1. Celebrate National Day (With A View) At Level33

LeVeL33 joins in the celebration with a revelry themed around the nation’s favourite dishes and snacks. The exclusive one-evening party ($268++ per diner), from 5pm to 9pm, indulge diners with unlimited servings of local inspired dishes, house-brewed beers, wines, and the iconic Singapore Sling.

LeVeL33’s multi-zoned dining spaces will be transformed into a gourmet festival with live food stations serving innovative renditions of local cuisine curated by Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski and his team.

2. 2023 National Day Packages at Kinki Restaurant + Bar

Kinki Restaurant + Bar is the place to be for more rooftop shenanigans. Revel in the festive atmosphere and await the celebratory fireworks from Kinki’s Rooftop Bar on level 3.

Ramp up for a scintillating evening with two rooftop packages - Rehearsal Day Package ($288++ per table for up to 4 persons) on 22 and 29 July as well as the National Day Package ($588++ per table for up to 6 persons) on 9 August.

Both packages comprise spirits, mixers ranging from soft drinks to juices, and a sharing platter of Chicken Karaage, Ebi Fries, and Cassava Nachos.  The Rehearsal Day Rooftop Package provides a 700ml bottle of Roku Gin, Haku Vodka or Chita Whiskey, while the National Day Rooftop Package includes a 700ml bottle of Roku Gin, alongside a choice between Haku Vodka or Chita Whiskey. 

3. Tablescape Restaurant & Bar National Day Set Menu

Head down to Tablescape Restaurant & Bar on the NDP rehearsal dates or on 9 August to catch the state flag flypast and the extravagant National Day fireworks!

Tablescape presents a beautiful tribute to the red dot with the Botanical Afternoon Tea Set ($88++ for two persons) inspired by the greeneries of our gardens and a dine-in National Day Set Menu ($88++ per person) filled with modern European delights, finished with a local twist. Grab an aperitif before your dinner with the Botanical Garden ($15.80++) that is made with lemongrass-infused gin, blue curacao, lime juice and fizz, and also a special mocktail called Sea Of Red ($5.80++ ), flavoured with rose and lychee syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice and fizz.

4. Limited Edition Cocktails for National Day at Binary

Toast to our nation with Binary’s limited-edition cocktails ($9.80 each) inspired by the three major races in Singapore: Chinese (Ah Ma's Sesame Ginger Old Fashioned), Malay (Assam Pedas-tini) and Indian (Masala Meets Collin). Go for the piquant Assam Pedas-tini, where a mix of vodka, sambal tumis, assam juice and pineapple juice is topped off with a scoop of achar. Otherwise, the Masala Meets Collin lends an earthier flavour from gin, garam powder, calamansi and home-made cinnamon syrup, with a refreshing kick of pineapple juice.

5.  Da Paolo Celebrate National Day With The Gula Melaka Coconut Pandan Bun

Da Paolo Dempsey Restaurant & Bar’s Lion City Sling ($24) is more than a model of our national cocktail. A mix of vodka redistilled with kaffir lime, rum combined with aromatic coconut cream, lime juice, sweet chilli and bright lemongrass syrup; this thirst-quencher combines the distinct tastes of our home and cranks them up a notch. For more treats infused with local flavours, opt for a refreshing scoop of Coconut & Gula Melaka Gelato ($7.90 per scoop) or the Gula Melaka Coconut Pandan Bun ($6.90) available at Da Paolo Gastronomia. 

6. A National Day Snacks at Rempapa

Rempapa continues to salute the homeland by promoting two well-loved local snacks from 7 to 13 August. There’s the addictive finger snack of Epok Epok Sayur ($8 for three pieces) for starters. Its pastry skin crackles with a satisfying crunch, wrapping around some lightly sauteed vegetables, such as bean sprouts, carrots and jicama, along with bean curd and fragrant dried shrimp. The Roti John ($10 each) is also worth a try, stacking masala spiced chicken, onions, peas, cucumber slices and shredded lettuce between a buttery grilled bun. And of course, mop up the chilli and tomato sauce on the side for a sweet-spicy kick.

7. Locally Inspired Tea Sets at the Marmalade Pantry

Enjoy locally inspired afternoon tea session at The Marmalade Pantry. 9. Commemorate National Day with Restaurant Gaig

Every National Day, Restaurant Gaig dedicates a gourmet treat to the food-fervent nation. This year, the team pays tribute to the host of their first international outpost with a celebratory dish inspired by a local culinary treasure — Chilli Crab Croqueta. Crafted exclusively for the occasion by Executive Chef Marti Carlos Martinez, this a la carte special is served tapas-style for lunch and dinner from 1 to 31 August at $6++ each.

10. PastaMania National Day Promotion

12. Enchanting National Day Celebrations At Tablescape Restaurant & Bar

Modern European Tablescape Restaurant & Bar commemorates National Day with a delectable set of offerings. From 18 July to 13 August 2023, Tablescape presents a dine-in National Day Set Menu as well as a beautiful Botanical Garden Afternoon Tea Set inspired by the Padang and the greeneries of our garden city, available for both dine-in and takeaway. 13. A National Day tribute through Yàn’s local-inspired dim sums

In celebration of Singapore’s 58th birthday, Yàn commemorates the nation’s rich culinary heritage with a National Day Dim Sum Menu (from $6++). Available for lunch only from 1 to 15 August 2023, delight in a repertoire of delicate creations showcasing a sumptuous spread of classic Cantonese delights incorporated with local flavours.

Paying homage to the Peranakan culture in Singapore is the Poached Prawns and Diced Cod Fish Dumpling with Assam Sauce ($9++ for 3 pieces). Tossed in a piquant assam sauce, the silky wantons feature a combination of succulent prawns and diced cod fish.
