Catch 15 Life-Sized Dinosaurs at DINO-A-LIVE's DINOSAUR ODYSSEY at Resorts World Sentosa This December

Dinosaur fans in Singapore are in for a massive treat this year-end school holiday with the acclaimed DINOSAUR ODYSSEY by DINO-A-LIVE coming to Resorts World Sentosa from 3 to 6 December 2026.

Making its international debut outside Japan, DINOSAUR ODYSSEY is a 70-minute indoor live performance by DINO-A-LIVE that brings 15 life-sized dinosaurs into the hall to move, breathe, and roam right next to the audience. Instead of viewing static museum displays or watching creatures on a screen, families get to experience what it feels like to stand in the presence of living prehistoric giants.

15 Life-Sized Dinosaurs Roaming Up Close

The main highlight of the show is the sheer scale and realism of the creatures. The production features a lineup of 15 dinosaurs, including the Tyrannosaurus Rex, Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Suchomimus, Allosaurus, Utahraptor, and Dakotaraptor.

The movement and subtle details—from blinking eyes and shifting muscles to natural breathing motions—are powered by DINO-TECHNE. Developed by Japanese company ON-ART over more than 20 years, this patented mechanical suit technology allows human pilots inside to walk the creatures naturally across the performance area.

Because the dinosaurs move freely throughout the space, children and parents can see their scale and movements from a remarkably close distance.

The non-verbal show pairs these roaming creatures with live music, dance, visual displays, and stage effects like simulated wind and aquatic visuals to complete the prehistoric setting.

Photo Encounters, Exclusive Merchandise, and Dino-Themed Eats

The experience extends beyond the stage show with several interactive stops around the venue:

• T-Rex Photo Experience: For an additional $30 (limited to 100 slots per show), families can take a professional group photo (up to 8 people) with a 12-metre-long T-Rex. The add-on includes a printed physical photograph and an Edokko Dinosaur Mini Plate – Flower Dragon (worth $10) to take home.

• DINO Mart: Browse the world’s largest DINO-A-LIVE merchandise showcase, featuring over 100 official items imported from Japan. Items include fossil replicas, detailed figures, educational toys, and stationery.

• DINO Café at Senmo Coffee: Located at Resorts World Sentosa (B1-223), families can enjoy a limited-edition dinosaur-themed food and beverage menu before or after the show.

BYKidO Tip: While the non-verbal format is easy for children of all ages to follow, these life-sized dinosaurs move close to the audience and roar dynamically. If you have younger toddlers who are sensitive to loud noises or large moving figures, booking Category 3 or Category 4 seats slightly further back provides a full view of the stage while keeping the experience comfortable.
