Flavours of Home with Chef Bob at Good Old Days

In an exclusive collaboration with Good Old Days, Chef Bob has crafted a limited-time menu that celebrates heritage while embracing fresh creativity for SG60 — all set in a casual, air-conditioned food court just steps from Siloso Beach.

The Nasi Lemak Goreng ($12.80) reimagines the national favourite by wok-firing fragrant coconut rice and pairing it with crispy turmeric chicken and a sunny-side-up egg — an indulgent take full of wok hei and crunch. The Ginger Fish Hor Fun ($10.80), inspired by Chef Bob’s childhood memories, features silky wok-charred noodles in a rich eggy gravy, topped with tender fried fish slices and a comforting ginger warmth. For something bold and unexpected, the Assam Pedas Pasta ($12.80) fuses the tangy heat of Malay assam pedas with broad ribbons of pappardelle, tossed with prawns, laksa leaf and layered spice.

Affordable, flavourful, and full of heart, Chef Bob’s SG60 menu offers a delicious way to rediscover heritage in every bite
