It is another exciting week as we kickstart the first school holidays of 2023! The March school holidays might be just for a week but a number of family-friendly events and experiences will be happening for families to enjoy! Families can head down to the Esplanade for the annual March On festival, or visit the highly-instagrammable Van Gogh exhibition, Those that are looking for more fun can head down to The Great Jamboree Carnival @ Great World or drop by the Mattel Playhouse - we have extra goodies for both these venues too!

1. March On, Esplanade's Annual Children's Festival Is Back!

March On 2023 will explore relevant issues for the young through multi-disciplinary programmes and participatory arts experiences. Families who visit the Esplanade during the March school holiday will discover a variety of paid and free programmes for the entire family! Through this festival, Esplanade hopes to help families create a lasting memory, to bring back a helpful lesson and to create meaningful conversations between parents and their children!
From theatre performances that encourage children to explore the unfamiliar to a musical procession where children get to play and have fun - there will be something for everyone at March On 2023!
2. Join The Ranger Buddies On Missions To Learn About Sustainability and Conservation

Join Ranger Buddies on a series of exciting missions around Singapore to discover how small actions can make a big difference to Earth. Starting this week, Rangers Buddies can head down to i12 Katong and be transported to rainforest and river habitats to help their animal buddies in distress. With deforestation displacing our animal friends, Ranger Buddies will have to brave different obstacles using their C.O.U.R.A.G.E. strength to save the animals.
Or be a Keeper for a day at the Singapore Zoo from 10 Mar to 2 Apr and learn about the important role that zoos play in caring for animals. Incorporating the five domains of Animal Welfare, Ranger Buddies will have to demonstrate all seven C.O.U.R.A.G.E. strengths to complete the mission.
Ranger Buddies will receive a stamp on a card, and a digital and physical badge awaits them once they complete the mission. The missions will also be traveling to West Mall and One Punggol in March!

If you have not been, Mattel Playhouse is the latest pop-up play concept at Let's Play at Marina Square (and if you have been, you can go again!) 5. Step Into A Painting at the Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience

Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience is a must-see not just for art aficionados but for visitors of all walks of life and ages.
