To mark the start of the weekly Sunday brunch affair, the stellar buffet line-up is nothing less than show-stopping – the restaurant’s biggest buffet selection yet. The dishes are inspired by flavours from around the world and are made of premium ingredients of the freshest quality.
Amongst the host of alluring choices are comforting classic brunch favourites that diners know and love, from the Classic Beef Wellington with black truffle sauce to Maine Lobster Thermidor with brandy cream sauce.
Enjoy a wide variety of succulent seafood like tiger prawns, snow crabs and scallops, including three types of unlimited freshly shucked oysters – Canadian, Irish and Fine de Claire.
Specially for brunch, diners can look forward to one of the city’s largest cheese offerings available on a hotel buffet, with 32 types of cheeses including soft, hard, and blue from Janier, an acclaimed five-generation French purveyor of fine cheese. On display is a variety of premium cheeses like 16-month Comté, Tomme de Savoie Fermière, Roquefort, and Bleu d'Auvergne.
From the cold cut section, feast on an array of the finest cuts of smoked and cured fishes and charcuterie, like salmon gravlax, smoked snowfish, prosciutto di Parma, Iberico ham, and a mouth-watering 25kg Mortadella ham that will be sliced à la minute.Â
Diners can also indulge in other exquisite delicacies including:
- Homemade terrines like Pâté en Croûte, Foie Gras, and Scallop
- Homemade Black Truffle Pasta with cage-free 65-degree egg and ParmigianaReggiano
- Pan-fried Foie Gras with apple and passionfruit compote
- Whole Wagyu Prime Rib with Yorkshire pudding and bordelaise sauce
- Whole Stuffed Suckling Pig available at the live carving station
- Special Chinese, Malay, and Indian-style dishes like Hong Kong-style ‘Bi Feng Tang’ Mud Crab, Braised Pork Knuckles with Sea Cucumber, Ayam Masak Merah, Ikan Masak Asam Pedas, Kerala-style Prawns with Coconut Curry and Lamb Vindaloo

Desserts
Estate’s well-liked desserts in jars are something to look forward to at the end of the feast, with the addition of brunch specials like Pistachio Paris-Brest, Exotic Tea Roll, and Lychee Rose Cake.
While the tots go gaga at the cotton candy station where they can choose their own flavours and colours, the adults too can pamper themselves with treats that are almost too pretty to eat like the Triple Fermented Chocolate Cake and Black Sesame Cheesecake, on top of an assortment of local kuehs and Japanese mochi.
Drink To Your Heart's Content
Those who want to indulge further and while their Sunday afternoon away can top up for free-flow Laurent Perrier Champagne, ensuring not only a memorable time but also something worth whipping out the cameras for.
Diners can also skip the bubblies and opt to enjoy copious amount of wines of both red and white varietals. For the cocktail aficionados who want more say over their tipples, head to the Do-It-Yourself cocktail bar, where they can concoct their own classic cocktails like Bloody Mary, Sangria, or Bellini, depending on what is available that day.
Family-Friendly Activities
The Sunday fun does not just stop at the food and drinks. Diners with the kids in tow can also look forward to a programme of engaging family-friendly activities available on rotation every fortnight, giving them something new to expect with each visit.
The range of activities little tots can expect include magicians, pottery making, face painting and colouring. In line with the restaurant embracing the good old days, even parents will find themselves reminiscing on their childhood with traditional games like hopscotch too!
