Available from 15 November to 1 January, the takeaway menu offers a diverse array of sweet and savoury treats that showcase seasonal flavours, perfect for gatherings and celebrations at home.

For the centrepiece of your holiday table, the Oven-Baked Rock Sugar Honey Glazed Turkey stands out as a crowd-pleaser. Priced at $268 and serving 8–12, this turkey is marinated in a blend of soy sauce and rock sugar, oven-baked to golden perfection, and accompanied by fragrant vegetable rice with shrimp, ginger, and bok choy. Another unique creation, the Butter Turkey with Cranberry Cheese Naan, is priced at $68 (serving 4–6) and offers tender turkey marinated with aromatic spices, paired with a cranberry-infused naan for a festive twist.

Families looking to add a festive touch to their dessert table can enjoy an array of seasonal sweets. The Winter Raspberry Bliss Log Cake ($98 for 1kg) combines an almond sponge with a sherry-infused grape filling, topped with raspberry cream and white chocolate glaze. Alternatively, the Nutcracker Chocolate Pistachio Tart ($92 for 1kg) is a nutty delight featuring pistachio praline, almond sponge, and dark chocolate mousse, crowned with festive chocolate decorations.

5. South Korean Craft Beer and Chicken Specialist DAILY BEER Opens in CHIJMES

Leading South Korean craft beer and fried chicken specialist DAILY BEER is pleased to announce the opening of its second Singapore outlet in the historic CHIJMES.

The opening of DAILY BEER CHIJMES follows only a few months after its highly successful Singapore debut in Telok Ayer in April. In South Korea, DAILY BEER has over 370 outlets and Singapore remains the only country outside of South Korea where one can enjoy DAILY BEER.

6. Korea's Iconic LOTTERIA Burger Chain is Coming to Singapore

Katrina Group announced a strategic collaboration to bring Korea’s leading hamburger chain, LOTTERIA, to Singapore. The plan to open LOTTERIA restaurants in Singapore reflect a shared commitment to bring diverse and high-quality dining experiences to the local market.

Known for its signature Korean style burgers and innovative dining experiences, LOTTERIA is set to open its first outlet in Singapore in 2025, marking a new chapter in the local dining scene.

LOTTERIA currently operates more than 1,600 stores across 7 countries. The first store expected to open by the second quarter of 2025 with others to follow! 

7. Old Seng Choong Launches a Baby Full Month Package

To herald the arrival of baby, parents prepare a gift box, such as the brand new Baby Full Month Package by Old Seng Choong, to thank family and friends for sharing their joy. It contains essential items according to tradition that add symbolism and meaning to the occasion. 9. Hansik Dining Collective Unveils Singapore's First 24-Hour Korean Culinary Destination

Hansik Dining Collective officially opens its doors at 33 Tras Street on 11 Nov 2024. Nestled in a charmingly conserved 9,200-square-foot shophouse, this culinary haven will feature six unique dining and bar concepts, including three new and three existing brands, bringing the best of Korean flavours to Singapore.

Hansik Dining Collective is poised to become Singapore’s first 24-hour Korean food and beverage destination, delivering an unparalleled dining experience. The first floor will operate around the clock, while the second floor will stay open until 2 a.m., offering late-night diners a taste of authentic Korean flavours in a vibrant, all-hours setting.

  • Relocated from Tanjong Pagar, Go Gi Jip Premium Korean BBQ offers an authentic, healthier stone-grilled experience, renowned for top-quality ingredients ranging from fresh, hand-selected meats to premium cuts of Iberico and black pork known for their tenderness and rich, juicy flavours.

10. Thye Moh Chan’s Teochew Food Street at Chinatown Point Atrium

Building on the tremendous success of last year's inaugural event, Thye Moh Chan will once again transform the atrium at Chinatown Point Atrium into a nostalgic "Chao Zhou" (Teochew) Street from 28 October to 3 November 2024.

This showcase promises to be an enhanced sensory journey through Teochew heritage. Immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Teochew traditional pastries and snacks that have delighted taste buds for more than eight decades, while uncovering the fascinating stories behind Thye Moh Chan's traditional products.

11. Indulge in the Flavours of Autumn at ISETAN Momiji Matsuri Fair at NEX

Experience the vibrant spirit of autumn at NEX! The annual Momiji Matsuri Fair, held in collaboration with ISETAN, returns to the mall’s Level 1 Atrium from 5 – 17 November 2024, bringing together a plethora of delightful snacks, authentic delicacies, and sweet treats from over 30 famed Japanese brands.

Highlights offered during Cheeky Don’s residency are his best-selling donburis:

  • The Signature Cheeky Don ($8.30) is crafted through an intricate five-step process of brining, marinating, grilling, flame-torching, and smoking with Canadian apple wood, before liquid smoke is infused into the tender jowl meat, and finished with Cheeky Don’s vibrant homemade chimichurri.

  • The classic Steamed Hairy Crab ($98++ per 220g), served with ginger and vinegar. This dish embodies the elegance of the prized crustacean with its sweet and succulent flesh.

Specially curated to highlight the freshwater crustacean, the six-course Hairy Crab Feast Set Menu ($198++ per person, minimum 2 persons) features:

21. Hairy Crab Season is Back at Min Jiang and Min Jiang at Dempsey

The highly coveted Hairy Crabs return to the menu this season at Goodwood Park Hotel’s Min Jiang and Min Jiang at Dempsey. Highly sought after for its exceptional taste, this delicacy is presented in a variety of dishes, ranging from set menus to à la carte options, and will be available from 14 October to 17 November 2024, subject to seasonal availability.
