1. Have An Active Fun-filled Family Day @ FunFam SportFest 2022

Head down to FunFam SportFest 2022, a one-day only sports carnival happening on 17 Dec 2022 where families will get to take part in parent-child programmes, experience the free sports tryouts, and have fun at the various activities happening!
Happening from 8.30 am to 6 pm, there will be lots of fun and exciting activities happening including free sports tryouts organised by ActiveSG Academies and Clubs, covering sports such as football, floorball, canoeing and more! That's not all - parents may choose to join the parent-child programmes where you will bond and create sporting moments with your child and receiving freebies for participating too!

Internationally acclaimed Papermoon Puppet Theatre collaborates with artists and designers from Singapore to perform Stream of Memory, an ecological tale of remembrance and reconnection at the Singtel Waterfront Theatre, Esplanade.
Created in response to the disappearing rivers consumed by urbanisation and modern life, this lyrical non-verbal production promises to rekindle our memories of nature and deepen our connections with each other.
The performance uses puppetry, dance and music to bring families on an enchanting journey with Sang and Jun. Families can choose to enjoy the experience through standard theatre seating on chairs or through a more intimate performance with floor seating.

Located at the site of the former Sin Seng Quarry along Rifle Range Road, Rifle Range Nature Park opens on 12 Nov 2022 offering a freshwater wetland converted from the Sin Seng Quarry, a cliff-top viewing deck at the top of the quarry and over 7km of trails and boardwalks with varying difficulties.
The 66-ha nature park serves as a direct buffer to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, and offers a cliff-top viewing gallery, play and learn elements, and over 7km of trails and boardwalks for families to discover.
11. Meet The Night Safari's First Tasmanian Devils

In a Singapore first, Night Safari has welcomed four Tasmanian Devils, one of Australia’s most iconic predators. The four females – Crumpet, Snickers, Jesse and Panini – are all around three years old and have made the Wallaby Trail their new home.
Located at the end of Night Safari’s Wallaby Trail, the Devil's new home consists of two climate-controlled indoor exhibits, two expansive outdoor habitats for the animals to roam and explore, as well as back-of-house facilities consisting of indoor dens and outdoor yards, giving the nocturnal animals ample space to rest in the day. The outdoor exhibits feature rockwork, water features and Australian trees such as Eucalyptus and shrubs like the Red Flowered Silky Oak to simulate the Devils’ wild dry shrubland habitat.
12. Bring Your Pets And Kids To The New Jurong Play Grounds

28. Discover A Showcase of 4,000 Creative Artworks at ION Art Gallery

From 3 to 11 December 2022, visitors to ION Art gallery will be greeted by a massive number of creative entries that make up the eighth iteration of Pameran Poskad. In addition to 4,000 postcard-sized artworks, Pameran Poskad 2022 will also showcase by-exhibition Small Works by new and established artists.
On 3 and 6 December 2022 from 4.30pm to 6pm, visitors can participate in a Plasticine Painting Workshop by Cheryl Lam, where they will be given a mess-free opportunity to learn how to mix and match colours to create their own postcard-sized artwork on plasticine. A registration fee of $25 includes materials for the workshop.
Rainbow Artisan will also be conducting Eco-Casting Workshops on 4 December 2022 from 10am to 6pm, with sessions scheduled hourly. Suitable for ages six and above, participants will create their own key-chain charms or phone holders using Jesmonite, with a registration fee of $10 and $25 respectively. Join the PlayScape x Build Your Own 3D Model Workshop at Science Centre Singapore to just that! The next workshop is happening on 17 Dec 2022, and you can come to design your own 3D models, and also be introduced to the ‘MakerBot’ 3D printer.
