Festive Specials
The culinary team has curated a line-up of specials for the festivities and for Bedrock Origin to showcase the finest seafood in addition to succulent signature steaks.
The star of this year’s epicurean festivity is the sumptuous Surf & Turf Platter ($338++ for 2 to 3 persons), available from 1 December 2022 to 31 January 2023 for dine-in over lunch and dinner with a one-day advanced order.
The glorious sharing platter features 72-hour Slow-Cooked Black Angus Short Ribs, Australian Rock Lobster Thermidor, Italian pork sausages, Char-grilled
Baby Gems, and house-made Cornbread, served with pickles and three curated sauces.
Pair the various highlights of this platter with crunchy house-made pickles and three flavoursome house-made sauces – Garlic Chive Pesto, Tomato Salsa, and a classic Béarnaise.

Touted as Singapore’s largest Bombe Alaska, the Dynamite Bombe Alaska is a showstopping fiery spectacle, perfect for a great festive sharing. Whip out your cameras and be prepared as the kids scream in delight as your host pours the flaming rum over this dessert.
This brilliant masterpiece is available in three sizes to serve 4 to 6 persons ($89++), 8 to 10 persons ($139++), and 12 to 16 persons ($199++) which stands at 40cm (L) x 15cm (B) x 12cm (H).
Be mesmerised by the enticing Nutty Chocolate Crumble Cake in a Box ($36++, 5-inch) that serves 2 to 3 persons. Presented in a limited-edition box stamped with the Bedrock logo, this moist and dense cake with chocolate chips, pecans, and walnuts is topped off with crunchy chocolate crumbs. It is truly every chocolate and nut lover’s dream.
Both desserts will be available from 1 December 2022 for lunch and dinner. The Dynamite Bombe Alaska requires a three-day advanced order for dine-in only, and the Nutty Chocolate Crumble Cake in a Box requires a one-day advanced order for both dine-in and takeaway.
Exquisite Seafood and Extensive Cocktails
In addition to decadent meats, deck the table with an alluring seafood selection exclusive to Bedrock Origin. Grilled to perfection, cured, or served raw in its purest form, these seafood creations highlight the best bounty from the sea.
Expertly prepared by dry-aging in-house and grilling over applewood, whole fish like the Turbot (2-3kg), Kühlbarra Barramundi (3.5-4kg), and Grouper (1.2-1.3kg) are great options for large get- togethers and a spectacular sight to behold when presented at the table.
Before being kissed by fire over the grill, the Whole Turbot is dry-aged for three days, while the sustainable, locally farmed Kühlbarra Barramundi is aged for seven days to enhance flavour, texture, and consistency. Both are available at market price with a three to seven-day advanced order.
The exceptional Grilled Whole Aged Grouper ($130++) is aged for three to five days, grilled over fire, and accompanied by an herbaceous garlic dill butter to bring out its subtle sweetness.
Round off the gastronomic experience with a concoction or two from the collection of 14 cocktails. Take a pick from the classics (from $15++ per glass) like the Bedrock Whiskey Sour, Cadillac Margarita, Moscow Mule and Vesper, or the Woodford whisky-based renditions (from $15++ per glass) such as the Bedrock Highball, Boulevardier, Double Oaked Old Fashioned and WF Smash.
