1. Discover Family Fun and Interactive Art Adventures at Gallery Children’s Biennale 2025

The Gallery Children’s Biennale 2025 returns to National Gallery Singapore from 25 May 2025 to 1 March 2026 with the theme “Tomorrow We’ll Be…”, featuring eight larger-than-life, baby-friendly interactive art installations that celebrate joy, kindness, love, and dreams.
Families can explore vibrant spaces like Colourful Play by Fern Wong, a sensory-rich playground of textures and sounds; Dance Dance Chromatics, where movement sparks bursts of colour; and Kindness Garden, a calming floral installation designed to support neurodivergent children. Other highlights include nostalgic fun at Home Is Where the Heart Is and imaginative creature-building in the Imaginary Peach Garden.
Beyond the artworks, enjoy a variety of free and ticketed programmes like storytelling sessions (Tiny Tales), toddler workshops (Gallery Toddlers!), and the Children’s Carnival on 1 November 2025. Little ones can also join the Little Explorer’s Trail during Children’s Season and collect stamps across the Civic District. 2. Celebrate Miffy’s Beach Birthday Bash at Changi Airport This June Holidays!

Changi Airport is throwing a sun-soaked celebration with Miffy’s Beach Birthday Party this June — perfect for families looking for holiday fun!
Bounce into action at the Miffy Beach Party Bounce, an inflatable playground featuring a giant sandcastle slide, ball pit, and beach-themed rides (from $15/pass or free with min. spend). Snap adorable pics at themed photo spots across Terminals 2 & 3, including a 5.5-metre-tall birthday cake, beach houses, and interactive games. 3. Step Into a Magical Light Festival at i Light Singapore 2025
Venue: Marina Bay, Singapore River, Raffles Place & South Beach

Time: 7.30pm to 11pm, Daily (extended till 12am on Fri & Sat)
Fee: Free & Paid
Celebrate SG60 with a magical night out at i Light Singapore 2025, running from 29 May to 21 June 2025 across Marina Bay and new satellite sites like Singapore River and South Beach.
This year’s theme, To Gather, invites families to explore 17 captivating light art installations, hands-on workshops, and engaging performances. Kids will love interactive highlights like Take a walk through the meadow with me—a glowing field of flowers that respond to movement—and Piano Walk, where every step plays music on a giant keyboard. Don’t miss the chance to upcycle festival materials into DIY charms at Design your own meadow memory, or to catch thought-provoking works like Urban Oracle and Reverse Waterfall.
Over at GastroBeats, enjoy vibrant eats, music, and eco-themed fun for all ages. Admission is free, and the festival runs from 7.30pm to 11.00pm daily, with extended hours till midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. For more information, check out our write-up here.
4. Explore ACM & ME at Asian Civilisations Museum – A New Free Gallery for Families!
Venue: Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM), Contemporary Gallery

Fee: Free admission for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents
The newly opened ACM & ME at the Asian Civilisations Museum is a free, family-friendly gallery where kids can explore culture and identity through hands-on play, artmaking, and storytelling.
Designed by local collective Arterly Obsessed, the space features three interactive zones—Who am I?, What’s my story?, and What can I create?—with activities, such as designing self-portraits, bringing imaginative animals to life with colourful acrylic pieces and overhead projectors, exploring movement through light and shadow, and building with oversized soft blocks. Thoughtfully created with input from the Singapore Association for Mental Health, the space also includes reflection prompts, a Calm Corner, and a community weaving wall to support emotional wellbeing and meaningful family bonding.

5. Join the Around The World Adventures at Rochester Mall
Venue: Rochester Mall
Date: 31 May 2025
Time: 12pm to 5pm
Fee: Free Admission
On 31 May 2025, from 12pm to 5pm, Rochester Mall invites families to Around The World Adventures — a free, one-day cultural event perfect for the June school holidays.
Kids can embark on a mall-wide Travel Explorer Quest, collecting stamps by completing fun activities at themed country stations such as F1 racing in the UK, kimono dress-up in Japan, DIY Hawaiian lei crafting, clay macaron making from France, and hawker-themed games celebrating Singapore’s food culture. Other stops include South Africa, China, and Cuba. Collect stamps from five stations to personalise a luggage tag with iron-on patches, or complete all stations to earn a $10 UE Malls voucher (while stocks last). Limited to 400 game passports, so arrive early!
