This year, the PSLE Marking Days are from 19 Oct to 22 Oct 2020. That’s four days (six if you count the weekend!) of potential for something fun and memorable! Give your little ones (and yourself) a respite from all that studying with these activities!

Island Wanderer has combined escape room-style puzzles with amazing race-style use of iconic landmarks around Singapore to produce adventurous trails known as the Escape Adventure Trails.
How it works is that first, you choose your trail of choice – Tradesmen, Promenade, Hidden Gem, etc. – and you will be given a mission to solve. A chatbot will then give you clues, guiding you from landmark to landmark. You will get to solve tricky puzzles as well as explore the city and uncover her stories!

SAFRA Punggol Halloween Myths Come to Life presents a different Halloween experience with an array of virtual fun-packed activities on SAFRA Punggol’s Facebook page, including an online mystery that’s waiting for you to solve!
5 lucky brilliant detectives that can solve the mystery will stand a chance to win Splash@Kidz Amaze Play voucher (entry for 2 adults & 2 children) and a $30 Jack's Place voucher at SAFRA Punggol! Open to SAFRA members only. Keep an eye out on their Facebook page for clues.

3. National Gallery Singapore | Kid-friendly Interactive Kinetic Zones

The Keppel Centre for Art Education at the National Gallery Singapore has re-opened its doors and though some exhibits remain temporarily suspended, they have recently launched a new exhibit, the Art Playscape.
The exhibit features a series of interactive kinetic zones through which little ones will get to learn about gestures and movement. If you would like to go exploring with your kids, be sure to get your tickets or register your visit, if you’re a local resident, online before your trip to the Gallery.

4. Jurong Bird Park | Free Entry to Singapore Zoo, Bird Park & River Safari for Kids

The Jurong Bird Park has recently unveiled its new aviary, which houses the park’s pioneer generation of birds that have retired from the Kings of the Skies show. The newest exhibit is home to eight birds of prey across six species including eagles, owls and vultures. Now is not only the best time to visit these former stars at the Bird Park but also the best time to visit our wildlife friends over at the Singapore Zoo and River Safari! From now until 31 Oct 2020, kids from 3 to 12 years get to enter Jurong Bird Park, Singapore Zoo and River Safari for free with every paying adult! 5. Changi Jurassic Mile | A Long Stretch of Life-sized Dinosaur Displays

If the viral images of hulking dinosaur structures at Changi had previously gotten you excited, you might be even more excited to learn that the display of pre-historic creatures is now open to the public!
Located along the Changi Airport Connector, the Changi Jurassic Mile is a 1 km experiential trail featuring more than 20 life-sized dinosaurs. The imposing display does not require any additional fee for viewing but a prior-booking is required. You can place your bookings online or via the iChangi app.
6. Kaboodle Indoor Playground | 50% Off Kids Entry Fee

SINGAPO人: Discovering Chinese Singaporean Culture is a permanent exhibition at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) exploring the distinctive Chinese Singaporean culture through food, language and customs.
You can also explore SCCC’s newest series of sketches from home featuring the encounters of Little Otter and his friends around Singapore. Created by popular local illustrator JangandFox, the series is based on ten key family values such as filial piety, kindness, love, and courtesy, among others. Available in both English and Mandarin, the whimsical drawings make for both fun and illuminating read for both kids and adults alike.

Home to immersive exhibits that are a perfect marriage between art and technology, ArtScience Museum is currently offering a special promotion for local residents till 20 Nov 2020 when you purchase ‘Future World’ and ‘Planet or Plastic?’ combo exhibition tickets. Get an adult ticket at $22 (U.P. $27) and a concession ticket at $18 (U.P. $20).
Though you can get the tickets both on-site and online, it might be a better idea to pre-purchase your tickets online before your visit due to the reduced capacity and timed entry to exhibitions.
