It’s the time of the year to spend the year end with something fun for families as Resort World Sentosa unveiled Season of Joy, a resort-wide Christmas celebration with K-wave-inspired experiences.
Happening from 27 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, families can look forward to a series of entertainments and experiences from underwater discoveries to festive thrills. Keep scrolling to find more details!
1. Make a Wish and Spread Some Christmas Joy @ WEAVE
At the heart of Season of Joy is Colours of our Wishes, a new festive experience where individual colours and wishes come together to create something extraordinary.
You can choose from seven coloured ribbons, each representing Love, Joy, Hope, Resilience, Dreams, Togetherness or New Beginnings.
Choose a colour, write a wish and add the ribbon to the festive installation, and watch as thousands of wishes gradually transform the festive installation into a collective Christmas creation.
Take Home Cute Keepsake
You can also take a little piece of Season of Joy home by spending a minimum S$88 in up to two same-day receipts at WEAVE to receive a Gori-knot keychain in one of seven colours, a festive keepsake inspired by the seven colours of Colours of our Wishes.
What to Expect at Colours of our Wishes
Get into the festive spirit at WEAVE, where an eight-metre Christmas tree and dazzling holiday displays set the scene for your year-end celebrations. Enjoy pop performances, weekend jazz, Christmas carols and balloon sculpting, with plenty of family-friendly entertainment to keep everyone in the holiday mood. You can even meet Santa at the Holiday Audio Lounge in the lead-up to Christmas!
As you explore Resorts World Sentosa, look out for more festive photo spots, including a towering gift box adorned with colourful baubles at Grand Avenue. It’s the perfect backdrop for capturing special Christmas memories with your loved ones.
2. Dive Into a Magical Underwater Christmas at Glowcean Wonderland
Experience a glowing underwater Christmas wonderland at Singapore Oceanarium, where twinkling lights, festive ornaments and Christmas trees take inspiration from the natural luminescence of marine life.
Join Manja the Manta Ray on The Glowcean Journey, an interactive trail where you can uncover clues and collect stamps as you discover sea jellies, corals, sea stars and other marine life. The journey ends at the Heart of the Glowcean, where a glowing Christmas tree showcases the marine creatures you’ve encountered along the way.
For more festive fun, look out for seasonal experiences such as an underwater Santa dive, themed dive feeds and interactive photo spots.
You can also dance among the marine life at a K-pop-themed Silent Disco, complete with curated playlists and Korean-inspired bites. Just note that the Silent Disco requires a separate ticket and is available on selected nights.
3. A Universal Christmas Filled with Sweet Treats at Universal Studios Singapore
A Universal Christmas returns to Universal Studios Singapore and turns the theme park into a festive wonderland with where you can take the kids to wander around giant sweet treats, watch musical shows, and meet-and-greets with fan-favourites characters.
Along Hollywood Boulevard, explore Dazzling Dessert Studios, a whimsical candy-themed setting featuring oversized desserts and a towering 10-metre Confectionery Christmas tree. You can also meet Santa Claus, Mrs Claus and Hello Kitty and Kuromi for festive photo opportunities.
Over in New York, get into the holiday spirit with The North Pole Jingle Jam, featuring immersive, concert-inspired sets where you can step into the spotlight.
Don’t miss Universal Jingle Jam, a lively sing-along starring Poppy from Trolls, Sesame Street friends and the Minions. Sing, clap and dance along, with snowfall moments and character meet-and-greets adding even more magic to your visit!
4. Turn up the K-pop beats at Adventure Cove Waterpark
Add a little K-pop fun to your family’s year-end celebrations at Adventure Cove Waterpark! With K-Wave Christmas, you can enjoy festive tunes and K-pop favourites spun by the resident DJ at BluWater Bay while the whole family joins in selected poolside activities.
