

10. New Mr Kun Lava Cookie Ball

Mr. Kun Lava Cookie Ball, a first-of-its-kind dessert ball made of cookies filled with warm and gooey lava filling, is sure to captivate your senses.

Using clarified butter, a gold standard for modern melt-in-your-mouth cookies, every bite promises the richness and uniqueness of Mr. Kun Lava Cookie Ball, adding a sweet, nutty twist to the dessert. Its centre comprises a gooey molten core of either yogurt or strawberry to end any meal on a sweet note. 

The cookies are retailing at S$5.80 per can, across NTUC Online, Giant, Popular, and Mr. Kun’s website.

11. New Restaurant - 808 Eating House

A casual and inviting eatery by young Singaporean Chef Eugene Chee, 808 Eating House is a lively new entrant to the buzzing dining enclave of Joo
Chiat.

At 808 Eating House, families can expect a livelier and more local vibe, fuelled by inventive and satisfying dishes prepared with finesse, and thoughtfully-sourced local or regional quality ingredients. Diners can tuck into a selection of snacks, small and big plates; designed for sharing, served up from the open kitchen. Some key highlights include

  • Buah Keluak Pork Belly ($26) – a hunk of pork belly braised for 12 hours in buah keluak and soy sauce enriched with homemade coconut serundeng, accentuated with the citrusy and floral note of ginger flower, and accompanied by achar pickles.
  • Barramundi ($28) presents perfectly seared crispy skinned fish perched on a lightly-spiced garam masala pumpkin puree, and a smear of pumpkin relish, in an intense and heady shellfish broth.
  • Braised Lamb Shank ($38) permeated with Chuan-chuan spices and complemented with burnt eggplant purée, pickled shallots and watercress.

12. New Menu at La Pizzaiola

La Pizzaiola has garnered a steady following since 2012 and grew to become three outlets strong based on a concise menu of Italian standards with antipasti, pasta and pizza baked in a woodfire oven. Catering to growing demands for new flavours, it has added new items to its existing signatures that are bound to entice.

New on the menu are appetisers like Foccacia Aglio, Burro e Mozzarella of freshly baked focaccia bread fragranced with garlic and mozzarella fior di latte as well as Sardine Fritte of deep-fried breaded fresh sardines.

A new pasta also joins the ranks: The Tagliolini al Nero di Seppia con Salsa di Granchio brings homemade tagliatelle with the sweetest scallops, lent a punchy brine from capers and juicy tartness from fresh tomatoes.

13. New Executive Chef and Menu at Dusk Restaurant & Bar

Mount Faber Leisure Group (MFLG) has recently appointed new Executive Chef Robert Chan and are launching his new set menu at Dusk Restaurant & Bar that combines classic European cooking with his ingredient-forward approach.

The menu deliberately cuts down on the frills and places emphasis on the key ingredients of each dish, allowing their natural flavours to shine, with highlights such as the gentle brine of Hokkaido Scallops that celebrates the natural textures and flavours of the prized scallops, Tournedos Rossini, a classic beef dish skilfully executed with a robust sauce, duck foie gras and aromatic black truffles, and Maine Lobster, a butter-poached lobster infused with a creamy richness, further complemented by petit pois and finished with ginger crustacean espuma.

14. Celebrate with Kagami Biraki at The Gyu Bar

The Gyu Bar is bringing sake enjoyment to a whole new level. Located along Stevens Road, the contemporary dining bar delivers the Kagami Biraki (鏡開き) experience to Singapore. This time-honoured tradition is a ceremonial opening of a sake cask, carried out as a blessing for prosperity, good health and wealth. Kagami refers to the lid of a sake barrel and biraki means ‘to open’ — Kagami Biraki translates literally to ‘opening the lid’.

From 15 April, diners can sip on their favourite sake bottle (720ml) in high spirits at The Gyu Bar. Available upon request, each order of sake will have the beverage served in a customary sake barrel, including a mallet for diners to break the lid. The experience comprises two complimentary restaurant-branded wooden masu sake cups, subject to availability. 

