Frosted by Fang offers an array of bakes that is a testament to Su Fang’s creativity. Crowd favourites include the Orh Nee Swiss Roll ($8.50/roll) – a spin on the traditional Teochew dessert that showcases a delicate and fluffy coconut sponge filled with homemade velvety yam paste.
The Chocolate Rum Cherry Tiramisu ($15/box) is a delightful combination of the popular classics – Tiramisu and Black Forest cake. The delicious treat is made with espresso-infuse ladyfingers layered with creamy mascarpone, rum-soaked cherries, and chocolate ganache, topped with cocoa powder.
Brimming with refreshing citrusy notes, the Almond, Orange & Blackcurrant Loaf ($5.50/slice) is studded with tangy blackcurrants and finished with almond flakes on top.
