Whatâs in Sentosa Beach Fest
Youâll experience a day-to-night movement festival that redefines how you see fitness at the beach. From adrenaline-pumping challenges to recovery-focused wellness and music-driven sessions, thereâs something for every fitness level.
Hereâs what you can look forward to:
Singaporeâs First Beach Ninja Challenge Arena
Take on the specially designed beachfront obstacle course by Ninja Lab. Whether you choose the beginner-friendly Ninja Z or the advanced Ninja X, youâll test your speed, strength and strategy â especially during the thrilling after-dark Ninja Shadow Tag.
Train with Champion Athletes
Join workshops and showcases led by international free running star Dominic Di Tommaso and SEA Games medallist William Yoong, alongside other renowned athletes as they lead workshops, showcases, and community classes.
30+ Sports & Wellness Experiences
From yoga by the beach, sound baths, and cardio sessions at the Arena, to volleyball, football, and team-building games at the Stadium, the festival offers diverse ways to get moving in the sun.
Sunrise to Nightfall Energy
The beach pulses with life from sunrise to sunset. You can kickstart the day with tranquil yoga flows, soak in the evening with Sunset Sessions (4pmâ8pm), and close the night with spectacular light displays and high-energy beats at Ultraviolet (8pmâ10pm) on the weekends.
Let Your Kids Bounce, Climb and Play at the Playground Zone

If your kids have endless energy, bring them straight to the Playground zone! At the Adventure Land Inflatables, anchors the zone with a massive inflatable obstacle course designed specifically for the beach terrain. The kids (aged 6 and above) can climb, bounce, crawl and navigate colourful structures at their own pace. Parents can choose between 1-hour passes for a quick burst of fun or 3-hour passes for fully immersive play.
Nearby, the Social Hub invites you to slow down and reconnect, where favourite childhood classic games have been supersized for the beach, such as Giant Jenga, and Giant Tic-Tac-Toe. More importantly, the entire area will be sheltered with F&B nearby, completing the perfect recipe for a day of family bonding amongst the sand, sun and sea.Â
Sign Your Kids Up for Beach Sports Clinics
If your child enjoys structured activities, you can register them for beach sports sessions happening throughout the festival.
At the Stadium zone, youâll find:
-
Beach Netball (for U9 to U16)
-
Beach Football (from Under-8s onwards)
-
Beach Ultimate Frisbee (10 years old and above)
-
Beach Volleyball clinics
Those with a competitive streak can choose to form their own teams for competitions, while others can head to the public courts for casual play, or learn the basics from on ground coaches. Itâs a great way for your child to try something new, build confidence and make new friends â all while enjoying the beach setting!
Take on the Ninja Course as a Family

If your family thrives on challenge, you wonât want to miss the beachfront Ninja obstacle course.
Designed with different levels, the Ninja experience allows you to choose what suits your family best. The beginner-friendly format welcomes first-timers, while more advanced participants can test their endurance on tougher obstacles.
At Ninja Lab, you can start with Ninja Z, which is perfect if itâs your first time or if youâre tackling the course with your kids. There are nine obstacles â just challenging enough to get your heart pumping, but still fun and doable without feeling too intimidating.
If you (or your teens) are up for something tougher, Ninja X takes things up a notch. With 12 obstacles set on soft sand, itâs more intense and definitely designed to test your strength, balance and stamina.
When the sun goes down, things get even more exciting with Ninja Shadow Tag. The course transforms into a high-energy escape-style game where you race through the Ninja X obstacles while âninjasâ patrol the area. Itâs fast, thrilling and feels like youâve stepped into an action movie.
And if youâre serious about improving your skills, you can sign up for the Ninja Masterclasses. These sessions give you proper tips and coaching from experienced obstacle athletes â including SEA Games medallist William Yoong â so youâre not just playing, youâre actually learning how to get better.
Stay Active as Parents Too

Sentosa Beach Fest isnât just for the kids! At the Arena, youâll find wellness and fitness sessions set against the scenic shoreline. On weekdays, many programmes are free, including yoga styles such as Vinyasa and Yin, as well as cardio dance and stretch sessions. Itâs a refreshing way to reset while your children explore nearby zones.
If youâre visiting with teens, you might also consider the calisthenics sessions at Defy Gravityâs Cali-Gym, where older participants can try bodyweight training techniques in a supportive setting.
For families with older teens (16 years and above), the Battle Rope Challenge offers an endurance-based competition experience, it's ideal for those who enjoy pushing their limits.
You can compete across age, gender and team categories (Open/Masters, Men/Females, Singles/Doubles/Team Relay) with $1,000 cash prizes waiting for winners of each of the 8 categories.
Refuel Without Leaving the Beach
After a full day of activity, you wonât need to leave the festival grounds to recharge. The Refuel zone completes the festival experience, with food stalls positioned exactly where fuel is needed most. Be it a quick bite between beach volleyball sets, or an ice-cold brew at sunset, this is the ideal spot to recharge with the ocean breeze and live beats.
The Food Bazaar curates food that satisfies without slowing you down, plus indulgent options for when you've earned something special. From Western-Asian fusion creations from Breadfirst Everyday, to signature craft brews from Glugland, you can stay energised throughout the entire day.
