Halloween celebrations in Singapore this year has taken a different form with an assortment of on-site and online activities and events. ACM After Dark 2020 has also gone online so that you can continue to celebrate the spooky festival with your kids without leaving the comforts of your home!Â
Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) will be launching on 31 Oct 2020 a line-up of Halloween-themed activities, from video tutorials to ancient stories. It will be available on their website, Facebook and Instagram page.Â
Here’s a look at some of the spooky-fun awaiting you!Â
1. Digital Escape Game

ACM’s hybrid Digital Escape Game is here to get your adrenaline pumping and the gears in your head turning! You’ve got to explore the galleries on-site at the museum to complete the online trail! If you’re up for the challenge, the game is available on the ACM’s website from 31 Oct 2020.Â
2. Spook-O-Bento

Spook-O-Bento by D’Open Kitchen is a light-hearted, virtual bento-making workshop inspired by things that go bump in the night. Forget about the days when you were told not to play with food, now, you can whet your little ones’ and your appetite at meal-time with spooky characters!

4. A Tour for The Curious

As the name suggests, here’s a tour for you curious cats and kittens! Interact with ACM docents virtually from home as they share intriguing stories about objects in the museum’s collection. Although the tour is free, do note that you will have to put down a $5 refundable fee when you register. Registration closes on 30 Oct 2020 at 6 pm.Â
5. Sang Rajuna Tapa: The Fall of Bukit Larangan
