1. Experience Peranakan Heritage at Katong Kultura 2025 at i12 Katong

Families can explore a Baba Mansion replica, admire Emerald Hill costume displays, try on Kebayas, enjoy workshops like tile painting and air-clay kueh crafting, and catch live performances and a singing competition. Highlights include a Peranakan Tea-Party (5 Jul), Meet & Greet with Mediacorp stars Sheila Sim & Chantalle Ng (12 Jul), and a cooking demo with Chilli Api (6 Jul).

2. Step into the Legend of King Arthur at Gardens by the Bay’s Rose Romance 2025

3. Roar, Stomp & Discover at BBC Earth’s Dinosaur Festival at Gardens by the Bay

Head to Gardens by the Bay’s Supertree Grove on one dino-mite evening for the BBC Earth Screening Festival!

Happening 5 July 2025, 5pm to 9pm, this FREE outdoor cinema event features the premiere of the reimagined Walking With Dinosaurs, plus a full lineup of family-friendly fringe activities — from a fossil excavation pit and dino egg painting, to live stage fun, free snacks, and photo ops with Bluey and Bingo!

4. Celebrate Racial & Religious Harmony at Harmony Fest!’25 at Singapore Sports Hub

Head to Singapore Sports Hub for Harmony Fest!’25, a fun-filled weekend marking 60 years of racial and religious harmony!

Join the inaugural Harmony Walk, enjoy multicultural performances, hands-on activities like batik-making, tea appreciation, storytelling, and ethnic eats like Laksa and Satay. Kids can explore interactive exhibits and earn stamps for a free goodie bag (while stocks last)!

5. Explore the Otter & Fishing Village Outdoor Playgrounds at Hougang Citrine 

Venue: Along Hougang Avenue 3 and Hougang Street 12 
Fee: Free Admission

Uncover a hidden gem in the heartlands! The Hougang Citrine outdoor playgrounds offer themed play zones inspired by otters and the area’s fishing village roots.

Young kids will love the adorable otter-themed play structure near Block 179A, complete with tube slides and sensory fun. Older kids can scale a tall climbing tower and zoom down a thrilling slide at the Fishing Village Playground by Block 179B. There’s even a rooftop play area at Block 180 with climbing panels for gentler fun.
