The porterhouseâan iconic New York City steakhouse cutâstands out as the ultimate indulgence. Loca Niru Opens at House of Tan Yeok Nee

Loca Niru, a restaurant by Gaia Lifestyle Group, will open on the second level of the storied 140-year-old House of Tan Yeok Nee, it will be the inaugural fine-dining concept to welcome guests within this national treasure.Â
The name âLoca Niruâ is a Romanised derivative from the Zen idioms, 'Hakuba Roka ni Iruâ and âHakucho Roka ni Iruâ, representing perfect balance and coexistence in a beautiful space; just like the House, which is emblematic of the harmony between past and present, heritage and craft, Loca Niru is the embodiment of the serene, quiet values that inspired its name.
The cuisine of Loca Niru is Contemporary Innovative. It draws inspiration from tradition, blending Japanese sensibilities with French technique to create forms that are new and novel, a reflection of Chef Shuâs belief that âone must learn from the past to create the futureâ.
The 8-course Tasting Menu ($298++ per person)Â is designed to engage diners emotionally and sensorially, with each course unfolding in graceful progression and showcasing Chef Shuâs nuanced balance of precision, technique, and Southeast Asian sensibilities. To complement the experience, the beverage programme offers two curated alcohol pairings â six glasses of sake or wine ($188++ per person), each thoughtfully selected to enhance the journey.
The 36-seat restaurant offers intimacy and quiet exclusivity, complemented by two private dining rooms for deeper connection and conversation.
Keming Bing Sat Opens 2nd Outlet at Funan Mall

Keming Bing Sat is excited to announce its long-awaited second outlet at Funan Mall, slated for opening on 14 November 2025
The new outlet will feature two outlet-exclusive dishes that were previously a hit in their China outlets, leaving the menu earlier than expected due to their overwhelming popularity. Kko Kko Na Ra OG Korean Fried Chicken is an express concept opening at Takashimaya on 8 Nov 2025. Here, you can enjoy the Ma Neul Gan Jang (Soy Garlic Fried Chicken), the signature âOGâ Korean fried chicken that launched Kko Kko Na Raâs loyal following as well as the Yang Nyum Chicken (Sweet & Spicy).Â

ENNEY is set to debut Singaporeâs first Vietnamese Omakase Experience (priced at $39 per person, Minimum 2 to dine), bringing diners an intimate, chef-curated journey through the refined flavours of Hanoi. The multi-course tasting menu highlights Northern Vietnamese classics, seasonal ingredients, and French-inspired techniques, offering a dining experience that combines tradition, creativity, and culinary mastery.
Conveniently located in Basement Two of Marina One East Tower, YENNEY has been serving affordable Vietnamese meal options to the executive community since 2022. YENNEY shines a spotlight on Northern Vietnamese culinary traditions, inspired by Hanoiâs 80-year French colonial history. PS.Cafe launched a refreshed all-day menu, featuring 15 scrumptious new dishes. The new menu is now available at Harding Road, Great World, Katong and East Coast Park outlets, and will be rolled out across all locations islandwide by mid-November 2025.
Highlights include the Turkish Bread & Herb Cheese ($14), featuring fluffy Turkish bread filled with a creamy blend of ricotta, feta, and chives, and for the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Bites ($18), juicy chicken thigh pieces with a side of spicy buffalo sauce balanced by a creamy ranch dip. To complement the upcoming World Sea Jelly Day (1â23 November), the F&B outlets at Singapore Oceanarium will be introducing limited-time, sea-inspired treats that are sweet, cute and so photo-worthy!Â
Get the Tide Deli a bBubblegum gelato with Jellybeans, topped with a Sea Jelly Mini Cookie. Available in cup or cone for $10. Note that the bubblegum flavour returns periodically among our 18 rotating flavours, while toppings such as the Sea Jelly cookie are seasonal.
Also available is the Sea Jelly Mantou (yam filling) and coffee/tea/canned drink, Explorerâs Nook combo for $12.00. This combo is available exclusively from 1â23 November in celebration of World Sea Jelly Day. Outside of this period, the mantou and beverages are sold separately as Ă la carte items.
