Celebrate Halloween Your Way at Resorts World Sentosa

This year’s Festival of Thrills transforms Resorts World Sentosa into a Halloween destination with experiences across Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Oceanarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark, and WEAVE.

Families with younger children can enjoy playful Halloween celebrations during the day, while older kids, teens, and adults can experience spine-chilling attractions after dark.

Trick or Thrills Returns to Universal Studios Singapore

Taking place from 1 September to 1 November 2026, families can once again enjoy the return of Trick or Thrills, Universal Studios Singapore’s daytime Halloween celebration included with regular park admission. This year’s event brings even more Halloween fun, including:

  • A brand-new The Belloween Ball Minion show featuring the debut of Bride of Monster Bob
  • Halloween-themed Minion Land decorations and photo spots
  • Meet-and-greets with Gru, Lucy, Agnes, Edith, Margo, Evil Minion and other Despicable Me favourites
  • Special appearances by Kuromi in her Halloween outfit, Shrek, Fiona, Elmo, Cookie Monster and more
  • Candy giveaways throughout the park
  • Halloween-exclusive food, drinks and merchandise

The best part? You can still enjoy all the rides and attractions throughout the day while soaking in the festive Halloween atmosphere.

Explore a Glowing Underwater World at Singapore Oceanarium

If you’re looking for a Halloween experience that’s more magical than spooky, Into the Glowcean is perfect for families. Happening from 5 September to 1 November 2026, the experience transforms Singapore Oceanarium into a glowing underwater world filled with colourful neon-inspired art installations, interactive activities and marine encounters.

Here are the summary of fun things you can enjoy:

  • Immersive glowing art installations inspired by marine life
  • Create-your-own neon artwork
  • Deep-sea animal keychain workshops
  • Interactive light painting experiences
  • Marine-themed face painting
  • Trick-or-treat surprises for children
  • Halloween-themed diver feeding sessions
  • Marine mascot appearances
  • Live light painting performances on selected October weekends
  • Illuminated violin and dance performances

The event also aims to inspire children to learn more about marine conservation through creative and interactive experiences.

Animal Spotlight: Manta Rays

From 5 September to 1 November 2026, families can also join the Animal Spotlight: Manta Rays programme, a 45-minute guided session where you can learn about manta rays, discover how aquarists care for them, and understand why these magnificent creatures are important to ocean ecosystems.

Children can also participate in a special manta ray lantern-making workshop on selected dates in September. This hands-on experience will invite you to design and decorate your own manta ray lanterns inspired by marine life. And every participants can take home the creations as illuminated keepsakes.

Adventure Cove Waterpark Adds Halloween Adventures

Adventure Cove Waterpark joins the Halloween celebrations with two very different experiences.

Legend Keepers: The Ocean Spirit Awakens

Designed especially for families and younger explorers, this daytime adventure lets you embark on an interactive quest across the waterpark.

Guided by Merli the Tide Guardian, you’ll solve puzzles, uncover Singapore-inspired legends, and complete challenges together while exploring different parts of the park. The app-guided experience encourages teamwork, curiosity and storytelling, making it a fun activity for families visiting during the day.

Pool Party Panic

Older teens and adults looking for something more thrilling can stay after dark for Pool Party Panic, where a lively neon pool party suddenly turns into an interactive murder mystery.

You’ll become part of the story by investigating crime scenes, solving puzzles and uncovering the mystery together. This experience takes place on selected Saturday evenings.

Halloween Fun Continues at WEAVE

Families visiting WEAVE can enjoy Halloween-themed decorations, trick-or-treating, shopping and photo opportunities throughout October.

Highlights include:

  • Trick-or-treat activities every Friday and Saturday in October
  • Halloween-decorated retail stores
  • Frightly Photo Booth with digital keepsakes
  • Family-friendly festive atmosphere throughout the lifestyle destination

In the evenings, WEAVE also transforms into an entertainment hub with live music, games and themed food and drinks for older visitors.

For Older Kids and Teens: Halloween Horror Nights 14

Families with older teens looking for an adrenaline rush can experience Halloween Horror Nights 14, running on selected nights from 25 September to 1 November 2026. This year’s event features four haunted houses, immersive scare zones, roaming scare actors and live entertainment inspired by Singapore urban legends and Asian folklore.

Do note that the experience is not recommended for children under 13 years old due to its intense scares.
