4. Nissin Cup Noodles Commemorates Its Birthday Festival By Bringing Back The Fish Head Curry Flavour
Fans of the wildly popular Nissin Fish Head Curry flavour that was initially launched in April 2022 can now rejoice as the brand commemorates the anniversary of the beloved Cup Noodles series by bringing back the flavour as a long-term addition. 5. bamboo bowls Opens at Marina Bay Link Mall

This year, Bedrock marks 15 years of culinary excellence, creating dining experiences centred around simple, classic dishes made with the finest meats from around the world. 8. Desaru Coast announces its first six-hand collaboration
For the second instalment of its Gourmet Series 2023 edition, Desaru Coast announces its first six-hand collaboration of award-winning chefs. Entitled An Ode to Nature, this latest instalment pays homage to the wonders of nature, featuring fresh flavours created using locally-sourced produce. This dining event will take place at the destination’s ultra-luxury resort, One&Only Desaru Coast, from 1 to 3 September 2023.
The second instalment of the Desaru Coast Gourmet Series 2023 edition will feature two Malaysian chefs who have been recognised in the country’s first MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur and Penang 2023. Chef Su Kim Hock of Au Jardin (One MICHELIN Star) in Penang will helm the culinary event. Joining him is Chef Johnson Wong, founder of gēn Penang (MICHELIN Select Restaurant) and Communal Table by gēn (Bib Gourmand). Sharing his 20 years of international 5-star dining experience at this extraordinary six-hand event and rounding off the six hands is Chef Valerio Pachetti, Executive Chef at One&Only Desaru Coast.

This Mid-Autumn Festival, honour harmony and heritage with Hilton Singapore Orchard as the hotel unveils its collection of timeless traditional baked mooncakes, exquisitely presented in a botanical-inspired packaging enhanced by AR for an interactive blooming garden experience.

10. The Peninsula’s Mid-Autumn 2023 Offerings
Launched exclusively for this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival, The Peninsula adds two new mooncake flavours to its lineup, which presents fresh iterations to a well-loved taste of tradition. The Mini Chocolate Egg Custard Mooncakes fragrance the egg custard mooncakes with classic chocolate and a rich toffee filling and another with chocolate brownies, both encased in enticing pastry shells of chocolate.
