Casa Restaurant by Remy Lefebvre introduces the Sunday Brunch With Friends ($198++ per pax), comprising a multi-course spread and free-flow champagne. It includes a fiesta-style menu consisting of four courses, or Acts, that showcase the art of contemporary woodfire gastronomy.
The Food In 4- Acts
The courses are ‘Act 1’ featuring snacks, ‘Act 2’ featuring vegetable-focused dishes, ‘Act 3’ featuring large-format fish and meat, served with sides and condiments; and ‘Act 4’ featuring desserts, cheese and sweet snacks. The dishes in each act are inspired by the season, using classical cooking methods over woodfire to draw out flavours that are clean yet bold. A new menu is crafted monthly to highlight the season’s choicest offerings.
In addition, Chef Remy Lefebvre invites a friend from the industry to his abode every week. From renowned chefs to food enthusiasts, these special guests are called to prepare their signature dishes for diners to relish over a memorable meal with friends and loved ones. Each guest’s dishes will be available exclusively at Casa’s Brunch With Friends, in addition to the specially curated menu for the month.
Free-Flow Champagne
To complete the luxurious Sunday brunch, free-flow champagne is served as the perfect complement to the tantalising dishes. Similar to the food menu, the champagne offering is refreshed every month to showcase a variety of labels from around the region.
