14th World Oyster Festival 2026 at Greenwood Fish Market

Now in its 14th year, the Greenwood Fish Market's World Oyster Festival remains one of Singapore's longest-running seafood dining events. The festival offers diners the opportunity to explore global oyster varieties side-by-side in one setting.

Taking place from 23 July to 16 August 2026, Sentosa GrillFest returns with its biggest line-up yet, featuring 42 food vendors across five zones, including both returning favourites and exciting new additions. Head to Siloso Beach and enjoy a vibrant dining experience with good food, beachside views, and activities for all ages.
One of the biggest highlights is Chef’s Grill, the festival’s first-ever omakase-inspired beachfront dining experience. Designed as an elevated eight-course experience in an air-conditioned setting, this special concept gives you the chance to watch chefs showcase live-fire cooking techniques up close.
Families can also explore the Marketplace by Indoguna, where you’ll get to choose ingredients and watch them grilled and prepared fresh on-site. There’s even a retail section with sauces, spices, and ready-to-cook selections to bring home.

This July, Allora Ristorante & Bar at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport opens its kitchen
to Chef Jun Kwan Soo — known as Chef Kenny — Executive Chef of InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72. Running from 2 to 5 July 2026, Annyeong Allora is a four-day chef residency that brings Korean cooking to an Italian dining room: confident, considered, and shaped by three decades of international culinary experience.
Available throughout the residency at the bar, a Korean-inspired bar snack will be added to the regular menu — a Walnut Candy, Persimmon and Cream Cheese Roll — designed for easy ordering, sharing, and pairing.
Served by tray across three afternoons (2 - 4 July), Chef Kenny's Hansang lunch set highlights the Korean tradition of presenting a full meal at once. Guests choose from three sets: a Beef Bulgogi Set, a Pork Jeyuk Bokkum Set, and a Stone Pot Bibimbap Set for vegetarians. Each arrives with seafood Doenjang jjigae (soybean paste soup) or Naeng kongnamul guk (cold bean sprout soup), steamed rice, kimchi, namul, and a rotation of banchan side dishes. All sets close with Sungnyung — a warm, restorative post-meal drink made from scorched rice.

Los Angeles-style Mexican Taco Bar, 11 Westside Opens at Asia Square

Liberty Group has opened 11 Westside at Asia Square Tower 1, marking its Singapore debut of the celebrated Hong Kong-born, Los Angeles-style Mexican taco bar and cocktail destination.
Families are encouraged to start with the tableside guacamole and signature Salsa Molcajete as well as to explore the restaurant's handmade taco selection, with favourites including the Al Pastor, Baja Fish and Carnitas tacos. Every tortilla is pressed and cooked fresh to order, while the fillings are complemented by house-made salsas crafted using traditional Mexican chillies imported directly from Mexico.

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore Presents Our Home, Truly: A Singaporean Feast with Li Nan Xing

Town Restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and veteran actor Mr Li Nan Xing welcome guests to celebrate Singapore’s distinctive heritage through the shared language of food.
From 1 July to 9 August 2026, Mr Li – a passionate home chef known for his Peranakan-style cooking – shares seven local dishes crafted from his treasured family recipes at Town Restaurant’s dinner buffet. He will also be present to serve these dishes from 7 to 9 August, a s part of the hotel’s National Day celebrations.
The feast begins at a live station, where Mr Li’s renditions of Bak Kut Teh with Black Garlic and Crispy Seafood Cake are served piping hot. The Bak Kut Teh features a signature recipe meticulously refined by Mr Li, built on a carefully balanced blend of aromatics and fork-tender pork ribs. Known for its wallet-friendly Italian fare, rumeL has reimagined its Tiong Bahru Plaza outlet, evolving from a café into a full Italian casual dining concept. The refreshed outlet introduces a broader all-day menu featuring appetisers, sharing plates, handmade sourdough pizzas, freshly made pastas, Italian coffees and desserts.
Leading the new offerings is the Soffice Soufflé, making its debut in Singapore for the very first time. Held across two weekends from 3 to 5 July and 10 to 12 July, All Hail the King Durian Fest will transform the Adventure Cove Waterpark into a vibrant tropical setting, where guests can indulge in an all-you-can-eat durian buffet featuring premium varieties such as Mao Shan Wang, Black Thorn, Ang Kar and D24. Tomacado Singapore unveils its newest seasonal launch, the Summer Seasonal Collection, a limited-time menu inspired by the many expressions of the rose - a celebration of beauty, resilience, romance, growth, and self-discovery. Available from 11 June 2026 onwards, the collection explores the idea that every stage of becoming, from softness to strength and from longing to bloom, deserves to be celebrated.
Among the highlights are the Rose Apple Prawn Tartlette ($24), featuring delicate apple petals and fresh prawn tartare; the Prosciutto & Sun-Dried Tomato Garden ($28), a vibrant combination of sweet peach, savoury prosciutto, and sun-ripened tomatoes; and the Floral Braised Pork Rib with Rose Salt ($40), showcasing rich Iberico pork accented with fragrant rose salt and roasted peanuts.

The experience reimagines cocoa through 10 carefully composed dishes; five sweet selections and five savoury creations; paired with two signature elixirs.
The sweet creations explore chocolate through layers of texture and intensity. The Matcha Chocolate Mousseline opens light and bright, with Valrhona Matcha Inspiration balanced with ginger and pickled pear. The Chocolate Choux deepens the palate with Valrhona Blond® Dulcey 35% Chantilly, hazelnut praline and sesame feuilletine. The Crustacean Roll introduces a brighter expression with Valrhona Yuzu Inspiration, lemon confit and pike roe, bringing citrusy vibrancy and fresh seafood flavours to each bite. Richer flavours emerge in Braised Pork with Black Pepper & Mocha Emulsion, where Valrhona Guanaja 70% mole sauce is weaved with dark spice and caramelised onion. Concluding the experience is the Balik Salmon which adds contrast with horseradish, blini and trout roe, and Crispy Kataifi, featuring Parma Ham, pistachio, silky milk veil and Parmesan.
The Crimson Elixir offers a refreshing harmony of TWG Red of Africa Tea, cacao syrup and lemon juice for bright citrus notes and light vibrancy. The Osmanthus Chocolate Elixir extends a deeper and more enveloping profile with spiced rum, white crème de cacao and osmanthus honey for a smooth, lingering finish.
