The National Day Parade is back and we can expect lots of events and deals happening to celebrate the nation's birthday!

The National Day Parade will be happening on Saturday, 9 Aug 2025 with partner-led events happening as well as NDP heartland activities across the weekend. Families can expect fireworks all around the island, from the main ones at Marina Bay and the Padang to fireworks in the heartlands too! (don't forget to check out the fireworks during the rehearsal dates).

1. Good Old Fun – Celebrate SG60 with S³ Rewards at The Clementi Mall!

3. National Day Istana Open House

Admission: Free for Singapore Citizens and PRs
The National Day Istana Open House (IOH) will be held on 3 August 2025, from 8.30 am to 6 pm. The IOH will be open to all visitors. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents enter for free. All other visitors are required to pay an entrance fee of $20 (adults) and $10 (children from 4 to 12 years old).
Embark on a guided tour of the Istana grounds to explore its rich history, architectural heritage, and unique flora and fauna. The 1-hour walking tour begins at the Main Gate and features highlights such as the Villa, Japanese Garden, and Ceremonial Plaza.
4. National Day Heartland Celebrations

Venue: 5 community sites
Dates: 10 Aug 2025
Admission: Free
On Saturday, 10 August 2025, the National Day celebrations will extend into the heartlands, bringing the excitement closer to homes. Happening at five community sites across the island, these celebrations are co-organised with the People's Association.
The five sites are as follows: Central Singapore, North East, North West, South East and South West.

5. National Day Activations at the Bras Basah.Bugis Precinct

Celebrate National Day in the historic Bras Basah.Bugis (BBB) precinct this SG60! The annual National Day Activations (NDAV) return for a special edition that extends beyond illuminating historic landmarks in the precinct. This year, visitors can expect a more immersive experience, with iconic monuments and hidden spaces across the precinct transformed into captivating zones with dynamic lights and digital experiences.
Explore seven light activations that weave through the heart of the precinct. Familiar landmarks such as the National Museum of Singapore (1 – 9 August), Reflection Pool @ Bras Basah MRT Station, Fortune Centre's digital billboard, Stamford Walkway, St Joseph’s Church, Ten Square's digital billboard and The Cathay will become gateways to new experiences.
6. SAFRA Bayfront National Day Celebration

Happening on 2 and 9 August at the Bayfront Event Space, come soak in the atmosphere in person and catch the NDP 2025 livestream on large LED screens, and witness NDP highlights such as the State Flag Flypast and fireworks display up close. Each participant will also receive a NDP Pack to complete the experience!
Participants can also look forward to pre-parade live performances and a post-parade party featuring several homegrown artistes and music groups, and have a fun time at the nearby carnival (payable).

7. Celebrate SG60 at Changi Airport & Jewel with Concerts, Charity Walk, Light-Ups & More!

Celebrate SG60 at Changi Airport and Jewel with a line-up of family-friendly experiences from July to August 2025.
Join the SG60 Homecoming Concert (1 Aug) featuring beloved local stars like Stefanie Sun, Kit Chan, and Sezairi in a heartwarming sing-along at Jewel. Take part in a glowing night-time Charity Walk (27 Jul) along the Changi Airport Connector—complete with nostalgic snacks, trivia stations, and a finisher’s medal—all in support of Community Chest.
Drive along Airport Boulevard (from 28 Jul) to see national icons lit up in red and white, while stunning floral displays across the terminals and Jewel bloom throughout August. 8. NDP 2025 Bay Celebrations @ Gardens by the Bay

National Day Parade celebrations will extend to the Marina Bay area, with Gardens by the Bay serving as one of five satellite sites where the public can gather to catch a live telecast of the Parade.
Gardens by the Bay’s The Meadow offers a sprawling space where families can gather to watch the Parade under the night sky. Only at the Gardens, keep your eyes peeled for surprise performances that will take place among the audience, along with interactive segments!
There will also be performances by Cathay busker Jeff Ng, and Singapore’s largest youth jazz group The Jazzlings. Snack booths, giant art installations of local food for photo opportunities, and nostalgic games with a supersized twist like tossing oversized flag erasers and giant pick-up sticks, round up the fun.
9. Celebrate SG60 with “Ties That Bloom” by Gardens by the Bay and Mediacorp

Get ready to feel the heartbeat of Singapore at The Meadow, Gardens by the Bay, this 3 August! You’ll be in good company with crowd-favourite hosts Gurmit Singh, Nithiya Rao, Yasminne Cheng, and Zhin Sadali as they guide you through this unforgettable night. The seventh edition of the National Day Concert is packed with touching performances that celebrate the bonds we share — as friends, families, and fellow Singaporeans.

NTUC NDP Bay Celebrations: Happening on 26 July, 2 and 9 August at Promontory @ Marina Bay, this year’s celebrations promises an exciting experience with a vibrant lineup by homegrown talents including ShiGGa Shay, Regina Song and Estelle Fly, SG60 interactive and immersive installations, and a special NTUC Symbolic Moment that reflects the collective hopes for Singapore’s future.

11. National Day Celebrations at the National Museum of Singapore

You’re invited to the National Museum of Singapore’s biggest National Day festivities yet! From 18 July to 9 August, immerse yourself in a series of interactive experiences that celebrate the present and imagine the future, including a full day of vibrant programmes held across four floors of the museum on National Day.
Starting 18 July, be inspired by the Stories of Singapore: Building Our Heritage Brick by Brick, a colourful brick-filled showcase featuring a large-scale diorama of iconic Singaporean elements. Families can look forward to flexing their creative sides by participating in digital colouring experiences, a hands-on LEGO Make & Take activity and even play a part in completing a record-breaking LEGO mural!
In the evening, watch the National Museum’s iconic facade come alive with the return of the crowd-favourite National Day Light-Up in Canvas of Light: Our Nation’s Journey. Visitors can watch Singapore’s story unfold through a refreshed visual experience with stunning light art that stands as a tribute to our nation’s resilience and unity.
On 9 August, enjoy a full day of fun-filled programmes and activities spanning four levels of the museum, inspired by the lyrics of the beloved 1987 National Day theme song, “We Are Singapore”, from exciting heritage hunts, thematic crafting activities and more. To wrap up the festivities, families are invited to gather on the National Museum’s Front Lawn for a relaxing picnic under the stars and a live screening of the National Day Parade 2025 from 5.30pm onwards.
Admission to the Stories of Singapore: Building Our Heritage, Brick by Brick showcase is free of charge, and all visitors can enjoy free admission to the National Museum on 9 August 2025.

Celebrate Singapore’s diamond jubilee with a dynamic lineup featuring MDC artistes – Aaron Bunac, Dominic Chin, Gail Belmonte, Izzathy Halil, Khim Ng, and RINES, and MDC’s very own ‘FVSION’ ensemble band. Joined by pop sensation Iman Fandi, local vocal ensemble ‘The Island Voices’, Peranakan performing group ‘Peranakan Sayang’, comedic vocalists ‘Siao Sing Songs’, and TikTok-viral dance crew ‘Everdance’, who will add their own flair to the festivities.
