1. Celebrate National Day at LeVeL33 with Locally Inspired Flavours
Set against the stunning Marina Bay skyline with a bird’s-eye view of the National Day Parade at The Padang from LeVeL33’s Terrace, guests enjoy a front-row seat to the ceremony. As dusk falls, marvel at the spectacular fireworks display over the Marina Waterfront.
For one night only, from 5pm to 9pm, diners can enjoy unlimited servings of locally inspired dishes, house-brewed beers, house pour wines, Prosecco, and the iconic Singapore Sling for $268++ per person.
On National Day, LeVeL33 transforms its multi-zoned dining spaces into a venue with live food stations serving innovative renditions of local cuisine throughout the venue. Curated by Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski and his team, the menu offers nine savoury dishes and two desserts, complemented by LeVeL33’s free flow beverage package.Â
Complementing the spread are free flow beverages such as an array of the microbrewery’s freshly house-brewed beers, brewed onsite by LeVeL33’s Resident Brewmaster, Gabriel Garcia, all served directly from the brewing tank. Other beverage options include house wines exclusive to LeVeL33 (Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc), Prosecco, and the iconic Singapore Sling.
2. Free Flow Durian with an Authentic Peranakan Feast at Peppermint
Peppermint is delighted to welcome back chef owner Beh Gaik Lean of one-MICHELIN-starred Auntie Gaik Lean’s Old School Eatery in Penang, Malaysia for an exclusive collaboration with new dishes.
From 12 July until 11 August 2024, in conjunction with Singapore’s National Day celebrations, Peppermint’s Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and Auntie Gaik Lean will join hands to present ‘Savour the Straits Peranakan Buffet’, showcasing the rich flavours of authentic Peranakan cuisine, where every dish is a labour of love.
This year, ‘Savour the Straits Peranakan Buffet’ also brings the taste of the King of Fruits, durian, available on Friday and Saturday evenings at Peppermint’s Urban Farm. Indulge in a free-flow selection of rich, creamy flesh of Mao Shan Wang, Red Prawn, and D24 varieties, delivered fresh from Malaysia and de-shelled on the spot for your enjoyment. Diners can also savour warm durian grilled to perfection, offering a delightful depth of smokiness and caramelized sweetness.
With ‘Savour the Straits Peranakan Buffet’ being held in conjunction with Singapore’s National Day celebrations, guests can be mesmerised by fireworks lighting up the sky with vibrant colours on Saturday evenings during the National Day Parade previews (on July 27 and August 3, 2024) and on August 9, 2024.
3. Catch National Day Fireworks with your Pets and Family at Canopy Esplanade
From now till National Day, Canopy Esplanade’s breathtaking cityscape views are also now coupled with a view of spectacular fireworks lighting up the sky every Saturday evening.
Canopy Esplanade’s biophilic set up is the perfect place to revel in good food and good times with your loved ones including your fur babies by the bay. Being the only pet’s friendly venue by the bay, you can now enjoy fireworks with your fur babies and the entire family while enjoying Canopy Esplanade’s array of delectable bites and tipples with touches of local flavors.Â
4. Caffe Fernet's Communal-Style National Day Feast!
Join Caffe Fernet in celebration of Singapore’s 59th birthday with front-row views to aerial displays and flypasts, as well as the dazzling fireworks over Marina Bay!
Their signature communal-style feast designed for sharing with friends and family, accompanied by a 3-hour free-flow boozy beverage package completes the experience. This year, look forward to the return of our beloved Rendang Short Ribs and Mackerel Otah Tortellini with rich laksa butter! Caffe Fernet’s communal-style set menu, designed for sharing with family and friends, also features new highlights such as Chilled Seafood Panzanella and Seabass Acqua Pazza.
Raise your glasses for a celebratory toast with our curated line-up of cocktails, including the Singapore Sling, and revel in the quality spirits, wines and beer offerings of the free-flow drinks package.

5. First-ever Overnight Flight with Local Eats Under the Stars at Singapore Flyer
For the first time ever, the Singapore Flyer will be operating non-stop overnight from 11pm on 9 August to 8am on 10 August with the National Day Moonlight Flight.Â
Immerse in after-hours celebrations at only SGD25 (U.P. SGD40), which includes admission to Time Capsule, an immersive journey into Singapore's story, and a 30-minute flight on the Singapore Flyer to appreciate our nation's accomplishments.
Plus, Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents born in August will enjoy free entry with every paying guest to the Moonlight flight!
From 5 pm to 3 am on National Day, you will also get to savour the best street eats with ample seating spaces all along the Waterfront Promenade of Singapore Flyer with a fully decked-out, family-friendly food & beverage night market!Â
6. Viva Singapore 2024 at Super Loco
The freshly refurbished Super Loco at Customs House, right by Marina Bay, will once again celebrate Singapore’s National Day in style on August 9th with their popular Viva Singapore party. This year's party includes a free-flow fiesta, against a backdrop of fireworks, fun and fabuloso entertainment.
Sit back to the tropical beats of DJ Black Tropik, marvel at tableside magic from the amigos at Bending Conventions, and be surprised as the night progresses.
Tickets start at SGD$149++ for a standing table with free flow beverages, and SGD$249++ for a seated table with a full free-flow food and beverage package. A minimum of two tickets must be purchased.

8. Celebrate National Day at The Gyu Bar with Beloved Local Flavours
To celebrate Singapore’s 59th birthday, The Gyu Bar introduces two unique creations that incorporate flavours well-loved by Singaporeans. Available from 1 to 11 August 2024 for dine-in only, these dishes showcase the beef specialist’s expertise in crafting exceptional beef experiences with a local twist.
The Wagyu Bak Kut Teh ($35++) reimagines the iconic pork rib soup with succulent Kagoshima Wagyu rib fingers, taupok (bean curd puffs) and bean curd in a fragrant broth infused with spices such as garlic, cloves, cinnamon, and star anise.
Another twist on a local delight is the Wagyu Otak Katsu Sando ($32++), combining minced Kagoshima Wagyu with deliciously savoury, spicy fish paste in a golden-brown juicy cutlet. The cutlet is nestled between slices of toasted Japanese shokupan, complemented by fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, creamy scrambled eggs, and a dash of house-made barbecue sauce and honey mustard.Â
The limited-edition creations can be ordered individually. Alternatively, diners may opt for the National Day Combo ($59++) that includes both dishes for a truly celebratory experience.
