Afternoon of a Foehn Version 1

Ever wondered what the life of a discarded plastic bag is like?
Afternoon of a Foehn is a visual theatre piece that takes audiences on a dreamy flight of wonderment.
Long forgotten plastic bags come to life as graceful ballerinas dancing to the tune of Debussy’s Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun with a little help from a “foehn” or warm, dry wind.
Dance Appreciation: Introduction to The Nutcracker

It’s Christmas and Clara Nightingale receives a beautifully-crafted nutcracker from Dr Drosselmeyer, a guest at her parent’s annual Christmas party.
That night, she lies in bed with her new doll by her side. Suddenly, magic unfolds and her house is invaded by an army of mice. The nutcracker springs to life to defend the house and a fierce battle ensues.
In this hour-long special for young audiences, find out what happens next and discover the world of ballet.
Come dressed in your favourite costumes and meet the cast after the performance for a photo-taking session.
A Pipe- ful Play Garden

This is the perfect place to have some fun in the sun! Back again this year, this activity is about constructing an ever-growing pipe-maze that everyone can participate and play in. Don't miss this interactive community artwork that encourages teamwork, learning and family bonding through play!
