Extend a warm welcome this holiday season to Tons Of Crumbs (@tonsofcrumbs) who will be gracing Baker X with delightful treats. Tons Of Crumbs emerged during the 2020 pandemic, starting with a humble repertoire of Chocolate Brownies and Banana Crumbles. Gladys Koh, the baker of Tons Of Crumbs has since expanded the menu to encompass an assortment of cookies and cakes, each creation handcrafted meticulously to ensure a moment of pure, sweet satisfaction for every customer. Guided by a baking philosophy rooted in offering delightful and affordable treats, she is also committed to using quality ingredients that enrich flavours and textures, while catering to customers' cravings.
About Baker X
Launched in December 2021 by Far East Organization, Baker X aims to support home-based bakers by providing them with an opportunity to have first-hand experience running a brick-and-mortar storefront and interacting with customers face-to-face with a fully fitted baking studio and a 20-seater café. Patrons can dine in or takeaway the baked goods at the café on Level 4 of Orchard Central (opposite Genki Sushi). The café is operated in tandem with social enterprise, Tea Ideas. There will be a line-up of bakers throughout the year, and each baker will be in residence for between 2 to 6 weeks.
Signature Cakes
During Tons Of Crumbs’ residency, look forward to signatures such as Banana Crumble ($4) and Lemon Cake ($4). The former is a moist banana cake crowned with a generous layer of crumble while the latter features a lemon-infused cake, topped with a layer of glaze, garnished with rose petals and crunchy pistachio bits.
Brownies
Also not to be missed are her rich Brownies ($4.50), presented in flavours such as in Speculoos and Hazelnut. Also available at Baker X for dine-in only is their Brownie ala Mode ($6.50) – a lovely pairing of her specialty brownie with a scoop of smooth ice cream.
Cookies
Munch on bite-sized Cookies ($4.50) with a selection comprising Speculoos Smores, Chocolate Strawberry, and Earl Grey Tea. The Earl Grey Cookies ($11 per bottle) marry buttery goodness with Earl Grey, reminiscent of sipping Earl Grey milk tea with every bite.

Exclusively at Baker X, Tons Of Crumbs spreads festive joy with a collection of special festive bakes. The Triple Chocolate Cookie ($4.50) features a lovely amalgamation of white chocolate, dark chocolate, and a chocolate cookie base, adorned with a festive white chocolate piped Christmas tree. Offering textural delights is the Sea Salted Chocolate Reindeer Brownies ($4.50) – boasting a lava centre, a harmonious symphony of rich cocoa and sea salt, and finished with a layer of crunchy pretzel bits. Magical Crumbs Orbs ($4.90 each) house the magic of Earl Grey cookies in whimsical transparent Christmas baubles. The unique fusion of flavours and festive packaging transforms each bite into a special holiday moment.