15. Hari Raya Menu at IKEA Restaurants

Bring family and friends to feast at the IKEA restaurants too during this festive period! Dine on Hari Raya fare with dishes like Nasi kerabu and chicken leg with sweet spicy sauce ($8.90) as well as 6pcs chicken wings with sweet spicy sauce ($9.90). From 6 March to 30 April, finish your meals with a sweet treat with the Mini ondeh cake ($4.00/ea), and from 23 March to 21 April, try the Lamb shank with mixed vegetables ($15.90) – all festive offers are while stocks last.

16. Rempapa Celebrates Hari Raya

From 21 to 23 April 2023Rempapa honours the Hari Raya festivities with five special dishes that  features traditional Malay dishes. Rempapa continues to celebrate heritage flavours this Hari Raya and seeks to honour Singapore’s multi-cultural flavours and educates through the culinary legacies of different ethnic groups. 

  • Sambal Goreng ($26), literally translated as ‘Fried Chilli Paste’, is a staple Malay dish that consists of vegetables, tempeh, fried bean curd (tau kua) and prawns in a fragrant chilli paste.
  • Serunding ($8), which refers to a side dish to accompany rice, is commonly associated with Javanese cuisine. A touch of tamarind is mixed into caramelised grated coconut for Rempapa’s version, inspired by Chef Damian’s memories of Aunty Zainab, a fond family friend who regularly presented tables of Indonesian-Malay fare for her loved ones.
  • Ayam Masak Merah ($38) - The GG French chicken is cooked in enriched tomato sauce and an aromatic mix of herbs and spices until the flavour permeates the meat.
  • The Beef Cheek Rendang ($44) follows a recipe belonging to Chef Damian’s grandad. This traditional dish is renowned for its laborious cooking process, so it’s often reserved for special occasions and celebratory meals. The fork-tender yet juicy meat is best paired with some serunding and ketupat.
  • Ketupat ($6 per portion) – perfect for mopping up the flavourful rempahs.
  • A sweet childhood favourite is available for drinks — Bandung Chin Chow ($8 per portion). Rose cordial syrup is mixed with evaporated milk and topped off with chin chow for a refreshing bite.

17. New Ramadan Menu at PastaMania

This Ramadan, gather with your family and friends for a hearty meal at local homegrown Italian chain, PastaMania with their specially created dishes.

From 20 March to 23 April 2023, PastaMania introduces a variety of new creations such as Chilli Seafood Pasta and Roti John BBQ Chicken Pizza, with flavors which will undoubtedly appeal to the young and old. Complete your feast on a sweet note with the decadent and rich Rainbow Brownie.

18. Uncle DiDi Brings Back Crowd-Favourite Ondeh-ondeh Popcorn For Hari Raya

Inspired by their childhood favourites, Uncle Didi  returns with its seasonal Ondeh-ondeh popcorn that perfectly marries the rich sweetness of gula melaka with fragrant pandan. 

This adds to its repertoire of 12 bespoke recipes and innovative flavours including all-time classics like Bandung, Milo Dinosaur and Salted Caramel, which are now available right in the heartlands at Uncle Didi’s new specialty store at Hillion Mall

19. Chocolate Anatomy Features at Baker X

From 6 April to 3 May 2023, Chocolate Anatomy will be the resident baker at Baker X, offering a delightful array of chocolate treats such as chocolate truffles, brownies, cookies and more at the 10-seater café.

Look forward to crowd favourites such as:

  • Signature Fudge Brownies, a moist and dense fudge brownie filled with chunks of rich, dark chocolate.
  • The Original Chocolate Cake features a soft and fluffy chocolate sponge cake, topped with swirls of dark chocolate ganache.
  • The Netflix & Chill Collection includes Signature Dark Chocolate Fudgies which are bite-sized, mini fudge brownies topped with generous drizzles of chocolate ganache. 

20. Limited-time Spring Collection with GODIVA

Hop into the season of spring with GODIVA’s exclusive line-up of Easter specials showcasing a selection of exquisite gift boxes along with new and returning irresistible chocolate choices.

23. Go On An Easter Wonderland at Goodwood Park Hotel

Goodwood Park Hotel is thrilled to present the return of ‘An Easter Wonderland’ to celebrate the joyous occasion. The premises will be transformed into a whimsical ‘wonderland’ of Easter fun, headlined by an Easter Sunday Mega Brunch on 9 April spanning L’Espresso, Coffee Lounge and Gordon Grill with pop-up lifestyle retail booths, colourful displays of giant inflatable eggs, a bouncy castle for children, and an Easter egg hunt for adults and children to partake in the merriment.

