4. New White Rabbit Candy Ice Cream Cone

To celebrate the new launch, Hao Food SG has collaborated with Lou Shang – the HDB-inspired café-cocktail bar – for a limited-time special menu! From now till February 29, you can try a unique White Rabbit-inspired menu at Lou Shang, and savour the new cone ice cream at the same time!

5. Song Yue Taiwan Cuisine Opens at Leisure Park Kallang

Song Yue Taiwan Cuisine celebrates Taiwan’s rich food culture and heritage with a sparkling repertoire of specialty and time-honoured dishes that highlight the natural goodness of seasonal produce. Departing from Taiwanese street food, the restaurant’s menu boasts a line-up of fine produce-driven 台湾料理 (Taiwanese cuisine) masterfully-prepared with flair.

Song Yue’s expertly-curated menu will warm hearts and bellies with its wide selection of nourishing and deliciously wholesome dishes brimming with the signature flavours of 台菜 (Taiwanese food).

6. PS.Cafe Launches All New Set Lunch Menus at Selected Outlets 

Three of PS.Cafe’s locations – Ann Siang Hill, Jewel and Katong are set to liven up your lunch time with a two-course set lunch of PS.Cafe classics for just $28 from Mondays to Fridays, 11:30am to 4pm.

The menu features a selection of the delicious starters and mains that we all know and love, such as the PS. Superfood, PS. Crab & Prawn Laksa and Thai Chicken & Basil Bowl. Additionally, there are new and exciting dishes to explore, such as the Kimchi Reuben and Pad Thai Salad. 

That’s not all! For those looking to end their meal on a sweet note, you can opt to add one of PS.Cafe’s iconic desserts such as the Single Chocolate Blackout Cake, Florida Key Lime Pie or Sticky Date Pudding for an additional $10. 

7. Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks' Newest Treats

11. Palais Renaissance Ushers in the Lunar New Year and Valentine's Day

This festive season, Palais Renaissance (Palais) welcomes the upcoming Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day with an assortment of lush experiences and curated shopping activations. From now to 25 February, the mall will play host to a series of activations, such as live performances of classical Chinese instruments, live custom poetry, and bountiful spending rewards, setting the perfect stage to create cherished memories with loved ones.

For the Lunar New Year, Palais invites shoppers to indulge in the harmony of luxury and tradition with a live Guzheng performance during this festive period. On the afternoons of 27 January and 3 February, 12pm – 1pm, Palais will set the mood with captivating melodies to transform the shopping experience into a sensory journey and create an enveloping sense of opulence. 

That’s not all – for Valentine’s Day, Palais celebrates romance and refined artistry with a live poetry corner, immortalising memories with personalised, on-the-spot poems. On 14 February, 7pm – 9pm and 17 February, 12:30pm – 2:30pm, a poet will craft poems from fond memories or love stories to offer an artful expression of sentiment that transcends the ordinary. Available only on 14 February, LeVeL33 presents a five-course dinner ($398++ per couple) created by Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski, accompanied by a curated wine package ($88++ per pax) to elevate your dining experience.

Featuring LeVeL33’s distinctive ContemBrewery cuisine, the highlights of the menu include:

13. Indulge in a romantic and unforgettable Valentine’s Day celebration at Goodwood Park Hotel

Parents looking to celebrate Valentine's Day, come indulge in a sumptuous five-course dinner at the elegant Gordon Grill; Goodwood Park's fine dining establishment renowned for its fine Continental cuisine and exceptional service, promising an impeccable experience for this romantic occasion. Delight to the heart’s content with exquisitely crafted dishes featuring the Oyster Mornay amuse bouche, followed by starters of Chilled Pasta; Hokkaido Scallop; and Japanese Amadai. Choose between the Australian Wagyu Striploin or Quail Roulade for the main course and conclude this delectable meal on a sweet note with the luscious Chocolate Hazelnut Gâteaux. 

14. An Indulgent Affair for Valentine’s Day at The Gyu Bar

This Valentine’s Day, The Gyu Bar celebrates love with thoughtfully curated specials. From 3 to 18 February 2024, the Valentine’s Day 9-in-1 Bento is available for takeaway ($68+ for one pax, $128+ for two pax) or dine-in ($88++ per pax). The dine-in experience is supplemented by a glass of Hitotoki Sparkling Rose Sake, a starter, soup, and dessert. 

An indulgent 8-course Valentine's Day Omakase Menu ($188++ per person) is also available to mark the occasion with your special someone. This spread of quality meats and seasonal delicacies presents an enchanting experience to enjoy for dine-in only from 3 to 18 February 2024. 

