At Town Restaurant, the beloved Easter Brunch returns with seasonal enhancements and exclusive access to the Easter Carnival at the East Garden of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore.

Italian Easter Buffet Brunch at Pete's Place

At Pete’s Place, the Italian Easter buffet brunch on 4 and 5 April is built around the tradition of a Pasqua table, and it’s set up as a full family afternoon, where children can enjoy face painting and balloon sculpting while parents enjoy the spread at their own pace. Lamb has been the centrepiece of the Italian Easter table for generations, and guests can enjoy Cosciotto di Agnello (oven-roasted lamb leg with mint sauce) alongside Pizza Asparagi, made with mozzarella, robbiola cheese, speck ham, and white asparagus, which is another quintessential element of Pasqua feasts, symbolising renewal and the arrival of spring. 

The spread also includes a three-mozzarella Caprese Corner with Filiata burrata, smoked Treccia Affumicata and Zizzona Bufala; Maialino Al Forno (oven-roasted suckling pig rack); Lasagna Al Salmone (baked lasagna with smoked salmon, mascarpone cheese, and green peas); and a charcuterie board of Italian artisan cold cuts. This April, Gilmore & Damian D’Silva commemorates Easter the Eurasian way with a line-up of four special a la carte dishes. Inspired by the Easter spread Gilmore used to prepare for the family, Chef Damian D’Silva has chosen to spotlight these dishes as a heartfelt tribute to his Grandad. Diners will be able to enjoy the four dishes between 4 to 12 April 2026 — available for dinner on weekdays and both lunch and dinner on weekends.