24. Binary's Easter Brunch + Egg Hunt

Add a little magic to your Easter weekend with Binary’s Easter Brunch menu. Available exclusively on 9 April 2023, the four-course menu - Bread, Egg, Whole Roast, Sides, and Dessert - offers both Asian and Western flavours that allows diners to customise their meal according to their preferences. Priced at $48++ per person, the Easter Menu is available from 11.30am to 3.30pm.

As part of its Easter celebration, Binary is hosting a fun and exciting egg hunt from 1 pm onwards. Egg stickers will be hidden in the restaurant – the first two guests to find three stickers and present them to the bar will enjoy a bottle of Louis Roederer 243 Brut (worth $118++) on the house. Two lucky individuals, one guest per dining table, will win a bottle each.

A celebration is never complete without some bubblies, so supplement the brunch with a 2-hour Free-flow Beverage Package.

  • House Package ($48++ per person) includes a selection of house wines, Binary Brew, Binary Spritz, Soft Drinks and Juice.
  • Premium Package ($88++ per person) offers a choice of premium house wines, Louis Roederer 243 Brut, Binary’s signature cocktails or a selection of gin, vodka, and whiskey.

25. Celebrate Easter with Altro Zafferano

Exclusively on 8 April, indulge in a gastronomic brunch ($138++ per diner) complemented with unlimited pour of beverage choices such as house wines and champagne at Altro Zafferano.  The gastronomic menu is specially curated by Executive Chef Andrea De Paola and his team showcasing generous sharing portions of appetisers and pastas, choice of main course and sharing desserts; fit for intimate dining for two and convivial parties.

The main course presents a choice of succulent Lamb saddle roulade with burnt kalettes, palermo peppers and pickled mustard, or Halibut with stuffed zucchini flower, Mugnaia and trout roe. The festivity concludes with an array of alluring Easter desserts.

26. Hilton Singapore Orchard Invites Families for a Joyous Easter Weekend

Hilton Singapore Orchard unveils seasonal specials at Estate! The highly popular Seafood bar will be available for brunch ($188++ per adult) on Easter Sunday (9 April). Guests can savour a bounty of premium oceanic delights like Maine lobsters and snow crabs to Fine de Clair oysters

To mark the occasion, an assortment of Easter themed dishes will also be available. The curated menu will feature items such as Scotch Eggs with Hollandaise Sauce and Chives and Mushroom Tortellini with Cèpe Mushroom Sauce and White Truffle Oil

Don't forget to bring your kids along to join in the fun! A range of children's activities such as Easter egg scavenger huntballoon sculpting and Easter egg painting are set to keep them occupied throughout the afternoon. 

27. Easter Weekend Roast at LeVeL33

Available exclusively from 7 to 9 April 2023, LeVeL33’s limited Easter Weekend Roast menu is inspired by the ideas of families and communal dining. The menu offers a selection of mains made specially for the occasion, think items like:

  • the indulgent Free-Range Australian Lamb Leg ($88++/pax), marinated in a housemade koji paste, then slow-cooked for 12 hours till fork- tender and paired with a stout glaze.
  • the juicy Roasted Australian Chicken ($58++/pax) - first brined in LeVeL33’s Stout, air-dried and then perfectly roasted in an oven. It is served with a house-made chicken and truffle jus.

28. Savour Cocktails Inspired by the Classic White Rabbit Candy at Jekyll & Hyde

This Easter, the official White Rabbit brand, imported into Singapore by Hao Food SG, is excited to announce a special collaboration with homegrown restaurant and bar Jekyll & Hyde. From 6 April to 6 May, the establishment will be serving two limited-time cocktails inspired by the classic White Rabbit candy and ice cream!

First up is Chase the Cotton Tail ($25++), a coquettish take on the classic White Rabbit candy. Familiar but naughty, this cocktail features homemade White Rabbit-flavoured foam made of the candy and ice cream — creating a luxurious, decadent rendition of the beloved childhood sweet. Chase the Cotton Tail is also available as a delectable non-alcoholic mocktail.

Next up is Matcha Meadows ($25++). A sophisticated, urbane cocktail with a base of vodka, cognac, dry vermouth and white chocolate, this drink takes the familiar White Rabbit candy and gives it a fancy spin.
