New Build Your Own Gelato With Unlimited Toppings at TOFU G

Singapore’s first tofu-based gelato brand, TOFU G, has expanded to Suntec City and Waterway Point, introducing its first-ever build-your-own toppings concept. Known for house-making its desserts from premium non-GMO soybeans and live-churning gelato on site, the Korean-inspired brand offers a lighter alternative to traditional ice cream.

For an additional flat fee of $2 on top of any gelato cup ($8), kids and parents can customize their treat at the new 12-topping bar. There is no weighing or counting required—you can add as much as fits into your cup. Instead of standard dessert staples, the selection leans heavily into fun Korean snacks like injeolmi (chewy rice cake), joripong (puffed wheat cereal), and mini yakgwa (honey cookies), alongside rice crispy puffs, marshmallows, dried cranberries, mixed nuts, and crunchy tempeh chips.

The live-churned menu features core non-dairy and vegan-friendly options like Vegan Tofu, High-Protein Tofu, Vegan Black Sesame, and Rich Chocolate, alongside dairy-based options like Pistachio and outlet-exclusive flavours—Chodang Sweet Corn at Waterway Point and bright Pomegranate at Suntec City. Non-gelato treats like Tofu Pudding ($6) and Tofu Tiramisu ($8) are also available at both locations.

Reimagined to reflect old-school 1970s Orchard Road, the 600-seater food atrium houses 18 new stalls—making up over 90% of its refreshed tenant lineup—set within nostalgic shopfront facades styled after vintage barber shops, photo studios, and record stores.
