Zafferano celebrates the joy of Easter with a lavish feast as generous as a traditional Italian festive table. Indulge in sharing portions of appetisers and primi, while main courses and desserts are individually plated.
Each guest selects their choice of main course from three dishes that highlight treasures from land and sea. The charcoal grilled meats present tender Angus beef striploin with potato mousseline, broccoletti, and truffle jus, as well as a succulent herb-crusted lamb rack prepared with New Zealand spring lamb. A symbol of Easter, the lamb is served with crisp eggplant cannolo and toasted pine nuts.
