The Green Capsule 

The Green Capsule is founded in 2014 by two green enthusiasts. Together, we want to bring our love for greening to a whole new level and aims to be one of first terrarium shops in Singapore to provide the option of full customisation.

Airplant Greenwall Workshop

Always wanted a greenwall with no fuzz and complicated engineering or piping, then this is the product for you. Introducing our 2nd greenwall project - Airplant Greenwall.

You can choose to hang it up, place it beside your workdesk or coffee table, or simply admire its beauty beside your bedside table or balcony. Learn the basics of these airplants and maintenance and create your own living art. 

4 different sizes to choose from:

  • Extra Small (13x18cm) @ $40
  • Small (16x21cm) @ $50
  • Medium (18x23cm) @ $65
  • Large (23x28cm) @ $95

Package includes 

  • Guidance from staff
  • Chosen wood frame (Extra small/small/medium/large)
  • Crafting materials
  • Assorted plants and preserved moss
  • 1 free figurine

Watering once or twice a week and place it in a bright area (indoor or office), avoid direct sunlight of more than 3hrs to prevent it from getting burnt. 

Newly-Implemented Health & Safety Measures

  • Workshop size is capped at 5 pax per session
  • All participants are required to complete Safe Entry check-in upon arrival
  • All participants must have their temperature taken and hands sanitized
  • All participants and studio staff are required to wear a mask at all times
  • Participants are seated at least 1 meter away from each other and are encouraged not to move around the studio unless absolutely necessary
  • All studio towels and aprons are washed with anti-bacterial soap after every session
  • All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every session

Listing Types

This refers to what is listed on You will see the listing type stated on the top of each listing. There are 3 listing types, eVouchers, Tickets and Promo Code. 


eVouchers allows you to enjoy exclusive promotions and deals with our partners. For these listings, you purchase the eVoucher on to enjoy the benefit with our partners. 

In general, there are 2 payments to be made, 

  1. to purchase the eVoucher with BYKidO.
  2. to pay for the merchant partner's offering directly with to the merchant. 

To use your eVoucher, simply follow the instructions in the listing or read below for more details. 


Tickets are direct purchase on for the listed service and/or product. You will pay to BYKidO, unless additional fees are payable to the partner, eg, delivery, material, etc, these will be stated within the listing.  

To use your Ticket, simply follow the instructions in the listing or read below for more details. 

Flash and Redeem / Promo Code

Promo Code listings will require you to either show the listing to the partner or to use the promo code with the partner. For certain listings, you will be redirected to our partner's page to complete your purchase directly with them.

Redemption Mechanics

This refers to how you use your purchase eVoucher, ticket or promo code listing. Specific instructions are provided within the redemption instructions within the listing description. 

The redemption mechanics will be stated in the confirmation email sent to you on any purchase made. 

Email Redemption 

An email with a Redemption No. will be sent to your registered email address. You will contact and book directly with the merchant (unless otherwise stated in the individual listing), using the Redemption No. as an identifier. 

Specific instructions will be provided in the redemption instructions within the listing description. 

eWallet Redemption

The purchase has been added to your eWallet, and the eWallet link will be sent to you via email and SMS. Simply show your eWallet at the partner's venue, and our partner will enter their unique PIN. You may retrieve your eWallet here

If you do not receive the email or SMS, please go to your eWallet and update your personal information. Phone no. should be in the format +65 XXXX XXXX.

Direct Redemption

There's is no further action required on your end (unless otherwise stated in the redemption instructions). The partner will fulfill your redemption accordingly and their contact details are provided in the listing, in case you need to contact them.

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet received or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been received or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
