Tthe D'Ultimate Xcape occupies this spot just for the anticipation that it is causing us and it has finally opened on 5 Nov 2021!

The activities are part of NTUC's 60th anniversary campaign this year, families can expect carnival rides and games, a ‘Dino’ inflatable park, creative art installations, and experiential workshops. The pop-up hotel concept, SG Hotel on Wheels is already happening, although we heard that rooms are all booked for December. 

Downtown East is already home to a variety of attractions and fun activities, this addition only makes it a must-go this year-end holidays

Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Celebration is a tribute to Mickey Mouse, step inside seven different imaginatively themed experiences (over 1,350 sqm) inspired by the one and only, Mickey Mouse. Come join Mickey in a visually stunning and whimsically immersive experience, where art and selfies come together to make magical memories for everyone!

3. Jumptopia: Holiday Village

If you missed the first Jumptopia, you (and your kids) will be pleased to know that Jumptopia will be back for a 2nd run! Jumptopia: Holiday Village will be at Sands Expo and Convention Centre occupying an eye-popping 44,000 sqft of space - this is 4X the size of its predecessor. 

Families can expect 15 bouncy castles that includes new play concepts such as maze, swings, slides, ‘rock’-climbing, obstacle course and human size bubble ball! There will also be an all new adventure zone that will include F1-racing with a twist!

5. Between the World and Us – A Think! Contemporary Primary School Virtual Exhibition

In partnership with CHIJ Our Lady Queen of Peace, Geylang Methodist School (Primary), Haig Girls’ School, Mayflower Primary School and St. Anthony’s Primary School, SAM presents the ninth edition of the Think! Contemporary Programme and also the museum's first virtual showcase. 

The online exhibition features 18 artworks on the diverse experiences of Primary Four students in the time of the pandemic across four sections: The Stories, The Spaces, The People, and The Hope.

Do also look out for a virtual art hunt with prizes to be won! 

6. Wild About Twilight @ Night Safari: A Pangolin’s Tale

 7. Christmas At S.E.A Aquarium With Pinkfong And Baby Shark

Merrymakers and children can get up close and personal with the international sensation, Pinkfong and Baby Shark, as they join the S.E.A. Aquarium’s very own shark family. Fans can look forward to snapping tons of shareable wefies with these characters in their Christmas outfits, and even join in a one-of-a-kind Dance ‘N Meet session. A first in Singapore, the session will see the beloved characters dancing with guests in a coordinated groove next to the 40,000 marine animals in the iconic Open Ocean Habitat.

8. Minions Pop-Up Cafe

A new immersive Minion Café opens at Clarke Quay and invites families to step into the world of the beloved Minions! With themed menu dishes and Minions-inspired artwork, the café offers a fun immersive experience creating the perfect backdrop for families to create and share their favourite family photos across their social media!

9. Peppa Pig Happy Day Interactive Play Singapore

The Peppa Pig Happy Day Interactive Play features a multitude of Peppa Pig- themed activities for the kids and is happening at Marina Square from 3 Nov 2021 onwards! 

Visit where Peppa lives and create unforgettable memories. Families will get to recreate the classic scenes from the animated series - from the soft play area to the countryside, from the garden to the city! You will also find character statues around the venue too! And most importantly, they will get to meet & greet with their favourite characters, Peppa or George, in a their lovely living room too! 

10. Immersive Experiences At The Gallery Children's Biennale

National Gallery Singapore invites children to embark on an inspiring multi-sensory experience as they explore 9 on-site installations of the Gallery Children’s Biennale. The artworks are guided by the inquiry, “Why Art Matters” and explore themes of Home, Diversity, Environment and Time, bringing to the fore relevant issues of today in an easy-to-understand manner for children.

Even without the deeper understanding of the installations, the exhibition is meant for children to experience the art in their own way. So head down to the Gallery Children's Biennale this year-end holidays!

11. Pop-up Trampoline Park @ Forum The Shopping Mall

While it is not a huge play area, this pop-up trampoline park at Forum The Shopping Mall will allow the kids unlimited time (but no re-entry) to jump and play! So if you are around the area, you may wish to drop by and jump around - simply come by with your credit card and kids!

13. UNTAME @ Science Centre Singapore

UNTAME: Rebooting Our World is an immersive, blended learning festival boasting a series of phased initiatives from now until 5 December. There are 4 parts to this year's edition of UNTAME, including UNTAME STEAM Festival, UNTAME Online, UNTAME Day and UNTAME After Dark.

Upcoming in the year-end holidays, families can expect to participate in a slew of sustainability-themed activities to turn trash into treasure with the memory frame making workshop, bottle upcycling workshop and snack pack making workshop at the UNTAME Day. 

While for 3 days only, UNTAME After Dark will see the Science Centre Singapore extending its opening hours till 10.30 pm for a myriad of activities and performances. 

14. Brickosaurs World @ Singapore Zoo and River Safari

CLOVE, the all-day dining destination at Swissôtel The Stamford, is set to transform into a CoComelon world from 15 Nov 2021, where children can immerse themselves in a fully interactive dining experience alongside their parents. Tables have been creatively converted into booths and designed as school buses where little ones will be thrilled to be having their meal on a bus ride and using their own set of CoComelon branded utensils and enjoy a CoComelon-themed menu!

18. Fungus Humongous by NAYA At The Artground

This year-end they’ve rolled out a line-up of parent and child baking workshops that provide a perfect excuse to bond with your little ones! 3. Family Escape Adventure Trails by Island Wanderer

 $25 per trail

Island Wanderer has combined escape room-style puzzles with amazing race-style use of iconic landmarks around Singapore to produce adventurous trails known as the Escape Adventure Trails

First, you get to choose a trail of your choice, then you set off on a journey of discovery accompanied by a chatbot, which will be giving you clues to guide you from one landmark to the other. Along the way, you will be challenged to solve tricky puzzles while discovering the different sides of Singapore! You are recommended to undertake the trail with a group of two to four.

4. Nature Walk Programmes by Young Nautilus

Planning fun and educational activities for your family in Singapore this year? Take this year-end holiday as an opportunity to explore our own coastal backyard in Singapore and take a closer look at the amazing animals! This is the chance to get your children exposed to science and nature, or see in action what they have learned in schools about wildlife!

Conducted by Young Nautilus, each Nature Walk is for approx. 2 hours including 1.5hr Nature Walk and 30mins Artefacts Discovery. 

5. Unstructured Play With Forest Play

At Forest Play, children will get to experience unstructured play in an adult-free environment, including handling hammers, saws and nails. Children are given free rein to build whatever they want. From recycled wood, tyres to ropes, watch them be in awe as they bring their ideas to life.
