Altro Zafferano Celebrates National Day 2026 with Skyline Views

This National Day, Altro Zafferano invites guests to celebrate high above the city, where the Singapore skyline unfolds in full evening splendour and fireworks over the National Stadium light up the night.
The Sunset Menu ($88++/pax) is a four-course dinner that begins as the city shifts from dusk into evening shimmer, featuring highlights like Porcini Mushroom with stracciatella and truffle, and a choice of Braised Kampong Chicken Ravioli, Wild Turbot with laksa beurre blanc, or Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, closing with a Gula Melaka Pannacotta.
The National Day Menu ($198++ Early Bird* / $248++ regular), commencing at 7pm, is a five-course Italian tribute to Singapore's culinary heritage, opening with a Chutoro Tuna Tartare amuse-bouche and European Lobster, before guests savour all three local-infused mains — Braised Kampong Chicken Ravioli, Wild Turbot, and Black Angus Beef Tenderloin.

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore Presents Our Home, Truly: A Singaporean Feast with Li Nan Xing

Town Restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and veteran actor Mr Li Nan Xing welcome guests to celebrate Singapore’s distinctive heritage through the shared language of food.
From 1 July to 9 August 2026, Mr Li – a passionate home chef known for his Peranakan-style cooking – shares seven local dishes crafted from his treasured family recipes at Town Restaurant’s dinner buffet. He will also be present to serve these dishes from 7 to 9 August, as part of the hotel’s National Day celebrations.
The feast begins at a live station, where Mr Li’s renditions of Bak Kut Teh with Black Garlic and Crispy Seafood Cake are served piping hot. The Bak Kut Teh features a signature recipe meticulously refined by Mr Li, built on a carefully balanced blend of aromatics and fork-tender pork ribs. The Crispy Seafood Cake offers an elevated take on the familiar local prawn fritter, paired with his signature dipping sauce.
The culinary journey continues with four comforting Peranakan classics. Complementing Mr Li’s speciality dishes, the culinary team at Town Restaurant presents a sumptuous spread of familiar hawker favourites and locally inspired creations.
