Celebrate Chinese New Year at the Singapore Sports Hub, as families head down to the Asian Food Street at the Stadium Riverside Walk to feast and create family fun! The food street is part of the first-ever Stadium Waterfront Carnival.

Perched on the rooftop of The Outpost Hotel, the unparalleled, stunning views of the glistening, azure waters and powdery shore will take one’s breath away, while every cherished moment is celebrated over a special Valentine’s Day 3-Course Dinner Sharing Menu ($98++ per person inclusive of a glass of prosecco or rosé by the pool, minimum two persons), available on 10, 11, 12 and 14 February 2023.

4. The Gyu Bar launches a special edition Maki - Valentine’s Day Maki
From 10 – 19 February 2023, beef specialist The Gyu Bar launches a special edition Maki - Valentine’s Day Maki ($48). This endearing heart-shaped sushi roll is available for dine-in and takeaway, simply perfect for an intimate date.
The Valentine’s Day Maki features A5 Miyazaki Wagyu known for its exceptional quality and unparalleled flavour. Rolled in seaweed and nestled within Hokkaido rice, the buttery and tender cubes of lightly torched Miyazaki Wagyu are complemented with tobiko, takuan and cucumber for added textures and nuance. Served alongside the Valentine’s Day Maki is a luxurious side of briny and melt-in-the-mouth texture of Hokkaido Uni (20g), an extra touch to mark the celebration of love.
The Gyu Bar’s Valentine’s Day Maki is available daily from 10 – 19 February 2023. For dine-in or takeaway via self-collection and island-wide delivery during lunch (12pm to 3pm) and dinner (6pm to 10pm).
5. Bedrock Bar & Grill And Bedrock Origin Valentines' Day Specials
This Valentine’s Day, express unspoken love with the grand gesture of planning an unforgettable evening with your other half at Bedrock Bar & Grill and Bedrock Origin. Both restaurants will present a delectable 4-Course Set Dinner replete with a glass of sparkling wine per diner. The romantic mood for the evening is set with a glass of Chevalier Blanc De Blanc, Burgundy, a luscious sparkling wine boasting fruity aromas and a light body that refreshes the palate.
Bedrock Bar & Grill
Available on 13 and 14 February 2023 from 6pm, the Steak with Love Set Dinner ($320++ per couple inclusive of a glass of sparkling wine per diner) at Bedrock Bar & Grill will be one to remember. Commence the dinner with Cured Wagyu Beef Wrapped Oyster showcasing a plump butter-poached Sakoshi oyster enveloped in a slice of soy-cured Wagyu beef rump. The next course follows with Seared Hokkaido Scallop with applewood smoked streaky bacon crisps and green peas. To share, the Surf & Turf is a luxurious platter comprising a whole Australian Rock Lobster Thermidor, Slow-Cooked Grain Fed Bone-In Short Ribs, Grilled Corn Risotto, and Garlic Cremini mushroom. Round off the evening on a sweet note with the Cream Caramel for two, topped with a colourful assortment of gooseberry, raspberries, and blueberries.
Bedrock Origin
Relish the Love on the Island Set Dinner ($158++ per person inclusive of a glass of sparkling wine per diner), exclusively available at Bedrock Origin on Valentine’s Day (14 February 2023) from 6:30pm. The exquisite meal starts with the tantalising Kingfish & Scallop Carpaccio, tossed in a sprightly ceviche dressing and crowned with decadently flavoured Avruga caviar. The hearty Lobster Bisque follows with a robust and creamy soup laden with chunky lobster meat and brandy chive cream. The main is a choice between two irresistible dishes – Keisan Wagyu Striploin or Oven-baked Miso Cod. The former sees a classic striploin served with a mushroom bordelaise and chunky polenta fries, while the latter features an umami-rich miso-marinated cod complemented with cauliflower purée. Just like love in its ups and downs, the refreshing Tangy Pineapple Sorbet is a perfect finale to the meal with delectable Japanese wasanbon syrup that balances a tart house-made tropical sorbet.
6. PS. Cafe Introduces New Limited-time Specials For Valentines' Day
PS.Cafe has launched two limited-time only dishes to ring in the season of love: the Oysters Valentina and the Pan Seared Alaskan Ocean Perch. Available at all PS. Cafe outlets from 11 to 17 Feb 2023, add a little ting-a-ling to your taste buds with the decadent Oysters Valentina ($14++) - a serving of a pair of plump oysters accompanied by a tangy strawberry Vierge dressing and lemon slice.
The Pan Seared Alaskan Ocean Perch ($38++) brings in a hearty medley of flavours, comprising potato and parmesan gnocchi drenched in green herb pesto, served with a side of seasonal greens and taramasalata dip.
7. Binary Celebrates Relationships this Valentines' Day with Discounts of up to 50%!
This Valentine’s Day, Binary celebrates interpersonal relationships, an indispensable part of every being. On 14 February 2023, the gastro-bar is launching an exclusive one-day promotion created specially for friends, colleagues, and families to come together over Binary’s food and drinks.

