1. World of Pinkfong and Baby Shark's Playhouse Arrives at Marina Square

Venue: Let's Play @ Marina Square, Level 3 (near Starbucks)

The World of Pinkfong and Baby Shark's Playhouse is a sensational location-based experience based on the global phenomenon Pinkfong and Baby Shark and they are making its debut splash in Singapore at Let's Play @ Marina Square!

Get ready to sing, dance, and explore at Pinkfong, Baby Shark, and Friends. Immerse yourself in an ocean of excitement as you journey through interactive play zones, engaging activities and captivating displays inspired by the beloved Pinkfong and Baby Shark! Pinkfong and Baby Shark's Playhouse is happening at Let's Play at Marina Square Level 3 from 26 Jan to 31 Mar 2024 (closed on 9 and 10 Feb 2024). 

2. BeLONG's Art Playground - An Interactive Art Installation

Venue: Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre Rooftop
Dates: 18 Dec 2023 - 30 Apr 2024
Admission: Free

Inspired by Singapore’s iconic HDB dragon playgrounds, BeLONG’s Art Playground is an interactive rooftop art installation that celebrates the Year of the Dragon, thus the playful name BeLONG (龙).

Families will get to play amongst different dragons that were creatively included in the playground's design and artwork too! Families will be pleased to find various play elements including a slide, swings, monkey bars, merry-go-round and more. 

The play equipment are brightly coloured and beautifully designed. Not just for playtime, the installation doubles as a photo spot for those looking to capture their family's photo for the Year of the Dragon.

3. Plastic: Remaking Our World

Venue: National Museum of Singapore, Exhibition Gallery 1
Date: 27 Jan to 23 Jun 2024
Fee: Admission fees apply

Plastic: Remaking Our World is a travelling exhibition that charts the material’s meteoric rise in the 20th century, its environmental impact, and cutting-edge solutions for a more sustainable way of using plastics in our society.

Featuring over 300 objects, posters, films, and photographs, including rarities from the dawn of the plastic age, objects of the pop era as well as contemporary designs and projects, the exhibition also includes a local narrative of Singapore’s history with plastics, featuring a blend of physical and digital displays of National Collection items as well as an interactive space.

Families will also find an interactive space that tests your knowledge with the interactive info nuggets and Green Detective puzzles, and reflect on the pervasiveness of plastics in your own daily life.

4. A Special Latin American-themed Sentosa Festive Market

Venue: Sentosa, Palawan Beach Walk
Dates: 3 and 4 Feb 2024
Admission: Free 

No need to jet off to Latin America for the Carnival, simply head down to Sentosa on 3 and 4 Feb to take part in this special edition of the Sentosa Festive Market

Join the festivities at this special edition of Sentosa Festive Market, in support of the Latin American And Caribbean Festival At Sentosa. This event is not just a celebration of Latin American culture but a true global fusion supported by 10 embassies, various South American associations and Latin American owned local businesses.

5. Family Fridays at the ArtScience Museum

Venue: ArtScience Museum | 6 Bayfront Ave, Singapore 018974
Date: Friday
Admission: FREE for up to 4 kids

Did you know that up to 4 children below the age of 12 gets to enter the ArtScience Museum for free on Fridays, with every adult ticket purchased? This is not valid for school or public holidays but is still a really good deal! 

Use this promotions as an opportunity to bring the kids to the museum and to explore the exhibits happening too! The museum offers several child friendly exhibits and also regular family friendly activities and programmes too!
