Here's our weekly list of family fun to-dos to help you create lots of fun times with the kids! The June school holiday kicks off this week and here's a peek into what you can expect - from a massive carnival and fun at Downtown East to the annual Children's Season and Children's Festival, there is just so much to start planning to do! So read on and get ready to head out for more family fun!

1. Hop onboard a Real-Life Tayo the Little Bus
Venue: Choose from 2 pick-up points

This June school holidays, the popular indoor playground, Tayo Station, is bringing Tayo the Little Bus to life! Here's your chance to climb aboard a real-life Tayo bus and have a little adventure!
Families can expect a fun-filled trip between Tampines MRT and Tayo Station at Downtown East. There will be sing-alongs of catchy Tayo songs, and educational activities with show characters, Hana/Rookie, where children can learn about the neighbourhood through interactive activity sheets!
That's not all! Little ones will also bring home a commemorative Tayo Lanyard as a cherished keepsake for this unique experience!

2. Explore and Learn at Marine Marvels at Downtown East

As the mid-year school holidays approach, Downtown East, is proud to present Marine Marvels, an exciting celebration of ocean conservation and adventure. The mega attraction combines fun and educational elements in not one but four highly engaging zones from 24 May to 28 July 2024.
Be swept away by Singapore’s longest marine-inspired inflatable obstacle course at Wild Wild Wet. It’s custom built to emulate the ocean’s obstacles and challenges, navigated by sea creatures. Unleash your inner explorer and test your agility and endurance, traversing the record-breaking 85m inflatable course.
Head over to the Open-Air Carpark to experience Glow Coast Carnival filled with dazzling photo spots filled with neon signboards and exciting family rides with old school carnival game booths.
There will also be interactive light, soundscape and digital panels – and a spectacular life-sized digital tank built around the sustainability and marine conservation theme at the Event Square.
You can also take part in the milk-bottle feeding of kois at the Wild Wild Wet entrance, a unique experience with nature.
3. Go Museum Hopping this Children's Season 2024

Are you ready to embark on a journey of discovery at the various museums in Singapore? Jointly presented by Children’s Museum Singapore and the Museum Roundtable, head out to the museums for this year's edition of Children's Season 2024.
This June school holidays, join in for some museum hopping fun as a family! Pick up a copy of the Children’s Season 2024 Stamp Booklet at any of the participating museums and collect uniquely stamp chop prints as you participate in a simple activity at each museum.
The annual programme will be offering programmes and activities across different museums that involve different cultural and educational experiences for families to enjoy together and to learn more about Singapore's Heritage.
4. Children’s Festival Featuring Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2
Venue: SuperTree Grove
Dates: 25 May - 22 Jun 2024

Gardens by the Bay’s signature Children’s Festival returns for its 10th edition during the June school holidays, this time featuring Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2!
The Supertree Grove will be the only place in Southeast Asia where families can enjoy an Inside Out 2-themed outdoor carnival with large-scale installations, and most of the activities are free. Interactive installations featuring the characters from Inside Out 2 – the core Emotions Joy, Anger, Sadness, Fear and Disgust, alongside new arrivals Emotions such as Anxiety, Envy, Ennui and Embarrassment – help kids get acquainted with their emotions and feelings through play.
This year’s Children’s Festival is held in conjunction with the Ministry of Social and Family Development’s month-long National Family Festival. Led by the Families for Life Council and its partners across the people, public and private sectors to celebrate families and to encourage everyone to prioritise family time.
5. Suntec City’s Mega Mission with Illumination’s Despicable Me 4

Inspired by the theatrical release of Despicable Me 4 in cinemas on 4 July, fans of all ages will have the chance to dive into an action-packed adventure at the Anti-Villain League (AVL) Academy to earn their coveted certification as agents of the Anti-Villain League!
Prepare for an adventure like no other as the Despicable Me 4-themed activation opens its doors to the public! Event-goers can capture epic moments with the Minions, ensuring plenty of larger than life photo opportunities.
There will also be three exciting training zones exclusive to Suntec+ App members! Register your little ones aged 3 to 12 years old for an adventure to complete missions and attain their AVL badges, along with the chance to bring home exclusive gifts. Participants will put their physical and mental skills to the test, challenging obstacles inspired by the Minions’ well-loved mayhem - from Fart Blasters to dodging laser tripwires and inflatable obstacles!
Across the weekends between 25 May to 23 June at 1pm, 4pm, and 7pm (except for 22 June, with only 4pm and 7pm time slots), get your cameras ready to welcome beloved Minion characters in their AVL suits at the Atrium, Tower 1 and 2!