8. Da Paolo's Exclusive Valentines' Day Specials
This Valentine’s Day, bask in romance as Da Paolo celebrates the season of love with delectable Italian fare available for dine-in at its restaurants.
Enjoy a night to remember at Da Paolo Dempsey Restaurant & Bar with a selection of epicurean à la carte specials exclusively available on 14 February 2023, such as the Salt-baked Coral Trout, Green Beans, Italian Rice in Seafood Broth ($54++), and Egg Tagliatelle, Pan-seared Duck Liver, Porcini Mushrooms, Portobello Mushrooms, Fresh Baby Spinach, Parmesan Crisps, Veal Jus ($52++).

Begin with two starters – the Lobster Bisque Croquettes and Caprese Fried Pizza, then the Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio Pizza; and to cap off the meal, indulge in the Valrhona Chocolate Kisses.
9. Valentine's Day offer at Altro Zafferano
Exclusively on 14 February, enjoy a captivating five- course dinner menu ($248++ per diner) curated for two by Executive Chef Andrea De Paola. A perfect evening to luxuriate in an amorous ambience set against the breath-taking backdrop of the Marina WaterFront.
Highlights of the enchanting fare include a luscious appetiser of Hokkaido sea urchin with white asparagus and Oscietra caviar, and Scampi tortelli, zucchini trombetta and scapece foam. The main course presents a choice of delicate Wild dover sole with morels mushrooms, champagne and orange blossom or succulent Hokkaido wagyu with smoked shallot and fermented truffle. The dinner concludes with a lovely pair of desserts served to each couple – Strawberry mousse with Valhrona opalys and lemon and Mandarin parfait with earl grey tea and yuzu.

This February, Modern European Tablescape presents a carefully curated set dinner at an easy $176++ per couple, available from 10, 12, 13 and 14 February 2023.
The set dinner showcases a set of dishes that are specially created by the team at Tablescape to let the diners feel the love at the restaurant. This romantic spread include highlights like the:

