New and Returning at Artichoke Pizza Parlor

Artichoke Pizza Parlor has always been a sort of “Middle Eastern pizzeria”: riotously communal, unapologetically spicy and distinctly generous in spirit. Half a year into its launch, the menu is refreshed to lean harder into that identity — not as a nostalgia trip, but as a deliberate edit.
The menu brings a welcome return of Artichoke classics — Hummus ($16++), Fried Cauliflower ($16++), and the much‑missed OG Date Pudding ($16++) — grounding the kitchen once again in the bold, comforting Middle Eastern flavours regulars know well.
Families can also expect the all new Stone Baked Rounds (from $22++): puffy, traditional pizzas topped with Artichoke’s signature left field combinations. And because Artichoke has always been built for gatherings, there’s the new Super Bowl Supreme ($150++) — an oversized, gloriously unhinged bowl layered with pepperoni pizza, meatball spaghetti, mortadella, Caesar salad and a crown of crunchy fried chicken. It feeds four (and possibly more), tastes absurdly good, and exists for celebrations of all kinds — including the kind where the only occasion is that it’s Wednesday and you deserve it.
The menu refresh at Artichoke Pizza Parlor is available now.
