If your family enjoys discovering new food experiences, Sentosa GrillFest 2026 is worth adding to your plans. Taking place from 23 July to 16 August 2026, Sentosa GrillFest returns with its biggest line-up yet, featuring 42 food vendors across five zones, including both returning favourites and exciting new additions. Head to Siloso Beach and enjoy a vibrant dining experience with good food, beachside views, and activities for all ages.

Discover New Food Experiences Along the Beach

This year, you’ll find more ways to enjoy your time beyond simply grabbing a bite. One of the biggest highlights is Chef’s Grill, the festival’s first-ever omakase-inspired beachfront dining experience. Designed as an elevated eight-course experience in an air-conditioned setting, this special concept gives you the chance to watch chefs showcase live-fire cooking techniques up close.

If your family enjoys interactive food experiences, you can also explore the Marketplace by Indoguna, where you’ll get to choose ingredients and watch them grilled and prepared fresh on-site. There’s even a retail section with sauces, spices, and ready-to-cook selections to bring home.

Experience Sentosa GrillFest’s New Beachfront Dining Concept

It’s time to elevate your dining experience and make time to visit Chef’s Grill. Making its debut this year, Chef’s Grill introduces an omakase-inspired beachfront dining experience featuring an eight-course menu. Set inside an air-conditioned space, you’ll get a front-row view of live-fire cooking techniques while enjoying a more premium dining experience by the beach.

Three returning vendors — Sentosa Golf Club, R&B Grill Bar, and ASAP & CO — will be featured throughout all four weekends of Chef’s Grill. To keep the experience fresh, a different guest vendor will also join each week, giving you something new to discover every time you visit.

Chef’s Grill will also mark the closing event of the first-ever Singapore Chef Festival, organised together with the Singapore Chefs’ Association (SCA), highlighting Sentosa GrillFest’s growing presence in Singapore’s food scene.

Explore Marketplace by Indoguna for an Interactive Food Experience

For families who love choosing and discovering food together, Marketplace by Indoguna offers a different way to enjoy the festival. Browse through fresh ingredients including meats, seafood, vegetables, and gourmet selections before watching them grilled and prepared on-site. 

Beyond dining, you can also explore artisanal products, sauces, spices, and ready-to-cook items to bring home. There’s even an aura-reading photobooth if you’d like to capture a memorable moment together.

Relax and Enjoy the Atmosphere at Sunset Lounge by Asahi

After exploring the festival grounds, take a slower pace at Sunset Lounge by Asahi. Positioned along the beachfront, this dedicated lounge space offers a relaxed setting to unwind as the sun goes down. Expect golden hour views paired with live entertainment including DJ sets and performances throughout the festival.

Explore and Enjoy Food for Every Palate 

Beyond the new dining experiences, Sentosa GrillFest 2026 continues to bring together a wide mix of flavours across its food zones. With 42 vendors in this year’s line-up, you can expect both returning favourites and exciting new additions throughout the festival.

From freshly shucked oysters and dry-aged meats to Korean barbecue, Japanese robatayaki, Taiwanese street food, and beachside barbecue favourites, there’s plenty to discover across Local Grills, International Grills, and Beachside Grills. You’ll also find sweet treats and grilled desserts to round off your visit.

Aside from the food, you can look forward to live entertainment throughout the festival. Kicking off the first Sunday on 26 July, ZIP4, a Korean jazz band, will take to the stage at 7pm in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Singapore.