Exclusively on 14 February, celebrate love in the most indulgent Catalan style at Restaurant Gaig. Relish in an impeccable 6-course dinner menu ($180++ per diner) showcasing Chef Marti’s innovative interpretation of traditional Catalan recipes.
Whet the appetite with the Thinnest bocata of fuet showcasing crisp thin filo pastry filled with fuet, savoury pork cold cut, and fresh tomatoes. This is followed by the luscious French oyster omelette topped with Oscietra caviar. Savour the best of both worlds with Duo of Cannelloni featuring Gaig’s time-honoured Cannelloni stuffed with beef and pork, topped with truffle sauce and Chef’s innovative take - Truffle cannelloni with coulommiers cheese. The main course highlights the exquisite Dover sole with lime meunière sauce and sea urchin and succulent Beef ribeye with morels cream. The amorous evening concludes with the alluring Smoked chocolate with strawberry basil.
12. Nourishing Cantonese Delights on Valentine’s Day at Yàn
This Valentine’s Day, express your love at Yàn with their exquisite set menu. Available for dine-in only during lunch and dinner from 6 February to 14 February 2023, the six-course Valentine’s Day set menu ($138++ per diner) includes a complimentary glass of rosé.
Start with the Valentine’s Day Combination Platter that includes Yàn’s signature Peking duck, steamed pork and prawns dumpling topped with bonito flakes, and roast pork belly. Savour the Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw and Maca – a soulful goodness featuring flavourful nuances coaxed from long hours of brewing.
The menu features Crispy Fried Cod Fish Fillet with Preserved Vegetables; tangy notes of the preserved vegetable complements the luscious cod. Indulge in Braised 6-Head Whole Abalone with Yellow Fungus where the flavoursome delicacy is slow-cooked with superior stock, as well as Yàn’s signature Braised Ee Fu Noodles with Scallops and Egg White and Gold Flakes.
To end the feast on a sweet note, the Chilled Yam Paste with Coconut Ice Cream and Pistachio serves as a chilled rendition of the Steamed Sweet Yam Paste (Orh Nee).

15. Path's Valentine's Day Menu
This February 2023, Path - a contemporary restaurant that presents the heart-warming familiarity of East Asian Flavours, elevated with French finesse - presents an occasion-exclusive dinner promotion at a price of $378++ per couple, available on 13 and 14 February.
The menu includes
- Duet of Seashell - Fine de Clair Oyster (reputed as a natural aphrodisiac) served with crème fraîche , white rice vinegar and dashi stock. Crowned with salmon ikura and house-pickled pearl onions to top the dish with a hint of indulgence
- The exquisite Duet of Ocean Trout - fresh Petuna Ocean Trout tartare topped with house-made dashi ice cream, served with fresh slices of pomelo, orange and lime zest to refresh the palate.

16. Valentine's Day Dinner Under The Stars At LeVeL33
This Valentine’s Day, LeVeL33, the world’s highest urban microbrewery presents a Valentine’s Day menu that takes love to greater heights. Available exclusively on 14 February 2023, LeVeL33’s Valentine’s Day 5-Course Dinner Menu starts from $398++ per couple, with an option for carefully curated wine pairings at $88++.

