2. Visit PCF Sparkletots’ Future Ready Fair for Free Interactive Workshops and More

4. Trick or Thrills at Universal Studios Singapore

From 6 Sep to 5 Nov 2023, families who visit Universal Studios Singapore will be rewarded with spooktastic fun at the Universal Studios Singapore Trick or Thrills! Families can expect meet and greets with popular characters including Illumination’s Minion Monsters, Sesame Street friends, as well as the return of the Universal Monsters and Scorpion King, while a notorious crew of candy thieves will get guests grooving along to a new live dance and percussion show! 

Throughout the park, fan-favourite characters decked out in their Halloween best will be available tomeet and interact with guests. Come catch the Minion Monsters and Gru’s girls from Illumination's Despicable Me, Oscar the Grouch, Count von Count and Cookie Monster from Sesame Street; as well as Autobots Bumblebee and Megatron from Transformers, with new Halloween greetings for Bumblebee.

This will also mark the return of the Universal Monsters – Dracula, Frankenstein and the Bride of Frankenstein – as well as the Scorpion King in all his might. Not to be missed is a new meet and greet with The Sorceress, whose enchanting beauty and power draws guests under her spell.

6. Contribute and Have Fun at the Match For Life Carnival

The annual flagship event for the Bone Marrow Donor Programme (BMDP), Match For Life (MFL) will consist of a series of community awareness events happening from 2 - 29 Oct 2023!

The main event will be a carnival happening on 14 & 15 Oct 2023 at Kampung Admiralty! The Kampung Admiralty Carnival will feature interactive roadshow exhibits and fringe activities such as a bouncy castle and numerous other carnival games as well as for the public to learn more about the bone marrow donation process! 

Head down, have fun and learn more about the bone marrow donation process. If you feel like it is something you like to do, you may also register as a bone marrow donor too! 

7. Explore the New Interactive LKY:The Experience

Delve into the life of Lee Kuan Yew at LKY: THE EXPERIENCE, an immersive experience that re-creates his memories, milestones and motivations in a novel journey through time.

Spanning over 17,000 square-feet and centrally located at 11 Prinsep Link in a three-storey building, LKY: THE EXPERIENCE features three zones reimagining iconic chapters and moments of his life. This transportive experience tells a compelling story with interactive installations, multimedia displays and hands-on activities to initiate a meaningful and entertaining experience that celebrates his extraordinary life and work. Travel through time and rainbow slides, and encounter a novel retelling of an icon’s story - beyond his political career.

We managed to visit and would highly recommend it as a fun learning experience for young ones too! 

8. Take Part in Japanese-themed Activities at the Japan Rail Fair

10. Take Part in the Free FunLearn Fiesta

13. Enjoy a Free Concert at Fort Canning Park

Harmony in the Gardens” will feature a performance by Singapore’s home grown singer, actor and host Joanna Dong. Joanna is a ubiquitous figure on local screens and stages and has performed at national events such as the National Day Parade, the F1 Singapore Grand Prix, and the Singapore International Festival of Arts.

Put on your dancing shoes as the concert will also feature Gravity, a mix of international and local musicians. Over the years, the artists of Gravity band have collaborated, shared the stage or opened for world-famous acts like Guns and Roses, Black Eyed Peas, Westlife, Metallica, and Ozzy Osbourne just to name a few. Be ready to party with hits starting from today’s Top Billboard songs all the way back to some fun retro tunes.

Concert goers can expect an evening of live music, refreshments, and fringe activities such as themed photo booths and props, bubble art, balloon sculptors and giant games for all ages.

Bosch Singapore will also be handing over donations of a recent fundraising walkathon to Club Rainbow Singapore, to support and empower children with chronic illness through its Care For Life campaign. All the funds raised will be channeled back to Club Rainbow to support a wide variety of programs and services and vocational activities involving art and music.