Highlights of the feast include:

  • A Valentine’s Special featuring a pan-seared scallop shaped sweetly as a heart, with Kumamoto seaweed, uni, scallop tartare, and Oscietra caviar.
  • Yakiniku, starring A5 Kagoshima Wagyu and A5 Miyazaki Wagyu cooked to tender perfection on smokeless Shinpo grills, paired with a Truffle Egg Dip.
  • Hokkaido Wagyu Spicy Pumpkin Nabe accompanied by organic Hokkaido rice. A soothing broth that combines three types of fish, chicken, Wagyu and local green chillies, boiled for three hours to flavoursome finish. Mashed Japanese pumpkin, cabbage, enoki mushrooms, Hokkaido milk corn, tofu, konnyaku noodles, and Wagyu slices complete the ensemble.

The Gyu Bar’s Valentine’s Day offerings are available for lunch (12pm to 3pm) and dinner (6pm to 10pm) from 3 to 18 February 2024. The 9-in-1 Bento is available for both dine-in and takeaway; the Valentine's Day Omakase menu is available for dine- in only.

15. Bedrock Bar & Grill

Award-winning steakhouse Bedrock Bar & Grill sets a table for two with a specially curated 4-course Valentine’s Day set dinner ($320++ per couple, inclusive of a glass of sparkling wine per diner; available on 13 and 14 February). On the menu is a Pepper Crusted Bone-In Wagyu Striploin — exquisitely marbled and irresistibly tender Australian Wagyu cooked to succulent prime, sumptuous satisfaction to share. 

16. BedRock Origin

Staging a romantic getaway? The charming coastal escape of Bedrock Origin is where you’ll find sun, sea, salt-kissed breeze, and the chance to sweep your lover off their feet over a 4-course Valentine’s Day set dinner ($158++ per pax, inclusive of a glass of rosé per diner; available on 13 and 14 February). Mains to select from are a melt-in-your-mouth Applewood Grilled Wagyu Striploin for the meat-keen, and a delicately flaky Sake-Steamed Patagonian Toothfish for the seafood lovers.

17. Fat Cow

Look no further than Fat Cow for exceptional experiences of the finest handpicked Wagyu. Paired on the Valentine’s Day Lunch Menu ($88++ per pax; available from 13 to 18 February) are a Donburi — marrying treasures of land and sea, replete with luxuries of Australian Imperial Blossom Wagyu and Australian Bay lobster — and a sparkling wine that complements each bite with its expressive bouquet and lively acidity. Offered for celebrations later in the day is the Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu ($320++ per couple; available from 13 to 15 February), indulging with a succession of decadences like caviar, Simmered Toriyama Wagyu, and a Charcoal Grilled Imperial Blossom Beef F4 Wagyu Chuck Flap.

18. Tablescape

If privacy with your paramour is what you seek, then Tablescape Restaurant & Bar’s Valentine’s Day 2024 Takeaway Set Menu ($176nett per couple; available for lunch and dinner from 12 to 14 February) is a spread to savour at home. Trade bites of two different mains: a Wagyu Oyster Blade served alongside creamy potato de pave, and a delicate Dover Sole glazed with a caper butter sauce. Other specials include pan-seared Hokkaido Scallops, Duck Foie Gras, and an exclusive dessert vibrant with the flavours of strawberry and berry tea. The same menu is available for dine-in. 

19. Museum of Ice Cream Exclusive Love Sundae and Sprinkle Bowl

Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) Singapore is the perfectly pink spot to celebrate your sweetest relationships this Valentine’s Day, with limited edition offerings and frosty promotions from 14th till 18th of February 2024!

This special edition combines three brand-new flavours that embody the romance and charm of the season – Tiramisu, Lychee Rose, and Orange – along with three all-time favourite flavours to complete the assortment.

Honouring the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu blends coffee and mascarpone flavours in a delicate dance on the palate. Lychee Rose offers an exotic fusion, where floral rose notes and sweet, fragrant lychee unite in a tender embrace. The Orange macaron provides a zesty, citrus burst, refreshingly contrasting the sweet meringue. Each new flavour is a unique expression of love, crafted to make Valentine's Day memorable.

22. Buona Terra

The latest Winter menu, available for lunch (from $118++ per pax) and dinner (from $248++ per pax), showcases nature’s gift of vibrant citruses, punteralles, and salsify. Artful contemporary Italian creations such as the Scampi — Mozambique scampi delicately overlaid with silky lardo, with accompaniments of sliced puntarelle rolled with Artigiana burrata, puntarelle salad, and preserved Amalfi lemon skin — are sure to sing to the senses.
