Don’t miss your final chance to stand beneath a 40-metre giant as this world-class prehistoric exhibition enters its final weeks this March.

Venue: Science Centre Singapore, The Annexe
Dates: Till 23 Mar 2026
Admission: from $19.90 (Adult), $16.90 (Child/Senior)

The March school holidays are nearly here, and if you are looking for an activity that combines massive "wow" factor with genuine educational value, DINOSAURS | EXTINCTIONS | US at Science Centre Singapore is your top priority.

Here's your last chance to catch it! Closing its doors on 23 March, this exhibition is currently the only place in the region where you can come face-to-face with the Patagotitan mayorum—the largest known creature to ever walk the Earth.

A Colossal Encounter: Active Play & Discovery

Spanning a massive 3,000 square metres at The Annexe, the exhibition is designed to be a high-energy journey through time. This isn't a quiet gallery; it’s an expansive space where children can marvel at 60 full-scale models and 33 rare fossils. The undisputed star is the 40-metre-long Patagotitan, which is so large it practically dominates the hall.

Alongside this titan, families can meet "Scotty," the world’s largest Tyrannosaurus rex ever discovered. And for the younger ones, the interactive dig pits provide a hands-on way to burn off energy while playing paleontologist for the day.

Educational Insights: 400 Million Years in the Making

While the sheer scale of the dinosaurs is the main draw, the exhibition offers a deep dive into the "Why" behind prehistoric life. Organised into three interactive zones, the experience explores the five major mass extinction events.

It also brings the story home with a special section curated by the Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum, highlighting Singapore’s own history of extinction. It’s a thoughtful way to introduce children to the concept of climate change and biodiversity through specimens of locally extinct animals, like the cream-coloured giant squirrel.

Final Weeks Special: A Keepsake to Take Home

To mark the final countdown, Science Centre Singapore is offering a special memento. For every ticket purchased from 10 Feb onwards, visitors will receive a mystery Buh-Bye Dino pin. These commemorative pins are available in several designs—see if your family can collect them all before the exhibition becomes "extinct" on 23 March!

Don't miss the special March holidays Buh-Bye Dino celebration, complete with freebies and treats for all ticket holders. It's the perfect school holiday activity to create lasting memories before the exhibition says goodbye!

BYKidO Pro-Tip: since this is the final stretch and coincides with the March school holidays, peak slots will fill up fast! Book the morning session (10 am start) to enjoy the interactive zones before the post-lunch crowd arrives.
