Bring Your Kid Out to the Singapore Civic District Outdoor Festival! The Civic District, which encompasses Empress Place and St. Andrew Rd., comes alive in a festival of Art, Light and Sound!
Celebrating the district's Arts and Cultural heritage, the facade of some of the most notable and historical buildings in the district will be highlighted during the 2 weeks festival!
There is simply so much to do - over 50 live performances, art exhibitions and programmes will be held on the 4 - 5 & 11 - 12 of August 2017. Needless to say, there must be something for the Little Ones too!

Hemera's Dream: A Multimedia Projection Tour
Experience the largest outdoor multimedia circuit: front facade of the National Gallery Singapore and Arts House, façade and interior of the Victoria Theatre and Victoria Concert Hall, as well as the annexe wing façade of Asian Civilisations Museum.

"Hemera's Dream" tells the story of Hemera and Aether (her brother), tasked to keep The Eternal City awake, what happens when they fell asleep and time stands still? Will The Eternal City be eternally asleep?
Your Little Ones will be thrilled to catch this whimsical and visually stunning surreal adventure! Shows start @ 8pm, 8.40pm, 9.20pm, 10pm and 10.40pm, and is broken down into several parts.

Picnic with the Bunnies
From 5pm till 11pm on both weekends, the Padang is turned into a giant picnic spot! Lay your mats, baskets and absorb the magnificent atmosphere happening all around you!

Bring a ball or even a bubble gun, and the kids will be entertained for hours! Or take part it the Bunny Games happening till 7.30pm!
That's not all! You will also be surrounded by enlarged animal sculptures too! Absolutely an instagrammable moment!

Various Live Performances awaits you across the Empress Lawn, National Gallery Singapore and Victoria Theatre & Victoria Concert Hall!
A DRAGON BEHIND THE DOOR & MORE!
Catch Mini and her father as they find their house overrun with spotted beetles! A performance with puppets, larger than life characters, music and surprises!
You and your child may also take part in craft activities to create your own dragon and puppet beetles!

PUPPETS & IMAGINE-NATIONS BY ARTSOLUTE | ACTIVITY
Join this puppet making workshop at the National Gallery Singapore. You will take part in the after performance too!
