Din Tai Fung’s classic Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng 发财鱼生 ($48.80, serves 4 - 6) comprises carefully selected ingredients. Flavourful Norwegian smoked salmon is served alongside colourful, and refreshing ribbons of carrots, and green and white radish. Ingredients also includes specially toasted, aromatic white sesame seeds and fragrant roasted peanuts. This celebratory classic is drizzled with a swirl of Din Tai Fung’s in-house signature auspicious plum dressing that is delicately balanced with just the right perfect amount of sweetness; and topped with a serving of Crispy Yam Strips for an added crunch!
Up your Yu Sheng game this year with appetising ‘top-ups’ like the all-time favourite Fried Salmon Skin 炸鱼皮 (S$4.80 per serving), additional Sliced Smoked Salmon 熏三文鱼片 (6pcs, S$9.80 per serving) and additional Crispy Yam Strips 酥脆芋头丝 (S$3.80 per serving).
Alternatively, Din Tai Fung’s Prosperity Vegetarian Yu Sheng 富贵素鱼生 ($39.80, serves 4 - 6) offers all the fortune, just without the fish!