17. Bedrock Origin’s The Great Beef & Reef Series 2023
From 11 January to 31 March 2023, experience a 6-Course Dinner Tasting Menu ($168++ per person) or 6-Course Dinner Tasting Menu with Siberian Caviar (add $60++). Top up $88++ to elevate the dinner with a thoughtfully curated wine pairing.
The tasting menu showcases the primal act of cooking over fire with the Grilled Avocado with Avruga caviar and crème fraîche and Thyme Butter King Prawn featuring King prawn pan-fried in an aromatic thyme butter, then cocooned between sheets of crunchy deep-fried nori tempura. The air element is displayed through a smoking technique in the Smoked Wild Black Abalone, where the natural sweetness of the abalone is coaxed by braising in sake and its liver, then cold smoking with applewood to imbue a subtle smoky flavour. The earth element is represented with the use of natural land minerals such as salt for the Hot Cured Salmon, presented with a light ikura beurre blanc sauce and a deliciously simple salad of thinly sliced fennel; and ash for the Charcoal Ash Aged Sanchoku Wagyu Striploin, served with a mushroom bordelaise and chunky polenta fries. Embodying the water element, the Tangy Pineapple Sorbet will refresh the palate in a perfect ending to the meal.
18. Bedrock Bar & Grill's First World Meat Series of 2023 Showcases Miyazaki Wagyu by Arita Ranch
Bedrock Bar & Grill rings in the new year with the first edition of its 2023 World Meat Series from 8 February to 30 April 2023 (Sunday to Thursday only), spotlighting exquisite Miyazaki Wagyu by Arita Ranch!
On the opening night of 8 February 2023, delight in an epicurean 5-Course Dinner Tasting Menu ($158++ per person), centred on the luxurious Miyazaki Wagyu, replete with a glass of welcome wine as well as a 4-wine pairing, with compliments from the restaurant. For the remaining promotional period, top up $68++ to opt for the same 4-wine pairing to complement the crafted tasting menu, or order the à la carte specials (from $48++) to complete a meal of Bedrock Bar & Grill’s signatures.
The tasting menu begins with the Cured Wagyu Beef Wrapped Oyster, followed by Wagyu ‘Philly Cheesesteak’; 24-Hour Cooked Wagyu Burnt End; Rump Cap Wagyu Steak with pan-seared Hokkaido scallops; and a decadent Hazelnut Chocolate Gateau.
19. Rempapa Celebrates Its 1st Anniversary
Set your calendar for the Rempapa Heritage Food Festival, a one-day-only extravaganza of mouthwatering creations from Damian and five hand-picked local F&B luminaries. The event affirms everything Damian and his iconic restaurant stand for - the expression of our multi-ethnic makeup through Singapore Heritage Cuisine; the call to preserve our cherished food traditions; and the effort to re-invent these for future generations.
Damian himself will bring to the table five dishes - Sambal Stingray, Chicken Curry Noodles, Debal with French Loaf, Lamb Korma with Roti, and Vegetarian Kedongdong Salad.
Invited talents and their dishes include Willin Low’s dish - Iberico Pork Satay - is an inspired re-envisioning of old-school Hainanese pork satay. Annette Tan draws from her childhood memories of growing up Peranakan in her two contributions - Kueh Keledek, and Fried Popiah. Pang Kok Keong will present Suan Pan Zi - the dish that started his journey of discovery into his own native Hakka cuisine. The nostalgia of old street food is fondly recalled in the two types of Vadai that Vasunthara Ramasamy has prepared - Masala Vadai, and Cashew Nut Vadai. Jayce Ho rounds up the spread with Smoked Brisket in which beef brisket is marinated with Rempapa’s heritage rub for over 1.5 days, smoked ‘low and slow’ for a day, then served in a panini with smoked cheese.

20. The Marmalade Pantry Unveils a Refreshed Menu Selection Of Comforting Bistro Fare
From 1 February 2023, The Marmalade Pantry offers new ongoing mainstays, as well as seasonal specials till 30 April 2023. These dishes will be available for dine-in at the ION, Downtown, and upcoming Anchorpoint (opening in April 2023) outlets, as well as online for takeaway and delivery.
Anticipate new hearty creations such as Spicy Garlic Prawns ($25++), Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli ($24++), Chicken Caprese Focaccia ($28++), Crispy Skin Salmon ($32++), and sumptuous Ribeye ($45++). Seasonal specials include seafood choices like Seared Scallop ($26++) and Shaoxing Clams ($26++) as well as classics on any bistro menu but with a twist like the Butter-soy Mushroom Spaghetti ($26++) and Prawn and Avocado Burger ($29++).
21. Subway Singapore Introduces The All-new Mala Chicken and Beef Sub
Subway Singapore is turning up the heat with its all-new Mala Chicken and Beef sub. Available as a sub, salad or wrap, the delectable and numbing sensation of Mala is best paired with lettuce, cucumber and red onion. You can also get creative and make it your own with the wide variety of vegetables and sauces available.
This heated and numbing delight will be available in participating Subway restaurants islandwide from 1 February to 28 March, and can be paired with the newly launched Chocolate Chip Cookie Siew Dai – a less sugar remake of Subway’s signature chocolate chip cookie.
Available in both Chicken and Beef, the Mala sub and the brand-new Chocolate Chip Cookie Siew Dai will be available at participating Subway Singapore restaurants and across delivery platforms GrabFood, FoodPanda and Deliveroo from 1 February 2023. Prices are as listed:
