For those planning to catch the fireworks, do note that the main fireworks for NDP2023 at Padang will be fired from Marina Bay. Fireworks will start from around 8 pm (specific timings will be shared later) and we believe it will happen across the all rehearsals, previews and actual shows.

Below are some suggested places to catch the fireworks. Note that these places do get crowded quickly - especially with photographers and others wanting to catch a glimpse of the parade (it is not just about getting to the venue, do consider how you will be leaving - more about catching the NDP 2023 Fireworks).

  • Marina Bay Waterfront
  • The Promontory
  • Gardens by the Bay East
  • Merlion Park
  • Along Esplanade Drive
  • Esplanade
  • Marina Barrage (partial view)
  • Helix Bridge / Sheares Bridge

Fireworks will also go off at the five heartland sites, which will be open to the public from 6pm. The fireworks display is expected to take place between 8.15pm and 8.25pm.
