For those seeking a refined tea-time experience, venture to L’Espresso for an extravagent afternoon tea buffet. Alternatively, embrace the warmth of tradition at Coffee Lounge with a tempting array of Taiwan Porridge specialities, complemented by new and exclusive durian treats which the hotel is renowned for. Gordon Grill, the Hotel’s premier fine dining establishment will be the venue for a sophisticated Easter-themed five-course set menu.

4. Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet at Estate

 

On Easter Sunday, 31 March 2024, Estate presents an extravaganza of fun-filled activities and a gourmet buffet spread inspired by the joyous occasion. Diners can begin their delectable brunch experience with the ocean’s freshest treasures at the Seafood Bar, which serves items such as Maine Lobster, Snow Crab, and Alaskan Crab Legs. Diners can also enjoy freshly shucked oysters at the Live Oyster Bar, which features the crème de la crème Fine de Claire Oysters and other USA and Irish varieties.

Cheese aficionados will be especially delighted by Estate’s exquisite selection of 32 artisanal cheeses, complemented by nine distinct types of honey that include unique options such as Royal Jelly, Rosemary, and Orange Blossom. But that’s not all – a dazzling Raclette Station is available alongside an extensive cold mezza and salad bar. Various smoked and cured meats at the Charcuterie Station will also be available to complete perfect pairings.

As part of the festivities, diners can look forward to special entrées that include the Easter Scotch Egg with truffle hollandaise sauce and chives; Pan-Seared Foie Gras with cherry confit and port wine glaze; and Wagyu Beef Top Side, an old-fashioned beef bourguignon with puff pastry accompanied with pork bacon.

Enticing desserts await as a sweet send-off to the Easter brunch, with the highlights being freshly made-to-order Crispy Mochi Waffles and five gelato and sorbet options at the Ice-Cream Station, bringing joy to guests of all ages.

Amidst the feasting and free flow bubblies, young diners will also be specially catered to with an array of familiar favourites including Mac and Cheese, Breaded Cheese Sticks, and Teriyaki Chicken with Broccoli. A slew of exciting activities is also part of the line-up to entertain both the young and young at heart: performances by a roving magician, balloon sculpting, Easter egg colouring, and an Easter egg hunt.

5. Nikkei-inspired Afternoon Tea and Easter Goodies at Ginger.Lily

At Ginger.Lily, a botanical-inspired bar and lounge nestled in the heart of Hilton Singapore Orchard, guests can indulge in the Easter celebrations over a unique  four-part afternoon tea journey of savoury, sweet, thirst, and take-me-home. The Nikkei-inspired Afternoon Tea has been a popular favourite and comprises a harmonious synthesis of Peruvian and Japanese savouries and sweets alongside a specially curated tea selection.

In the week leading up to Easter, guests can also purchase from Ginger.Lily’s Easter Goodies selection which showcases traditional items such as the Hot Cross Bun and unique offerings such as the Hot Cross Bun Cake. Other menu items include the Salted Caramel Carrot Cake, Easter Icing Cookies and the charming Happy Easter Lolli.

Those with a sweet tooth can opt to pair Ginger.Lily’s Easter Goodies with a tropical-flavoured cocktail concocted by Head Mixologist Michael Mendoza, the Hide and Seek. Offering a multi-sensory journey, Mendoza elevates the drink’s flavour profile by using colour-enhancing sunglasses to create a distinctive experience for each guest.

6. Four Course Easter Dinner at Osteria Mozza Singapore

Families seeking a hearty gathering during the Easter season can head to Californian-Italian Osteria Mozza Singapore, which will be serving a robust four-course dinner menu that is available from 25 to 31 March 2024. Featuring the season’s finest ingredients, diners will kick-off their dining experience with the Spring Minestrone Verde and Fregola or Roasted Asparagus for antipasti. The primi will follow, with the diner’s choice of the Farfalle with fresh tomato, burrata, basil and olive oil, or the Spaghetti with spring vegetables, garlic and parmesan cream.

Choose between a magnificent Spiced Spring Lamb with fresh herbs and yoghurt and a Braised Chicken Leg with grapes and fennel for the secondi. Easter celebrations at Osteria Mozza are incomplete without a refreshing dessert to conclude the meal – the Melon Sorbetto with crème fraiche, seasonal fruits, honey, and Sicilian pistachios.

Available at all Din Tai Fung restaurants islandwide for in-store (dine-in & takeaway) and Delivery, the Easter-themed Cocoa Wafer Bun is a limited time item that will be available until 30 Apr 2024 at $3.50++ for 1 piece or $9.90++ for 3 pieces.

8. One-Day-Only Easter Brunch

For one day only on 31 March 2024, Little Farms is opening up its doors to families big and small to its Easter Brunch set priced at $88++ per person. Dig into a selection of roasts galore, paired with soups, salads, sides and sweets that will fill you to your heart’s content. Lengthen on the indulgence with free-flow booze for 2 hours - choose from prosecco and wine for an additional $48++ per pax, or Haton Champagne and wine for an additional $78++ per pax. What’s more, one child eats for free with every paying adult.

The Easter Brunch is available in two seatings, 11am to 1pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm, and is offered at all Little Farms outlets at Katong Point, Serangoon Garden, Valley Point and Holland Village.
