This Chinese New Year, Sentosa Sensoryscape transforms into a legendary playground where ancient Chinese legend of the Eight Steeds of King Mu is featured with Disney’s most-loved icons. It is a rare cultural fusion designed specifically for families to explore together, blending heritage with the high-energy fun of a Disney celebration.

A Multi-Sensory Journey for the Young and Young at Heart

Gallop into Spring at Sentosa Sensoryscape offers more than just photo opportunities; it is an immersive experience that engages all the senses through seven distinct themed zones:

Bridge of Abundance (SS-RWS Linkbridge): Start your adventure at the Celestial Gateway, where Mickey and Minnie Mouse greet you from a dazzling Chinese New Year entrance arch. Bursting with festive colour, texture, and a touch of Disney, the arch invites guests into a joyful world!

Spring Gate (Glow Garden): Guests may also start their journey from the Glow Garden where Mickey and Minnie figures usher in a bold celebration of courage, joy, and imagination!

Flow of Fortune (Symphony Streams): Watch as the signature twelve-sided lantern takes on a renewed glow with sculpted natural motifs of a radiant peacock. By night, the vessel gleams like a precious gem beside the water, enhanced by layered light projections. Disney favourites Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, and Donald Duck join the scene with lanterns in hand, providing guests with the perfect photo opportunity!

Blessings of the Celestial Horses (Lookout Loop): Admire King Mu's Celestial Horses alongside Mickey-themed illuminated boards and zodiac animals. We expect the Chinese Zodiac board to be popular with visitors as they explore reflections for the year ahead through twelve zodiac predictions.

Interactive Play and Curious Discoveries

The event is designed to keep kids curious as they navigate the trail:

The Protector (Tactile Trellis): Standing 8-metres tall, the Celestial Guardian "Yanyang" (Radiant Sun) shines at the heart of festive blooms, accompanied by the towering 2.5-metre tall figures of Mickey and Minnie Mouse. Beyond the photo moment, families are invited to touch the trellis to feel textures that tell stories of resilience and renewal.

Riddle Walk Blessing (Scented Sphere): Set against a backdrop of a Flame Tree in crimson bloom, this zone offers a playful, scent-themed riddle trail. Hunt for the riddle shaped cards hanging around the sphere that hint at festive aromas like CNY treats and seasonal blossoms.

Island Wishes (Y-Junction): This is the perfect photo spot featuring a larger-than-life red packet accompanied by Mickey and Minnie. The area also features a poem by Dr. Liang Wern Fook, reflecting on an island shaped by sea, wind and time - a place where joy reveals itself in the quiet rhythm of island life.

Special Weekend & Evening Happenings

Beyond the trail, Sentosa has a full lineup of entertainment to keep the festive spirit high every weekend:

Family Entertainment: Catch live shows from 6:30pm to 7:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays at the Lookout Loop.
Live Performances: Enjoy tunes at the Glow Garden from 6:45pm to 9:00pm every Friday and Saturday.
Movies by the Beach: Wind down with a free film screening at 7:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays at the Palawan Kidz City Roof Garden.
Kpop Random Play Dance: For families with teens, don't miss the Kpop dance sessions from 8:30pm to 10:30pm on the third Saturday of the month at the Glow Garden.

Lions on Poles: Experience a thrilling 30-minute showcase (including a 20-minute photo session) at 5:00pm and 6:30pm at the Beach Station Roundabout.
Ambience Walkabout Characters: Keep an eye out for roving CNY festive characters across various zones from 11:00am to 7:00pm, including stops at Lookout Loop, Scented Sphere, and Symphony Streams.

While the trail is open all day, aim to arrive around 5:00pm. This allows you to catch the roving characters or the Lion Dance (on 17/18 Feb) and explore the tactile and scent zones in daylight. Stay for the transformation at 6:45pm when the lights and projections turn on, turning the entire trail into a glowing "Glow Garden" experience.
